Ferran Cerro Restaurant Reus Reviews from The Last Year
Should get a star very soon
Should get a star very soon. Refined original and perfectly cooked interpretation of the local kitchen. Every dish was very refined
Perfect Diner.
Privileged address, it is a recommended address, a chef who is passionate and busy in his profession. Highly recommended. Dirk Thissen.
Perfect attention and good menu
Special restaurant. Menu with three menus. The menus are the same, the only thing that increases the number of dishes per person. I speak experience one day during the week and at noon
Nice experience to repeat
Pleasant restaurant in the center of Reus. Fine and sophisticated cuisine. Professional and welcoming staff. Worth your attention.
Fabulous experience
A very cozy place with excellent culinary quality, very good service and dishes such as artichokes with scallops, xai or egg are excellent. It deserves to be the first Michelin star in Reus
Simply excellent
Simply excellent food-service, no further explanation is necessary, just a but we would have drunk a little more if the prices of the wines were a little better than RRP we will return
Arrive on time at the reservation and wait 50 minutes
It is not normal to make a reservation for 2:30 p.m., arrive on time and wait 50 minutes to start eating! (to the entrance room 20 minutes waiting plus 30 minutes in the restaurant). The food was good but paying 129e the service could be improved a little. Thank you
Satisfactory experience
It met the expectations I had made for myself. There were very good dishes; artichokes with dewlap, eggs with cured meat,...
round dinner
I had been following the evolution of this restaurant online for some time. A weekend in Reus to visit its modernist jewels was the opportunity to pay a visit. Nice, well-kept place, with well-spaced tables, bare but with high-quality glassware and cutlery. They informed me of a space on the 1st floor that was very group-oriented. It is appreciated that in the ground floor dining room they avoid large tables. I really liked the tasting menu proposals, two per night, a shorter one (the one chosen) with 2 starters, a main course and a dessert. And a longer menu option, with a 2, 2 and 2. Some of the dishes with a supplement. This allows you to make your menu and, in our case, since there are 2 diners, you can choose 4 starters. Apart from some snacks and to finish petit fours. Very complete wine list at correct prices. Young and very professional room service. Of the first, artisan ravioli with moniato, cream of calçot (scallions) and sheep's cheese, coca of tempered-fried squid with pickle mayonnaise, broken egg with confit onion, figs, mushrooms and cured meat and confit cod, sautéed mushrooms and Pumpkin cream with pil-pil. All at a high level but I was pleasantly surprised by the ravioli. As a second, a grilled fillet with wild asparagus, cauliflower and herb-spice butter, tasty and tender. For dessert, a filling and thick corn flan and cheese of the day with its jam. The cheeses disappointed me. He was a Frenchman, a Swiss and one from Mollerussa. We have a country rich in diversity of incredible cheeses. I would have preferred closer and more diverse cheeses. We liked the wine that accompanied the dinner, Salanques 2020, red from Priorat de Mas Doix, 70% Grenache, 20% Cariñena, 10% Syrah at a correct price. In short, a round dinner where everything worked perfectly.
I missed a Wow
We went to celebrate my birthday and we had high expectations since the place has Michelin and Repsol guide seals. We were a little disappointed. I don't recommend dishes that I put in photos because they are meaningless fusions. There were dishes that I liked but in summary it would be half. A great attempt at haute cuisine but without result. We had the driest waitress I have ever seen. A shame. Many things to improve and work on to be a Michelin...
