Handle Park City Reviews
Food was great.
Fun atmosphere. Good choice for a group dinner- we enjoyed sharing several dishes.
Great food, great service.
Mushroom bolognese was killer. Steak was done perfectly, and waiting staff was excellent
Everything that we orders was amazing.
Service so friendly , professional, and not overwhelming. Cozy place with great music. So glad we had an experience dining here.
Food was beautifully presented and tasted so good.
Would highly recommend the fried chicken, and cauliflower.

This place was amazing! The food we had was like nothing we have ever had at any other restaurant . We shared the striped bass and the mushroom Bolognese and ate it all! The garlic sauce with the fish was unbelievable! The dessert was like nothing we ever had before the whiskey caramel with mars Capone. I wanted to lick at the entire plate! Our server Meg was kind, gracious, took time to explain anything and everything we asked about, she was above and beyond fabulous service

The food was absolutely delicious and our server was fabulous! The fried chicken and pork were our favorites!
Terrific food, though expensive.
The baller steak was true to form (though it was a special item and so is not on the regular menu). Octopus was amazing, and the desserts were all wonderful (and I'm not a dessert guy)
Amazing spot and cozy ambiance.
Food was delicious we would go back again for sure. Food and service both great!
Poor experience
We usually love Handle! Our experience Saturday night was quite disappointing. Poor service and terrible food. We subsequently found out the chef was out sick and they had a “substitute” chef in place…please give diners an option to dine or cancel their reservation when you call to confirm the Resy that day. Appetizers were small portions and all three came out at once when I specifically requested the salad first and then hot veggies next as we were all sharing the dishes. The entrees were abysmal- the mushroom bolognese was a hot spicy mess…I’m not sure there were even any mushrooms in the dish! My son and I were sharing and he couldn’t tolerate the heat and we’ve ordered this many times. He had the fried chicken, famously delicious, and it was sub -par. No taste, overcooked, and had a weird garnish/side dish that was inedible. My other son’s lamb was ok ($$). Our guest had the mushroom bolognese. He tolerated it because he was too embarrassed to complain but did not enjoy it. Our server never returned to ask if we wanted a second round of cocktails, or to refill our waters, and when he asked if we wanted dessert one person said they weren’t interested and he left and didn’t bring us a menu. Didn’t stick around long enough to ask if we enjoyed our meal which we didn’t. Brought the check to my 20 yo son (rather than me- the one adult (mother) at the table. As I left, I mentioned to the hostess that the pasta dishes were way too spicy and inedible and she insisted I wait and speak with the GM. The GM seemed frustrated and annoyed and continued to be defensive and say it was “chefs choice” for all the issues of our evening. I guess it’s my choice whether we return to this restaurant- we have loved and dined at about 6/7 times this past year. I completely understand an off night but least be accountable for your mistakes . To add, I mentioned I had a scallion allergy and requested scallions on the side if dishes had it since we were sharing. I inadvertently ate a scallion and was very sick that night. In the past I’ve been told if a dish had scallions so I would avoid eating it. Since at this restaurant everyone does share, I’d assume the server would have specifically mentioned it like other past experiences but didn’t. For $400 I’d expect more attention to detail, better quality food, and sublime service.
Delicious food and great service.
Went here as a group of 9 and our server was very informative and patient with us. She gave us great recommendations as to how many plates we should share as a group and which were favorited by guests. Pretty reasonable prices for all of us and left feeling very satisfied. Highly recommend the mushroom bolognese and cauliflower!

Our server Michael made our first time experience eating at Handle truly amazing. Food was great, cocktails were tasty, but Michaels personality and excellent customer service is what we cannot stop talking about.
Thank you for responding to my previously submitted review
Thank you for responding to my previously submitted review Meagan N. Our experience was diminished by the way you spoke to us but once we were seated we had no other issues. The fact that you said to us we can't ask a table to leave 25 minutes after delivering a check because we were afraid of a bad review speaks volumes.
I recently dined at Handle and while the food was great,
I recently dined at Handle and while the food was great, the overall experience was unfortunately brought down by service from the hostess. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a hostess who escalated a minor disagreement into a uncomfortable situation. I watched as she yelled at my mother. It was upsetting. I don't care what the management says in response to my message, the hostess took a minor situation and made it a big problem. Why did she choose to elevate everything and treat my family with hostility? I will never get it. Once seated, the rest of the service from our waiter/waitress was positive. However, the initial poor impression from the hostess definitely cast a shadow on the evening. I would recommend Handle for the food, but would advise management to address the front-of-house hospitality. A welcoming and efficient hostess can set the tone for a great dining experience, and unfortunately, that was missing on this visit.
Very interesting menu.
Wanted to try just about everything on the menu. We sure tried our best from cocktail to oysters to apps to salad to steaks to deserts. They were all excellent. It was not cheap but nothing in Park City is. Highly recommend Handle. Do make your reservation.
An overwhelmingly amazing experience.
The food was out of this world and the service was amazing. Kandi was my server and was so knowledgeable and funny she made everyone at the table feel welcome and excited to eat. The front of house staff was kind and welcoming upon arrival and got us seated quickly even on a very busy night. The hamachi crudo was a family favorite I cant recommend handle enough!! Will definitely be back

My experience at Handle in Park City was extremely
My experience at Handle in Park City was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a hostess whose attitude bordered on outright hostility. Our group was placed in a completely separate dining area/space than the main restaurant. When I politely asked the hostess and waiter if we could relocate to the main room and that we wouldn't mind waiting until they had space available, she was dismissive and discourteous. As we were collecting our belongings to return to the line to wait for a main room table, the waitress stated that "she did her part and now to leave". We immediately left the restaurant per her "request"- and I am so glad we did. Rather than addressing our concerns with any modicum of professionalism, they were dismissive and displayed a blatant disregard for our satisfaction as customers. The overall unprofessionalism and offensive behavior displayed by the staff were utterly unacceptable. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Handle to anyone considering dining in Park City. There are plenty of other establishments along Main Street with superior service and respect for their patrons.
So, I know everyone thinks they have had the best Brussel
So, I know everyone thinks they have had the best Brussel Sprouts before but those folks have obviously not had Handle Brussel sprouts- because THESE are the mac daddy of sprouts! The miso glaze and citrus flavors will dance in your mouth and you will wish you did not have to share them. The other food was really great too...but I am just sayin you have to get the Brussel sprout starter. I ordered the Mushroom Bolognese and it was the most unique pasta dish I've ever had...pasta perfection! Our server Quinn was so knowledgeable and made fantastic recommendations. This was our first visit to PC and we are glad we found this place as we will make sure we come back next ski trip!
Food was FANTASTIC.
Literally couldn't put my fork down. Apps were all incredible, cauliflower and fish excellent, mushroom bolognese insane, crudo with peppers I loved, kale salad is order two, deserts yes. Would be a 5 star except for the service - felt like our server couldn't be more annoyed/bothered with us. Slamming plates down and reminding us that we couldn't split dishes. We get it, there's a nicer way to say it though.
Grab the chefs table for your date night
Delicious food. Excellent service. The chefs table by the kitchen is the best spot in the house for an intimate dinner. Highly recommended!
Nice food and very fun atmosphere.
Particularly enjoyed the kale salad and caramel dessert.
Expensive, but great food and service
Dined here during the busy week of Christmas and New Year's. Service was excellent from the hostess to waiter. The Beetroot salad was delicious, as was the Striped Bass. They have a nice list of digestifs also.

We’ve been eager to try Handle and our visit was excellent. The food was wonderful. One of us had the Bolognese which was a little spicy and rich but nicely cooked. The cauliflower appetizer was also yummy. Everyone enjoyed the food but some of the entrees were a bit pricey. The wine list was limited but a good selection by the glass. By the bottle the wine was expensive compared to other locations in town. The service was attentive and friendly. We plan to go again. It’s a treat but you will need reservations.
Pleasant surroundings, somewhat limited menu but very good food
Cauliflower proved a great starter shared amongst our guests and ourselves. Our guests raved about "The Baller" - their huge prime ribeye steak more than enough for the two of them. The shellfish proved terrific, but the bass a bit overcooked. Good service but sorting through the wine offerings to find a reasonably priced offering proved a real challenge.
Excellent winter 2022 and summer 2023
We dined at Handle three times in the past year and a half. Each time the food was excellent. The cocktails were as well. The staff was among the very best. The atmosphere is nice, welcoming, fun. They did an excellent job accommodating food allergies and sensitivities. We have eaten in many restaurants in the Park City area. This is the best.
The have a handle on things here!
After having hit many of the top rated restaurants in PC over a week and a half while staying on Main Street, Handle was by far the best food. Only the location would be possibly a negative when there are so many options with epic outdoor space. That said, we had excellent service from Alex who was fun to be with, had a great personality and was clearly knowledgeable about the entire menu. The menu concept is unusual but really there aren’t any bad choices. The dishes are super creative and well balanced. Beautiful to look at and even better to taste. Nearly everything is shareable and the portions lend themselves to just this practice. Cocktails are also good but once more in Park City, a great restaurant that doesn’t keep their wine stored properly. Waiting for a bottle of red to come down from greater than room temperature is frustrating. All things considered though, these folks have their navy together and comes shining though bite after bite.
Great HIGH END Dining Experience - In a Space That Seemed Half-Planned
The service at the bar was the highlight with very friendly and helpful staff. We ate at the bar and my friend & I shared "The Baller" which is a 25 oz ribeye. It was excellent, although know that the kitchen (at least this night) seemed to cook on the rare side. We also had the "Meat & Cheese" plate which was huge for just two people. Overall it was a great experience, although it is very expensive; more expensive than it should have been in my opinion (and I'm not afraid of paying for a great dining experience.) The restaurant decor itself could be upgraded as well in my opinion. It appeared to me that it may have been a restaurant before and The Handle took over the space and just hasn't made it their own. I could be wrong about that, but for the cost of the meals I'd like to see it appear as a much more put together and intentionally designed space. With that said, I would come back!
Great meal and service.
We had a really good meal. The Brussels sprouts were outstanding and the NY steak and as also great. The trout was also very good. The booth set up worked really well. And very friendly environment overall.
Stylish Park City Food and Drink
My wife and I have returned to Handle for good drinks and delicious food during a number of our visits to Park City. Stylish bar vibe and crowd, and eclectic, delicious food. The bartenders are always fun and helpful in recommending drinks and wine. Enjoy!!
