Such a beautiful bar and restaurant.
Great for a first date, family, celebration or coming in solo for some delicious food and great drinks at the bar. Service was fine, maybe could have been a little bit better explaining the menu, but the ambiance and taste of food overruled everythin

Bring back the burger! Replacing it with a $50 HANGER STEAK on the bar menu is criminal! I'll pay $27 for a burger but refuse to pay $50 for hanger steak at the bar.

Insane and tasty - those were the words we kept using throughout our meal. Initially we wanted the Tuna Toast, but our server rec-ed the Baby Albacore so that's what we went with. Amazing starter to start our meal with. Pork & Green Chili

Crudo good Dates and bread really good The risotto nice The pork chop.... That's why I'm here. All fat NO FLAVOR. Shocked. So shocked I went to yelp to see if I was the only one. Did I get a bad one? Are they going for all fat no flavor?
Amazing place! Food was outstanding- some of the best in LA.
Most of the seating is communal fyi. Best thing we had: green chile and pork stew with homemade tortillas. Can't wait to go back. Expensive but worth it

I have to say, Dunsmoor was disappointing.
I always find that these bougie LA restaurants with their small plates and menu rules end up being more of a headache than a treat. We came specifically for the burger and cornbread, but were disappointed to find out that the burger was only availabl
I've been there a couple times.
I wanted it to be my new favorite spot, but it didn't make the cut. The first time I had great service. The second time the waitress had an attitude. They will not modify any of their dishes if you have a food allergy. She said doing so would, &
Never again
This used to be my favorite restaurant but no longer. They no longer accommodate people with allergies except to say choose something else. The last time I was there they wouldn’t even leave the guacamole off the chilaquiles.
Hatchet Hall
Great food and drinks. The cornbread is the most popular but it’s very buttery and powerful. The branzino is excellent and so is the short rib. It’s an excellent place to get quality drinks and dinner. Highly recommend

Always at the top of my list when thinking of where to go for a nice dinner and evening out. If you don't have a reservation, just hit the wine bar in the back. It's a more limited menu, but obviously just as good, and it's one of my favorite wine ba

Big Dunsmoor fan in general but just got a chance to try their brand new, much anticipated, bar-only burger and afraid to say it was fairly disappointing, though still very hopeful for improvement. The bun itself may have been the strongest element,

A must hit, can't wait to come back. We were a group of 5 and went family style ordering multiple items on the menu. Everything was absolutely delicious.

The vibe of the restaurant is super cozy and everyone working there was extremely friendly and welcoming. This was some of the best food I have had in LA in a long while. Really looking forward to a chance to go back!

Dunsmoor blew me away.
Full stop. Execution was terrific on a recent Saturday night. Other reviews have covered specific dishes, the space, the ambience of the hearth, the staff, the restaurant's arc as the team has gotten its sea legs, etc., and I don't need to touch o

Nice space lot with candles and big cafeteria tables. Didn't get to try out the steak but mushroom pork chop was good. Food was little on the heavier side. Tacos appetizer probably a must with the wood roasted oysters. Also save room for desse

Hats off to pastry chef Erika Chan my friend could not stop talking about how amazing the ice cream was. Everything was amazing but also make sure to keep the cornbread skillet for dipping anything into that sauce/butter.

We absolutely loved this place! First of all, I am Not a “Foodie”— I like most food, but don’t really get excited about most of it. This was Different— Above & beyond! The cornbread can’t even be described! (& I’m southern, so I
Worst service with subpar food!
This is literally the worst service we have ever received in Los Angeles. There’s a mandatory 20% minimum service charged on top of your bill regardless of service provided. Because of the automatic tip, the server that we had was so unmotivated, a

Dunsmoor is the poster-child of American fine dining.
Every dish portrays the flavors of the United States in a way that is neither an overstatement nor a stereotype. Bravo. The dining service processes were methodical and organized from the start of walking into a busy restaurant without a reservation,

10/10.
What an experience. We sat at the chefs table and it's the best seat in the house. Watching the fine tuned crew work the wood burning ovens and stoves while orchestrating timing of the plates was great fun to watch and impressive. We made reservation
