First things first, we start by heading to the 3rd floor via the elevator. Yes, they have stairs, but we skipped it. We made it to the host station, and we were promptly seated. I have to admit, though, I was a little disappointed we didn't get the table in front of the restaurant. Instead, we sat in the back corner. The view was only at an angle, so we didn't get the effect of eating on the pier. But, let's talk about the food! We ordered the Oyster Rockefellers, and they were great. Nothing over the top, but they were made they way they were supposed to be. (Sorry, we grabbed them ate them before I grabbed a photo.) We ordered the pork gyoza, and it was cooked great, and they were delicious. We ordered the sushi. I have labeled the ones we ate in the photo. The one with all the orange crab meat on top is: you guessed it: Fat Crab. It was good, but we had to ask for the low sodium first. Otherwise, I think sushi is typically to salty with all the fish. The California Roll was normal, but the Philadelphia roll had way too much cream cheese. It made the whole roll almost a yuck... but we were starving, so we still chomped through gloops of cream cheese. Yes, you can have too much and meh. This was it. I asked if they sold fried rice. I did not see it on the menu. Yall. They said yes, they sell fried rice. The bowl in the back of the sushi picture is their fried rice, and the other photo is their version on fried rice on my plate. It's not fried rice. Fried rice is offended, you'd called that bowl of rice "fried rice!" I'll tell you what it appeared to be: white rice with soy sauce and cooked spinach. Again, we were hungry, but I would have rather skipped this dish all together or sent it back, but... we just gave up. I sincerely wished we had NOT ordered it, but whatever. The server looked to be trying, but idk it seemed like an off night. Sushi wasn't bad per sec, but for what it's worth, I may just skip the food and go to the 2nd floor and just walk the pier. We did order a bottle of wine and it was alright. Reasonable for the beach prices.
