Awesome lunch experience
I had an awesome experience. We first took multiple bruschetta to share. We found it delicious.We took the spaghetti con tartufo, the tortellini, the insalata verde , the cannelloni and the spaghetti fruit do mare. Everyone was pleased with its choices . I even took some pictures. The spaghetti with tartufo was especially good since the Parmesan sauce was exquisite and light . I would recommended to anyone that want to have a good dinner or lunch. The server was very attentive .
Garbage
Rude, unfriendly, slow, inappropriate staff. Food tastes bad. Tortellini came not completely cooked through with literally raw dough in the middle.
Cozy and delicious
Went there spontaneously for dinner. Starter, pasta and main course very good. The wine was also very good and suited us well. Seasonal dishes were also on the menu. The service was attentive and unobtrusive. Gladly again!
Our first choice Italian
All in all, the Valle in Stuttgart convinces us time and time again. Our high standards receive corresponding upper grade points of 14/15 (very good). The Valle is our most visited restaurant locally. Our standard menu is sharing the beef carpaccio as a starter, sharing the spaghetti from the parmesan belly with truffle (the real star!) as a primo piatto and each having the beef fillet stuffed with parmesan and truffle as a secondo piatto. Every time we try this at another Italian restaurant, we long for the Valle. My wife's contractions with our first child occurred at the Valle, with my wife insisting on finishing the spaghetti. The first dish she craved after giving birth was the beef carpaccio. ● First impression ambience 4/5 (feel good) ● Staff 4/5 (friendly and quick) ● Feast for the eyes 4/5 (delicious) ● Taste experience 5/5 (unique) ● Price-performance ratio 5/5 (worth every cent) ● Possibility of returning 5/5 (first choice) This gives us 27 out of 30 points overall and makes the Valle our first choice Italian restaurant.
The best Italian in Stuttgart
The Valle has been and will remain our favorite Italian restaurant for years! Even ahead of the (in our opinion) best truffle restaurant in Rome. Nowhere else for miles around are truffle pasta prepared like here. Not just the pasta, everything on the menu is prepared to a very high standard and is always a delight! The ambience, service and quality are just right here. We also like to drop in spontaneously and somehow we always manage to get a table. Our kids are always welcome too. We looooove the Valle and look forward to every future visit! Grazie mille! It's great that you exist.

Great reception, everyone was very nice, I can't quite understand a few negative reviews from December 2023, these people should go to the kebab shop to eat! Really cheeky. Everything was perfect for us from the reception to the 3-course menu. Thanks to the team, we would love to come back.
Be careful
Nice restaurant at first contact dynamic servers but the surprise was late in the night food poisoning I ate seafood pasta and I paid with my health
Good food, sloppy service
Great food and selection, traditional Italian of high quality. Nice atmosphere and well attended by mostly locals. But service from the waiters were not ideal - as one example they took away my glass of wine before it was empty and the bill was settled without as much as a comment or ask if everything had been ok. So despite the great food I will find a different place next time I am in town.
Arrogant and unfriendly… total disappointment
Incredibly bad service and arrogance beyond compare. We had made a reservation and when we arrived the restaurant was half full. However, we were left standing at reception by three employees one after the other and referred to colleagues. A somewhat more forceful request after 15 minutes was dismissed very arrogantly by the owner himself: if you want to eat here, you just have to bring your time... As I said, the restaurant was half full and we were the only guests waiting at reception at that time. Do they not like families here? If the person really was the boss, you can understand why the employees don't care about their guests, to put it mildly!
Complaints after eating
Unfortunately not satisfied Visited on November 9th, 2023 There were 9 of us and we had a business lunch. At the moment, after research/requests from my employees, 4 of us are feeling very ill and one found the food quite strange. Unfortunately not recommended.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
