I have frequented this spot over the years, since returning in 2013. This is like reliable, nothing fancy, timely, consistent, effective and efficient, wait staff is accommodating. Menu stables to me are average. Diner feel packaged in restaurant, mostly dim because of dark walls maybe

Always a must when visiting Vegas! Can't go wrong with really anything on the menu just be sure to get their home fires with what ever you order. They're usually quick with the food and always so friendly. The train going around the restaurant and the news paper menu add a homey feel. The place is always packed and alive sometimes the wait can be a little long but it sure is worth it in the long run. Side note; We grab a spice bottle at the counter when checking out to jazz up our own breakfasts.
A group of 8 went to Egg Works after volunteering.
The place was busy, but the staff were moving quickly to get folks served. If you look up you can see a train moving around the restaurant which is a fun touch. The food was hot and fresh when it arrived about 10 minutes after orders were placed. My Ensalada Burrito with rice and beans really hit the spot. I would make this a go to breakfast/brunch spot.
Great breakfast spot.
Service, food, and price ! Definitely recommend and will go back! We were staying in that side for a wedding. So we wanted to stay close. I was sat as soon as I walked in. Parking took longer. It was about 9/9:30 when we got there. I ordered sausage and gravy, fruit and side of bacon. My bf got an omelet. My favorite part was the carafe of coffee all for myself.

They're under construction but STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS! For locals this is like probably the most popular independent breakfast brand - especially in Green valley which is its own area of Las Vegas. It has a real loud cabin feel the service is very familiar and nice and everybody seems like a real local. My family has been here since 1984 straight from Samoa where I used to wear a loincloth :-) make sure to order one plate for two people if you're not heavy eaters because the servings are really large. They have a nice locals counter and they have a private event room for really large parties.. if you want to get off the strip and try something authentic without feeling ripped off this is a good place to go it's not the cheapest but it's not the worst quality either so.... My waitress was Bee... Short for Bianca. Check this out and then go check out my YouTube channel which I will be posting secret gems of Las Vegas very soon starting in April :-) sativa Sean Las Vegas YouTube
Egg Works in Las Vegas Nevada has passed every test.
I'm a connoisseur of country fried steak breakfast meals and have been for 40 years. I have a special rating system that I use. Egg Works, here in Las Vegas, has rated a 9.6 on deliciousness. You can cut the steak with a fork, the potatoes were excellent, and Judy, our server, was absolutely amazing!.
Amazing service and the food is amazing.
If you come here on a weekend or on a weekday. You'll always be seating immediately. The ambiance of the place gives you a home feeling and perfect if you just wanna have a family style breakfast.
This is the first time I've been to AW since I moved here
This is the first time I've been to AW since I moved here seven years ago, which is amazing. The place is real spacious. Their menu is extensive and everyone at the table enjoyed their order. The people were so friendly made us feel very welcome., they had some Hawaiian Filipino dishes offered that my husband enjoyed the local Loco and it's a great place for big parties because it's big in there. We all had a great time sending my nephew back to college. They're in the middle of remodeling so I can't really tell you what it's gonna look like but it'll be even better than it is now.
Wonderful! The drive from Howard Johnson was easy.
The location was under construction but they were still doing business. Their setup from decor and materials like menu are a lot of fun. Ambiance is very friendly and busy. They cover all American types of breakfast eggs including Hawaiian - yes as a state, the food is American in my book. Which I ordered, the Island Favorite which has Portuguese sausage go figure. But the rice and eggs are American. And so is the pineapple. Very good. Will return again and again. Breakfast is one of my favorite time of the day. Got a good breakfast, the rest of the day should be good.

The service and food were great! So worth the visit! The portions was the perfect sizes.
Got the Harvest Pancake combo.
Eggs, Impossible sausage and Diablo Potatoes! Great comfortable booths, love the train that goes round and round above me and can watch the planes landing at the nearby airport. I wanted to apologize for the water I spilled, I was soooo tired that I just accidentally knocked it over and it went all over the table, the busboy gave me a rag to clean it though he did try to do it himself but I made the mess and so I wanted to be the one to clean it up. :) Pancakes were delicious. Good Plant Based options if you modify things a bit (I eat eggs) Thanks, will be back soon. The dice man :)
This is a great place to go for breakfast/brunch! I've gone
This is a great place to go for breakfast/brunch! I've gone with my husband on a breakfast date, with my family of 5, and a larger group of 10 and have never had a long wait. When greeted, the staff members are very friendly and professional. The restaurant feels very homey, casual, and country. My kids enjoy watching the train on top go round and round throughout the restaurant. It's very clean, although I must say it would be good if they updated their restrooms a bit. Egg works offers an extensive menu for adults and they have many options for kids. I have to rave on the Habla Diabla potatoes, they are delicious and it's a must to get as a side no matter what meal you choose!
Excellent service as always.
A must for breakfast when visiting Vegas. Sometimes a small wait but always worth it.
Love egg works personally this is the best breakfast joint
Love egg works personally this is the best breakfast joint to come to. They have tons of options and not to mentions the house salad as simple as is it is like omg it's amazing
Great food and service.
Love the train! Diablo potatoes are my favorite! Great coffee, love the diner vibe and the food always delivers.
Mega breakfast.
A really good breakfast to start the day. Great eggs, huge portions, great price. Lots of locals in the restaurant.
Many Photos Added. Very Good Food and Lackluster Service.
My wife and I dined here for lunch. We both had an Iced Tea and split everything. We shared the Chicken Apple Walnut Salad Sandwich with Potato Salad and the Crazy Chicken Omelet with Cottage Cheese and Cinnamon Raisin Toast. The service was lackluster, but the manager kept stopping by. We had to get our check from the cleaning person. I added many photos of our visit.
Really great breakfast
Hey it's a cafe, but so much more. Had the bacon avocado omelet. Real slices of avocado, and lots, ripe. Bacon chunks had a real smoke flavor. Don't have to get the potatoes, I opted for tomatoes. Full of flavor. It was great. Service at the counter was outstanding. Limited outdoor seating on north facing patio.
