Pizzeria Bianco Los Angeles Reviews from The Last Year
In a great location right in the Produce District and is so
In a great location right in the Produce District and is so gorgeous inside and outside. Service was a bit slow but not unbearable. Our pizza was so good, but not necessarily worth its price ($22) in my opinion. The crust was crunchy and chewy and the flavors were still authentic.
Finally got here after some of the hubbub has died down.
No lines, tables available with or without reservations. We had reservations and ate outside. Service was great. Our son got the Biancoverde and enjoyed that. He had been here several times and knew what he wanted. They no longer sell pizza by the slice. A pizza costs about $25. I got the Wiseguy with fennel sausage, cheese, and onions. My wife got the Marinara which doesn't come with cheese, just sauce, and added olives and wild mushrooms. The crust is as good as claimed--wonderful! We were all pleased with our selections and brought some leftovers home. My wife put the leftovers on a baking rack in the oven, which produced excellent results.

This place is a hidden gem with a charming atmosphere, excellent service, and outstanding food! Their pizza is authentic, and the salads and desserts are equally noteworthy. We had a surprisingly delicious salad featuring melon, raw zucchini, a divine roasted chili, and chili powder (which they should definitely sell). For dessert, we enjoyed roasted peach sorbet and olive oil cake, both of which were fantastic. This restaurant's popularity is well-deserved. The menu may not be extensive, but it's highly seasonal and flawlessly executed.

Awww, yeah, it finally happened! I have been wanting to try this pizza forever, and it did not disappoint! Super chill, informal, nice open airy environment. The service was fabulous! Great experience. Pizza soooo good! Sauce is mouth watering, and the crisp thin crust is everything you expect! Wiseguy does not have sauce (I prefer the pizza's with sauce), but the flavors work really nice! I would definitely make reservations, they get busy fast!! Parking structure, with two hours free, and Tesla charging stations! :) If you have time, walk around and check out the super cool shops too! Fantastic architecture!
My husband wanted us to try this place because it was
My husband wanted us to try this place because it was highlighted in multiple food documentaries as one of the best pizza places in the country. We had great expectations and it was truly a disappointment. Giving it 3 stars because service was fine and pizza was fine, but not mind blowing, as we were led to believe. The appetizers were good: we ordered some roasted carrots with sun artichoke dip and they were great. Dessert was also really good but the main dish was a let down. Too expensive for lack of flavor and we've had better tasting pizza at small mom & pop stores. On top of all that, service was really slow. We saw other tables get their pizzas before ours, even though we got there way before some of these customers.
Easy free parking, and a nice atmosphere were two nice
Easy free parking, and a nice atmosphere were two nice features of this pizza place. our table ordered and shared almost all the pizzas, so I had a good sampling. The pizzas were good but I have enjoyed others far more. I would go back if someone wanted to, but this isn't my first choice. I did like the appetizer we had, gnocchi. Maybe I saw too much hype about this being the "best" pizza, so I was a little disappointed when I didn't fall in love. Not the worst, but not the best in my opinion. There was a nice bonus up at the top of the parking structure - a great view!
I had a reservation and was seated promptly.
We ordered shortly after we sat down. The food came out quite slow in my opinion. The vegetable dish had good flavor but was very greasy; we would have liked it better if it didn't leave an oil slick in your mouth. Biancoverde was good, not noteworthy. It's just a good pizza. Rosa...this pizza was crazy good and the only reason I would return here. It was a revelation in my opinion. I haven't tasted pizza with a flavor profile like this before. The nutty not that echoes back and forth between the pistachio and the Parmesan, contrasts with the red onion that almost seems to provide a sweet note, with subtle rosemary flavor in the background My only note on the ambiance is the single walkway through the restaurant is problematic. I witnessed servers cutting the guests off that were trying to walk from their table to the restroom or back from it, instead of showing any type of deference to the guest. Decor was cool. It gave a desert vibe that pays homage to its Arizona roots.

This reviews only for the service, as we weren't served any food. Went to the hostess, asked to be seated outside, waited 5 minutes without any direction from her while she went to the back to gather things I suppose? Anyways, she gets back and eventually put us at a table outside. We sat there for about 15 minutes and nobody ever approached us. Meanwhile, the table directly next to us was visited 4 times by two different servers in that 15 minute span. So, we got up and left as nobody ever bothered to approach us, offer us water, anything. The restaurant wasn't even jam packed to say it was due to them being busy, just bad service overall.
Great pizza.
The crust is both crunchy and has a nice chew to it. The flavors are simple but pack a punch. I think everything is fairly priced considering the high quality and how nice the restaurant is. It's also located in a great area with easy parking and lots of fun boutiques to browse after a meal.
Sonny Boy was good but market pizza was way better .
Corn was so yummy . Wasn't too busy on Sat (walk in only) , no waiting
It really holds up to the expectation.
Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix lives up to the hype! My recent visit to their 20th St. location was a delightful experience from start to finish. The meal began with the antipasti, a perfect way to tease the taste buds for what was to come. Each bite was bursting with fresh flavors, setting the stage for the main course. The star of the show was undoubtedly the Margherita pizza. The crust was the hero here – thin and crispy with a hint of char from the wood-fired oven. It provided the perfect base for the simple yet delicious combination of tomato sauce, mozzarella, and fresh basil. Every element tasted incredibly fresh and high quality. Pizzeria Bianco didn't disappoint with the Beef Shoulder either. Cooked to melt-in-your-mouth perfection, the meat was flavorful and tender. This paired perfectly with whatever accompaniments were on the plate, rounding out a truly satisfying meal.
Good but it's reputation precedes it
I have heard amazing things about Pizzeria Bianco for nearly two decades but have never been since I am not one willing to wait hours to eat anything. I finally decided to brave this secondary location and to my surprise on a Wednesday night there was no wait and it was not overly crowded either. The service was good and they have both inside and outside seating. The pizza I thought was pretty good but nothing extraordinary that I cannot find somewhere else. Don't get me wrong, it was good and I would eat here again but I would never wait hours to eat here. I think if you time it right you will not have a long wait and if you have a wait there is a. bar next door. I just think it has a better reputation over the years than the actual food deserves and people are generally followers so when they hear it is the best, they think so.
Phoenix's Best Pizza
This place was recommended to my brother and I by family. We tried to go to the original in downtown PHX, but even on a Tuesday, the wait was 2 hours for lunch! At that point we decided to drive to their second location located in an outdoor mall, where we were seated immediately. We sat under an umbrella outside, and the atmosphere was still pleasant, arguably more pleasant that it would have been downtown (not a great vibe over there). The menu is limited, but gives the impression that they do a little really well instead of doing a lot poorly. The Sonnyboy and Biancoverde pizzas were to die for. The Spiedini was good too, as an app - basically melted cheese wrapped in prosciutto - not sure that it was worth $15, though. If you're looking for a few beers and a pizza at lunch, swing by.
Overall Good but a bit overpriced
Returned on an early flight to Sky Harbor and decided to stop by Bianco to see if the wait was not too long. Arrived @ 10:30AM and we were about 8th in line for the 11 AM opening. I thought a bit rude of the establishment to delay the opening until about 11:05 when you have customers that have already been waiting, some up to an hour in the hot Phoenix sun, but I guess you can get away with that when you have a Netflix special. Seated fairly quickly and ordered two pizzas, the Sonny Boy and the Rosa along with a Diet Coke and a tap beer. While waiting, we saw other tables had small plates of bread served with salads so we asked if we could order just the bread - they do offer it (not on menu) for $2 served with olive oil. Overall the pizzas were good - nice charred crust and I thought toppings were adequate for the size of the pizzas. Pizzerias like this would do well to serve the pizza on a rack - serving them on plates like they do causes any piece after the first or second to be soggy and floppy particularly toward the middle. Part of the magic of a blistering hot wood fired oven charred crust is the crisp factor and it’s disappointing that much of that is lost within minutes after sitting on a plate. Taste was good and service was fine. Our bill was $81 after tip for the 2 pizzas, a $2 order of bread, the soda and the beer. Overall experience was good, however, I think you can get pretty much the same quality for 2/3’s of the price at any wood fired pizzeria. Glad I went once, not certain I’d make it a point to return with so many similar or better pizzeria offerings in The Valley.
Meh. Overrated for Average pizza
Overrated and overpriced. Poor quality olives, sparse portions of salami. No Cali flour options. Guy cleaning the table could use a lesson in hand hygiene. Metal chairs by design to keep us from staying too long although we waited an hour to be seated as they don't take reservations. Nice location
I've been meaning to try this place for a while but never
I've been meaning to try this place for a while but never had the time to wait in line or wasn't too hungry whenever I was in the area. They have a great corner location at the Row. The space isn't too big but it's very open and inviting. It's always busy but I came during off-peak hours so the service was pretty quick and efficient. Their menu is pretty limited but the choices all look good. We like meats on our pizza so it was a pretty easy decision, Sonny Boy Pizza (tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, soppressata salami, gaeta olives) with add-on fennel sausage. Overall, pretty good but the crust, IMO, tasted a little plain to me, but it was offset by all the flavors from the toppings.
Had the wise pizza, and dessert and it was good.
Very relaxing atmosphere and kind service. Chef Chris is awesome and professional.
A must!
We never thought we’d get in, but rolled the dice and arrived between lunch and dinner, and managed to be seated after only a 20 minute wait. Though just two of us, we tried two pizzas - margherita and sausage. The cheese was to die for, and the sauce was tasty. The crust on the sausage pie was slightly underbaked / soft, likely due to the lunchtime crush, but also possibly because the toppings were so plentiful that the poor little crust couldn’t hold up under the weight. Our waiter recommended 2 deserts as his personal favs, and we opted for the pistachio gelato which was simply out of this world. Lastly, we were seated at a beautiful table near a fireplace. It was really a delightful dinner, and a memorable experience to have dined at the famed PB!

Parking lot is free with validation which is located in a cool spot. Pricing and portions are as expected. Hip and cozy vibes. If cold they have blankets too. Staff is nice and helpful. Pizza is good and different but doesn't live to the hype and a bit heavier than expected. Worth the try but unlikely to go again due to the distance and the difficulty getting reservations

YUM! It took us a month to snag a weekend reservation here, but it's worth the wait! The space is light and airy - high ceilings, bright windows. Also looks like they have outdoor seating too, and a wine bar area. We were seated at a table next to the window. Their menu is a bit limited - only a handful of appetizers, a few salads, and a few pizzas. We ordered the seasonal salad, the sausage pizza, and the soppressata and olives. The seasonal salad was a bit underwhelming. Fresh veggies/fruit for sure - blood oranges and radicchio with a tangy vinaigrette - pretty simple and I felt like I could have made something like that myself. I think we probably should have opted for the carrots, just based on what we saw that the table next to us. The pizzas, though, were delicious! The crust was perfection! It was so light and fluffy, the right amount of crisp to the outside of the crust, but not overly hard, a bit of structure to the fluffy air bubbles within the crust. They were generous with the toppings. I liked that the olives were whole/halves rather than slices of olives. Really liked the sausage pizza, although the roasted burrata was a bit mild with the roasted flavor. Next time, I definitely want to try the burrata with bread because I'd imagine that the bread would be divine just based on how amazing the crust is.
Bomb pizza.
Prob one of the best Neapolitan style places in LA. People and service super good. Worth going to DTLA for if you don't live there.
Doing our monthly LA trip from San Diego we saw this place
Doing our monthly LA trip from San Diego we saw this place on Yelp which is close to the downtown LA shopping we like to do. It was first on our list and we're glad we came by. Walking in I was greeted by the owner who I remember seeing on Netflix (Chefs Table). He gave us a few recommendations and we went with the Margherita pizza w/ mushrooms added. Well worth it!! Amazing service, clean, good vibes and ambience. Two thumbs up! Also ty to our server Francisco very professional!
Yes. Go here. That's all you need to know. Oh wait - if
Yes. Go here. That's all you need to know. Oh wait - if you go DO NOT MISS THE BURRATA. simply put it is one of the best things I've ever eaten. The cheese was so cold, and it was served with this amazing sauce that was chewy pistachios, and the bite of black pepper and the hint of garlic just enough citrus. It came with these crusty chewy, crouton logs I guess you could call them. from first bite, I was absolutely in love and all the way down to the last bit of food that we ate (and we ate a lot) I couldn't stop thinking about it Along with that, we also got the focaccia. It was massive, and this was not your every day Italian place stuck in the bread basket focaccia. This was dimpled with love, had a toasty bottom, and the most perfect texture. Almost reminiscent of a really airy sourdough. It was fantastic and excellent for scooping up all kinds of good sauces. Our last appetizer were the carrots. They were very nicely cooked and had a beautiful sauce, although I'm not sure what the sauce actually was. It was creamy and unctuous . I think the carrots could have used a touch of salt and my sister thought the carrots could've been a little bit sweeter but my sister in law thought they were divine so we had some Goldilocks opinions on those. As a meat course ( lol) we got the chicken. That dish was beautiful. It was pan sautéed with the most beautiful golden brown crust. The sauce was lemony and had rosemary, and it came with almost a lavash on the side for dipping. And I literally licked the bottom of the pan it was so so good. The chicken was moist and had so much flavor. It was a dish that was perfect in its simplicity. You felt like you could go home and make it but you know if you did you just screw it up, and it was comforting and memorable. Would come back just for this The pizzas- we got one with very thin, sliced red onion and a white sauce, and it was loaded with pistachios which I know it sounds weird, but if you like onion, it was good. They were almost a leek taste because they were cooked down and the pistachios gave it a nice little nuttiness. I thought that was super fun . We also got the margarita pizza and I don't want to say it was disappointing but it was just basic. It could've used some salt. On both pizzas the crust was perfection. Woodfired and thin, but still chewy with a little bit of crisp. That perfect mixture you're always hoping for, and you rarely seem to get. because we weren't quite full enough we had to get some desserts. I got the Panna cotta, which was jiggly and beautifully subtle. It had a raspberry whipped topping. I guess it was kind of like a Cool Whip, but it flow down over the Panna cotta. I thought the Panna cotta was extremely delicious and I would eat it every day for dessert. We also got a chocolate torte, which was flourless. Huge wedge of it with a kumquat marmalade and a ... I'm not sure what was on top to be honest with you. It looked like fresh whipped cream, but it was salty. I think with some ice cream the tort could've been excellent. As it was, it was decadent and very good but rich. The kumquat marmalade was fun if you like kumquats. I'm not a fan still that was just an OK thing for me, but they were beautifully rendered, and a very cool addition visually. So all of that basically means yes. You should go don't forget the Burrata.
I am a definite fan of Pizzeria Bianco DTLA! Chef Chris
I am a definite fan of Pizzeria Bianco DTLA! Chef Chris Bianco and his passion for dough is what turned me to check out this pizza joint. I loved what I ordered: BiancoVerde and Carrots (appetizer). It is all about the crust, the dough for the pizza and this pizza dough was delicious... I need to come back again soon with the BF because the pizza dough is that amazing. The hostess was amazing, super nice and welcoming. Server was ok, but the Busser that helped the server is who I had the most contact with, and he was Awesome. I enjoyed the ambiance and decor. Thank you Pizzeria Bianco DTLA!

This place is amazing!!! We loved both our pizzas ~ the marinara (waiter recommended and it did not disappoint ~ you seriously don't miss the cheese) and the Bianca verde (with ALL the cheese). Both were awesome. We also tried the foccacia bread and it's covered in olive oil and just so good. Cant wait to come back and try other dishes!!!
I was really impressed by the food here.
I'm not a pasta or a pizza person and I rarely eat them however, the quality of the food here is superb. We started off with the burrata dish. The burrata was a generous size and was so creamy, soft and refreshing. The puree was interesting, not my kind of flavour but I did like the green sauce lathered over the burrata. The bread was nice and crunchy. The antipasto was a very interesting dish, one that was new to my palette. Every ingredient on the plate was beautifully presented and the quality of the ingredients was applaudable. It tasted to fresh and clean yet nicely well balanced in flavours and seasoning. My favourite dish of the night I think was the pasta. The pasta was al Dante and was perfectly cooked. The sauce was thick and creamy yet I felt light after devouring the entire dish. I also loved the well balanced flavours of the mint leaves and cheese. I got the wise guy pizza with the added salami. I think the salami definitely added a good flavour and texture to it. This pizza didn't have a sauce but due to the fatty flavours from the sausage and salami plus the wood fire smoked smell, it worked. Their cornicione on their pizzas are airy, crunchy and slightly burnt; probably the best part of the pizza. We also got the margherita pizza which to my surprise was much better than I thought. Usually, I don't get them because I like a lot of toppings on my pizza. However, the tomato sauce on this pizza was probably the best I've tasted. It tasted fresh, light, saucy and full of flavours. It tasted like they just crushed a ton of tomatoes and laid the juices on it, and I love this type of consistency better than other heavier, thicker tomato sauce. The cheese on top was nice and chewy plus a hint of basil sprinkled over added a satisfying aroma to it. The pizza crust was much more floppy and soft so it was much easier to fold it in half. I really wanted to try their passion fruit panna cotta however they only had a raspberry whip panna cotta instead. I love the tartness from the raspberry that came on strong in the beginning then faded away. The texture of their panna cotta was also probably one of the best I've tried. The creamy, soft, plushy texture had a beautiful consistency. Overall, the ambiance was dim and the interior was like a DTLA loft style with cool dark tones.
Very pretty fun restaurant with great music and a buzz of
Very pretty fun restaurant with great music and a buzz of energy. Service was super ! We got the pasta which was part of the specials menu which was delicious. The ROSA pizza was good very interesting flavor. Didn't taste like traditional pizza but nice if you are adventurous to try something different. I would not recommend the market salad at all. Parking is super easy and I highly recommend it for a late dinner. Crowded and fun even at 9pm.
Horrible and OVERRATED
Title describes our experience. We were on vacation and this place was recommended. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It was bad from the host who set us up on the wait list to when we left. So, it all started when we gave our name to the host (30 min wait). We eventually received the text that our table was ready (it was the young lady who didn't have colored hair - zero personality and showed off attitude like she didn't want to be there). She never mentioned when getting our name that the whole party had to be present. I came there and had to wait and was afraid to lose our table. Luckily, my family came and we were sat down. The waitress came by and she was friendly and took our order. We thought this might turn things around. Our order came and the food was unappealing compared what the reviews had said about this place. But the food wasn't even the problem. The waitress who was helping us disappeared. We had some random guy starting to assist us. We thought the waitress left and instead without even talking to us, started helping other people, cleaning tables, etc. It was like she forgot our table. At the end, we had no one to clean our table and give us a check. We had to get it from I'm guessing one of the managers/owners and he was kind enough to get it for us. We paid and left. Would not recommend this place to anyone.....even Dominos tops this place.
Tried 3 pizzas, salad, carrots, and panna cotta.
Rosa: pistachio parmigiano pizza. The main attraction. Does remind me of roses, but probably means rosemary. It's good, but you're better off forming your own opinion about this because it's unique. Wiseguy: sweet onion and fennel sausage, which I usually say is herbal, or licorice tasting. I have a sweet tooth and affinity for onions so I like this one. Sonny Boy: meat and olives. Kinda double salty. I don't think there's enough cheese or sauce, but if they put more, the crust might be too thick. Market Salad: bitter, but refreshing. Has blood oranges. Carrots: good by itself, but much better with the sauce. Seems to be some kind of sage butter roux. More interesting than the Rosa pizza. Panna Cotta: like a raspberry (not sure which berry it actually is, i forgot) cheescake but very light with a bready topping. I think there is mascarpone in here. Bill ran us up $130 before tip, if you care about that. I think it's worth the drive if you're far. Staff was very friendly.
Wait is too long.
Worst place ever, host was awful. Told us 2 hour wait when we arrived and that if we drank at their bar next door they would prioritize us. 1.5 hours later and $150 bar tab and still told us 11 more tables in front of us. Waste of time. Not worth the wait and host rude.
Must visit
This is one of the best pizza places in the US!!! The pizza is amazing. Be prepared to wait, there is always a line. The good news is they have a little bar in the house next store.
A popular place!
Glad we had the opportunity to go here because of gift certificate! A busy place. Glad we could eat outside. I enjoy the meatball sandwich. My friend was Glad there was an option for pizza without cheese. In a strip mall with lots of stores
Hope I’ll be back
Came from South Dakota for other reasons and couldn’t wait to go to Pizzeria Bianco after seeing on Netflix. It was awesome! Friendly, fast and delicious. I was even surprised at the final bill because we ordered a lot.
Don't go.
Hideously overrated. This is the first time I ever emphasized "zero" on the tip line in all caps. You can't rate non-existent service. The pizzas we ordered were doughy, flavorless and the "toppings' covered about 2/3 of the pizza.... maybe. Perhaps the chef has a reputation but on the day we went the service/food and wait time were unequivocally not worth it. Never again. Don't go.
Don't believe the hype
I don't get it. Soggy in the middle, burnt on the top. I'm Italian, from Boston, not a brick oven pizza guy. It just wasn't good. $24 for a plate size Margerita Pizza. And we waited 50 minutes from the time we ordered to when it came out. No, it wasn't crowded. Not for me.
Best Thin Crust Pizza in Town
A friend told us that this restaurant was featured on Netflix as the best pizza in town so we thought we would give it a try. We arrived at 4:00 to beat the dinner crowd. The place has a rustic old town eatery feel to it. Great for families or first dates. We ordered the pizza with the pistachios and it was delicious. The food was yummy but the service could have been better. The waitress messed up her order and we hit right at the time when the kitchen decided to clean the oven. Both of these unfortunate circumstances. The waitress did give us a salad for free to make up for the error. The thin crust pizza made up for long wait.

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.
Highly recommended.
Success on Short Notice
Was able to snag an indoor table at Don Angie through an absolutely seamless worry-free process.
Worked perfectly, thank you!
This is a crazy holiday season in NYC and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that AppointmentTrader works! Will be using again!

I didn’t have my hopes high as it was a party of 4. In 24 hours I had a carbone reservation available! I was very happy as my family really wanted to come here
Prime time, great meal

Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability
I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.

Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
