Victoria & Albert's Orlando Reviews from The Last Year
Pros: Wow.
Just wow. Ambiance is stellar. The dining room is huge and private all at the same time. Peace and quite and a private harp player. The service is the best you're ever going to have. Well-choreographed. Different servers waiting for specific points in your meal to act and do their part. TLC from everyone you meet, making you feel really special. The food, it's just killer. Lovely little bites of amuse bouche, very fun and high quality snacks, incredibly well cooked cuts of meat with just perfect sides, and an amazing dessert that I will remember forever. Cons: There's literally not a con. The con goes to the Michelin Guide who only gave them ONE star. Shame. Tips: The main tip is to just come. It's worth it, I promise. But the other tip would be to get the zero proof beverage pairing. It was the most impressive one of those I have ever seen. These guys are putting expert craftmanship into every one of these things, and they pair perfectly with each course they were presented with.
Great service and food.
Coming into this I was worried I'd leave hungry after all the reviews I saw and videos online. But I can assure you that wasn't the case. I had to bring home my desserts I was too full by the end. None of the flavors were outside my comfort zone, even the fish was a mild white fish. The octopus was some of the most tender octopus I have ever had. The service was out of this world. Also, right now they have a Pappy flight, highly recommend.
Victoria & Albert's recently just got awarded their first
Victoria & Albert's recently just got awarded their first Michelin Star. I've been to many One, Two, and Three Star restaurants before, and I am actually a little offended for V&E's that they didn't get Two Stars. The attention to detail, the focus they put on their drink pairings, and the quality of the food honestly is on par with Three Star restaurants. But I guess I understand Michelin not wanting to go from zero to two or three right off the bat. But if the 2025 list still has them at One Star, I'm going to be mad. For many people in Florida, this is going to be the nicest meal of their life. Let's dig into why a little bit. First of all, the ambiance is exquisite. All of the tables are so large, but simultaneously spaced so far apart from each other. It's a full dining room, but it feels like your own personal private dining room with your own live harp player. Second of all, the service is unparalleled. Not only do you have your own server, but you have other servers that are dedicated to only one other thing, like drinks, or snacks, or the dining room manager coming over to check in on you. Your every need really is catered to. Now, the food. I'm not going to go into every course, because there are way too many, but I will note some highlights and reasons to drop the cash to come here. So the Zero-Proof Beverage pairing is phenomenal. They have undergone so much effort to ensure that these beverages aren't just different mixings of fruit juices. They have fermented things and zero-proof wines and specialty brewed teas. Each drink is unique and complex. I'm very happy that I did this pairing. Next, there is a choice to make. The short or the long tasting menu. I can't recall what options are missing from the short menu, but honestly, if you're coming to a place like this, don't skimp. In for a penny, in for a pound. Some of the courses are full courses, and some of them are snacks. I love the elevation of the snack, though. For example, the caviar and celery root course is served in a fun chips 'n' dip presentation. I loved it. The next few courses are amazing seafood dishes. A nice king crab and a nice bass dish. Some of the best seafood I've ever had in Orlando. And then, the main event of seafood, the uni pasta dish. Very unctuous. Then comes a nice hunk of bread as a halftime event between the surf and the turf of the meal. The first turf dish was probably my favorite of the whole evening. A perfectly cooked piece of quail with a faux-risotto made from sunflower seeds. Very fun. Very full of flavors and textures I've never had before. This was my main event. Next was a nice lamb dish and what they probably consider the main event, the A-5 Wagyu. It was a nice Wagyu. This is the main event at most traditional tasting menu restaurants, though, so it lacked that uniqueness. Not a bad thing, though. Then came a nice cheese course to prepare us for the dessert courses. They are served simultaneously with a magically coffee preparation at tableside that's a lot of fun to watch. The main dessert is a thing I've never heard of before, but it's basically a filled ball/cream puff thing that's filled with some of the most delicious pretzel-based filling I've ever had. So good. A few more little desserts more, and you're done! One of the best meals of my life. I have nothing more to say about this place. If you can swing it, and swing it right, come on in. It's worth it.

OMG - why doesn't this place have a Michelin star?? This has to be the best restaurant without a Michelin star that I've ever been to. Outstanding menu, top notch chefs, great environment. Reasonably priced for such incredible cuisine!
Cannot say enough about this restaurant and the experience
Cannot say enough about this restaurant and the experience we had there. Our servers were Al and Amy. They were so helpful and answered any/all questions we could have. The food was amazing and though they were such small portions we were incredibly full by the end of the night. I opted for the homemade non-alcoholic pairing option. Each of them were delicious and I was given some extra sips whenever I mentioned I enjoyed them. The wagu and "egg" were my favorite. The restaurant was extremely accommodating of my allergies and foods we mentioned not liking. Every plate was truly better than the last. It was not a cheap meal, but one of the best I have ever had in my life. The restaurant is small and quiet. There is a harp player playing all night and even the bathroom immaculate. Perhaps a once in a lifetime meal, but absolutely a meal I will not forget soon.
The single greatest food experience of my Life and I have
The single greatest food experience of my Life and I have been ALL over the world...you hate yourself if you do not eat here...not Cheap but a life experience
This took over FOUR HOURS for dinner.
We were so bored, so unimpressed, so not worth the price. Will never come back even if I we had all the money in the world - BORING.
So expensive but this restaurant beats all the restaurants
So expensive but this restaurant beats all the restaurants at Disney. Worth the money, best service I've ever seen. And the food was exquisite. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to be treated like a billionaire. 10/10.

I understand this is a "sampling menu" but by the end, I shouldn't have to stop for more food after it's over. Selection is interesting, I wouldn't do it again personally. The staff were amazing! Harp was beautiful. Presentation of food was fancy, but i was left disappointed and lackluster.
Victoria & Alberts continues to be one of the best
Victoria & Alberts continues to be one of the best restaurants in Central Florida, despite all of the new competition we have been blessed with. Part of the reason is that new chefs have brought new ideas from all over the world, including Copenhagen and South America. The chef's table continues to be the most exclusive experience in Florida fine dining, with great views of the kitchen, and personal interaction with the chefs and servers. So why doesn't Victoria and Alberts have Michelin stars? Orlando paid for Michelin to rate its restaurants, and Walt Disney World is not in the city of Orlando.
A real dining treat.
Impossible to get a reservation but worth it. The service is impecible.
The experience here is like no other in Disney.
Small and quiet. Personalized experience the menu is tailored to your tastes and any food allergies. Everything prepared is beautifully presented and explained by your 2 servers. The wine paring is and add on but imo worth it if you like wine.
Expensive yes, upscale yes, one of the most amazing dining
Expensive yes, upscale yes, one of the most amazing dining experience one can have in the US-YES! From the bread service to the water menu (yes they have a water menu), and throughout each course, the meal gets better and better. Even the coffee service is something out of this world.
Disney's legendary classy Victoria & Albert's Dining Room
Disney's legendary classy Victoria & Albert's Dining Room is located in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. We dined under the grand rotunda dome in The Dining Room at Victoria & Albert's. We had an amazing & delectable dining experience with world-class service and thoughtful touches from beginning to end! 1. It was my first time dining at Victoria & Alberts! A restaurant I always dreamed of visiting. The service was next level- a total highlight. The food was great as well. However I wasn't totally blown away by anything- except for 1 dessert. The experience was still incredible & I highly recommend you check it out.

Dinner was incredible! The service from Al and the rest of the team was outstanding this evening. A definite must have from now on for our yearly Orlando trip.
I went a few years ago when it was only $225 a person.
It's an experience worth trying. The service is impeccable and the food is interesting, great for photos.
The Absolutely Best Fine Dining Restaurant in Orlando (If You Propose Elsewhere It Won't End Well)
This is as good as it gets - this was one of the best tasting meals of my life and I am old and have had a lot of them (most recently in Chicago). We have a long (25+ year) history with this restaurant - I wrote a glowing review about them for a Christmas Eve meal in the Victoria Room in 12/16 ("Year After Year - The Best of the Best"). But unbelievably they just keep getting better! There was a line in the sand after the pandemic closure and they rose to the occasion! After reopening, seasoned chefs all had an opportunity to move up. Looking at the older food pictures, food preparation and plating have been elevated to a whole new level; the flavors are beyond exquisite. Wine service, glassware and tableware have been substantially enhanced; the restaurant now provides only a single seating throughout each venue with a substantial boost to already incredible and gracious service standards. Due to the pandemic closure, their exquisite wine cellar inventory is still intact (almost a time capsule) with the bottles beautifully organized on a smart pad which is very easy to peruse. So did the price go up? Of course. But you are buying an entree (pun intended) into a truly world class dining experience. The flavors are amazing combinations you have never encountered before. We recently enjoyed their caviar course which was presented on a small dollop of bone marrow mousse - not elements that I would have said would pair well but now you have to come and judge for yourselves. :-)
I was underwhelmed by this meal
The service was top notch, the ambiance lovely, the food pedestrian and the prices ridiculous. I’ve eaten at many fine restaurants and had amazing meals at half the price.
Everything well organized
High level service with service focused mainly on the customer's wishes, everything is very clean

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.
Highly recommended.
Success on Short Notice
Was able to snag an indoor table at Don Angie through an absolutely seamless worry-free process.
Worked perfectly, thank you!
This is a crazy holiday season in NYC and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that AppointmentTrader works! Will be using again!

So glad I came across this app :)
Quick table in Miami
I didn’t have my hopes high as it was a party of 4. In 24 hours I had a carbone reservation available! I was very happy as my family really wanted to come here
Prime time, great meal
So easy and had a prime time which I can never seem to get on normal res apps. So worth it
Got impossible NYC res
instead of waiting weeks I got my 4 charles reservation instantly
Worked perfectly to get into Carbone. So delighted
perfect
Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability
I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

I will give you 50% of ALL of my PROFITS if you teach me how to make profits?
LOL. Thank you The New Yorker.
Appointment
Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
Buyers interested in Bern's Steakhouse: PLEASE READ
Same goes for 4 Charles and I Sodi
Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil
🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🧨🧨🧨 now on to 30 mill!
Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
