Room very small but food and service good
The food at the restaurants and the service was very good. Our room was small - can be typical for London - but not much room to even lay our luggage down. I donât think weâll stay here again but possibly visit for the restaurant.

The hotel first does not cater to families they have no kids menu. The service is beyond horrible. They lie in your face. I wanted to upgrade to a suite I have currently two rooms and they refused and lied to my employee that the suite does not accom
