Best experience
10/10 experience! I’m usually not one to leave reviews but they deserve their accolades 👏🏽The service was amazing. Staff were very helpful and attentive to my needs. My room was beautiful and very clean. I had such a relaxing time staying here and I'd definitely recommend.

For Miami Beach the hotel was expensive. Pools and beach bar had a great vibe. I have to say that beach/pool service was hands-down the best service I have ever experienced. Seriously next level. We had our own little butler’s bell to ask for food, drinks and the bill. Seriously excellent. Pools were fab. I like to swim and the length of the pools made lap swimming fun. Each pool is a different temperature. Nice feature. Room was upgraded at check in. WE had a suite. Master room was great and comfy. Daughter was sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. This was uncomfortable and lumpy. Not a great experience and the blinds in the room were privacy not black out…. Meaning when it got light the room got light. Kitchen was great. Amenities were top notch. Restaurants were OK for service but food was not next level. Also find it odd having to walk through a restaurant to make it through the hotel. All in all not a bad hotel. For the price you would expect it to be excellent.
Paradise Found
Stunning pool experience: Belena Manny and Travis provided above and beyond. Love to go back anytime. Heaven on earth! Beautiful atmosphere at every turn. The icing on the cake happened when I misplaced a special pair of sunglasses and Belena located them. Magical.
Amazing space
Deniz Kaynar is such a gracious host. I believe hospitality comes natural for him. And the hotel is so close to the ocean. My room is very comfortable and intimate The food is good. I can invite guests to the hotel and feel like it’s an extension of my home. And to find someone, like deniz, that speaks my mother tongue, Turkish, is extraordinary. He remembered me from my stays at the mandarin, in Istanbul, my regular place when I’m back home. It made me feel treasured and special

The most AMAZING staff , from cleanliness to always smiling and willing to do whatever it takes to make you and or you and your guest comfortable! From the second Victor meets you at the front door , check in with Sahar , etc. , SETAI is the ONLY HOTEL WE WILL EVER GO TO IN MIAMI!!
Great staycation
Entering the hotel felt like leaving Miami and leaving all worries behind. I loved that during my stay I was pampered by the staff and never run out of things to do at the hotel. Food was amazing on all restaurants, can’t wait to check out their upcoming restaurant!

Our favourite place to stay.
We stayed in a two bedroom ocean view unit that had a full kitchen during March break. Check-in went smoothly and we got our room at 12 pm. I was worried it would be super busy with spring breakers, but that was not the case. There were a few families around the 98 F pool and few couples in the other pools. Every day there was a cabana available and beach chairs for our family of 6. The service at this hotel is the best. If you’re a guest at Setai, you are treated like VIP. Cabanas, beach chairs and water bottles are all complimentary. Food and beverage service at the beach and pool were excellent. The food and service at both restaurants on site were amazing. There really isn’t anything negative I can say about our stay here. This is such an upscale place to stay.
Excellent sports Massage and spa experience
Murad gives an exceptional sports massage. I came in with hip and shoulder pain that 5 physical therapist in Miami couldn’t release. In one session, Murray was able to to release the pain and give me my full range of motion. Every one in the spa were helpful and kind. I highly recommend.
Best hotel in South Beach
Always a pleasure to visit the Setai. No need to leave the hotel. Excellent rooms, restaurants, and bar. The staff are all exceptional!

The Setai is our go to when we take a vacation to Miami! It never disappoints. The rooms are super clean and have great amenities. The food at the restaurants is absolutely delicious and the staff meme here are really helpful. My husband and I always look forward to our trips and try to go 2 or 3 times a year!

Amazing massage at the spa with Murad! Highly recommend their massages and therapists. Great beach service and food. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and spa. The staff are wonderful and the amenities are great. Highly recommend visiting their spa
Another amazing visit
Since 2018 and still the only place we will stay in Sobe. Our yearly oasis is still top of our list. This visit we received a pleasant surprise.. an amazing room upgrade. We had a balcony overlooking the city. Wow! As always our our favorite breakfast sister team greeted us with smiles. The staff treats us like family. Shakarra and our favorite waiter at Jaya are the absolute best! Concierge Gene was the highlight of our visit. We had order Thai food and needed a secluded place to eat other than our room. He took us to a little side peaceful Oasis to enjoy our food. The restaurant brought over cocktails to top it off. Thank you Setai for continuing to be our favorite place to get away from city life. Always relaxing, stress-free and accommodating. See you soon!
4/5 due to construction noise
We booked Setai for 8 nights. We had a double room with a city view. The rooms are well appointed. Perhaps the bath beneath the TV is a little unusual!! Check in is quick and pleasant. On the first night I was woken by a dog crying and barking in a room across the hall. I called reception and was told ‘It’s a pet friendly hotel - says so on our website.’ Not the response I’d expect at £800 plus per night but they did handle the issue promptly. The owner had gone out and left the dog alone. We were rehoused to a better room, a bigger room with a partial sea view. Concierge is fantastic. Great help with recommendations and booking. There’s a hotel car which will take you (locally) to any dinner reservations. You have to book on the day and it’s first come first serve. We ate at the beach bar which was ok. Difficult to get into as it’s often booked up and appears a bit unwelcoming as a result. I expect more if I’m a guest of the hotel but they’re nonchalant about that. The beach is the best part. The team there have the system down to a fine art. The beds are the most comfortable and the service is fantastic. Thanks to the most hardworking people in tremendous heat. The drinks and beach food menu were excellent. We had room service a couple of times and it was faultless. The toiletry products are Palm Angels. Sounds posh. Smells of very little. So disappointing. The reason for the 4 and not the 5 is the construction. They’re building a Rosewood next door and the project is in its infancy. Drilling all day if you’re trying to relax on the beach. I mentioned to the management that I felt we should have been told in advance and there was no comment. If we’d have been informed we’d have opted for our second choice Faena. We never ate in the restaurant as it felt a bit like a canteen, is the only thoroughfare from the hotel / rooms to the beach and at night is teeming with group events; hen parties etc. I brought my Dyson from the UK. It wouldn’t work with a normal adaptor. I asked at reception and they had a transformer which meant I could use the drier. Genius!
Beautiful getaway
Very welcoming. All the staff were excellent. I have no complaints at all. Rooms were extremely clean. Room service was readily available to any need. The food and events were amazing. The beach and pool staff were extremely friendly and inviting. I would 100% recommend

Service and experience was fantastic. The people were super helpful and nice wherever I turned. The restaurant by the beach was fantastic meanwhile and I happened to eat there every day for lunch. Great beach great service really excellent experience
Excellent service at the setai beach miami
The beach staff at the setai are extremely helpful and they have very vibrant personalities which make staying here very enjoyable. There is excellent hospitality even on very busy days and there is a great variety of drinks to choose from. In particular the servers kadeem,max,mani and david take good care of their guests and the concierge staff work tirelessly setting up beds for everyone. all in all a definite 5-star experience
Really one of the finest hotels Ive stayed in.
Attentive service is the hallmark. Always at the ready. Poolside is fantastic. Beach Grill, breakfast buffet, front door, rooms, all top notch. Not inexpensive - but you truly get what you pay for here. Worth it. One less star (and not their fault certainly) is the construction/demolition going on next door. Whistles, horns, jackhammers. Once done, Satai, I'm sure, merits five stars. FYI if you're over 60 (which we are), you might not see anyone who looks like you. Not a huge deal, but all 30-40 somethings in better shape than we ever were.

We were recommended by our kids to stay at this very well appointed hotel. From arrival to departure, the service was amazing. Boris the bellman, had everything under control and we were treated like celebrities. We booked the restaurant, Jaya, months in advance, so we didn't have to worry about where to eat the evening we arrived at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, the bathrooms had fantastic water pressure and special touches throughout the room. Turn down service, bottled water in steel cans, fresh fruit and a full buffet breakfast were nice additions. We went to the beach for the sunrise, which was just outside our door and we sat on the beach for a few hours, with wonderful service to set up our chaises and provide refreshments.

I was there this past Sunday to celebrate my bday, so me and my friends decided to do the Sunday brunch. I had my reservations two weeks in advance, I asked for the patio and they complied with that request. Needless to say the experience was ruined by two incidents. First incident was that they put proceeded to put us in a corner with heavy traffic so we all felt like we were in everybody's way as everyone walked right by us the whole time, also they gave us "ghost chairs" so the discomfort level was at a maximum (my tail bone is still hurting as if I would've slipped and fell and landed on my tail bone) the hostesses attitude was pretty much "take it or leave" I asked for the manager but he never came. And finally to top it all off, we were asked to leave not once but twice literally right after we paid, as some people were still finishing their coffee. I am extremely disappointed with their service or lack thereof, and major rudeness, or really left a bad taste in our mouths, some of my friends drive all the way from Boca, to be treated like this? Completely unacceptable. Think twice about coming to this place, plenty of other brunch places in this city that will treat you with respect and professionalism
Great ambience.
Loved the little dance show. Food was delicious but the waitress could have been friendlier. When I go to a restaurant like this I expect that the server is friendly and doesn't ignore us the whole time. This is a complaint I heard often about this place and experienced myself as well.

True Miami South Beach Elegance & Service
Quite honestly I dont know why we have never stayed at The Setai before after experiencing most hotels in South Beach over the years. It was sensational.... the staff at check-in made us feel really welcome and special. Our room was so spacious and all the welcome touches stunning. There is a lot of choice in Miami / South Beach these days but The Setai feels and operates more like a private club and community for its guests. It was faultless - the Beach Club, Bar, Restaurants made more enjoyable by great staff throughout. Cannot speak highly enough about the beach crew who do everything to look after you at the beach. One of the best negroni's I have had in the US at the bar and the breakfast really wow. Breakfast os hard to get right in any hotel and The Setai is incredible. Without question our best stay in a Miami hotel ever.... we should have stayed the entire week but business demands meant we had to change hotels... ( big mistake ).... Thank you to every single member of the team at The Setai... utterly special.

Too bad there is no reference to just this experience. You either write about the hotel or Jaya. 7 of us Christmas Eve brunch, left a lot to be desired. I had heard sooooo much about this brunch and it left so much to be desired. The food, at best was mediocre. It was really a hit or miss. Specifically, if you ordered two (2) lamb chops rare, you got one rare and one well-done. I ordered the salmon - it's a tiny piece, I said, please "just sear it" DONE... how hard is that. I tried so many dishes to be just average is just not the experience I was looking for. I thought the Indian food was going to be a hit and then that petered out too; if I got one piece of lamb that was tender, the next bite was chewy as all get out. My son said, to be fair, you have to know they are fixing food for the masses today. The place was absolutely packed! That brunch is NOT CHEAP. To be fair, I would have done better going to chick-fil-a; at least my order would have been correct. The champagne was on point, my Bloody Bull (tequila) was very good. I had to come home and fix me a snack - this was not cool and I won't be going back anytime soon and definitely will not refer anyone. Back to the Biltmore... Maybe I'm just picky, but when you select a fancy place that you have heard so many great things about, it should at least come close to its reputation, in this case, it was a major failure.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Does support work ?
I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! This is so frustrating and making me lose hope on AT. Can someone help me please?

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
