I received notice from Lilia saying they cancelled the reservation since it was outdoor due to inclement weather. The message is below from them:
Hello Victoria from Lilia! Due to the fluctuating weather conditions and wind we have to close our outdoor seating for the safety and comfort of our guests and staff. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and would like the opportunity to reschedule your reservation with us for another date. Please let us know a date that would work best for your party.
