We went to The Victor Cafe based on recommendations about their food. What a surprise when we were seated when our waiter tells us that about every 20-30 minutes a bell would be rung and one of the waiters would sing an aria from an opera. The food

Okay- I'll be honest. I came here because I love the Rocky films. So if you love the Rocky films too, you need to come here because it's brilliant. Take a photo of the painting used in the film at the back of downstairs, when you go upstair

Just be clear: are you about the food, the opera or the throwback? If two or three, go for it. Just don’t insult the many great Italian restaurants in Philadelphia by confusing the fare here with theirs.
