This is just not my style of restaurant.
It was very dark on the inside. We ordered the all you can eat and I didn't enjoy the meats. They were kind of gristly and chewy. Also not a lot of veggie options. For that price I would go somewhere else.

We came very close to closing and the staff was super nice, I would like to highlight our server Eric. He was extremely nice and personable. He really made sure we were taken care of despite how late into the late it was. I would highly recommend this place based off of the service alone.
Solid spot for some Korean bbq.
Our server was 10/10, he made sure we were taken care of and didn't mess up once for a group of like 7. Just stick to the usual. Was not a fan of the orange bulgogi lol, but everything else was fantastic. Enjoyed the pork belly as it had great flavor, and the aesthetic of the place was pretty cool. It's two floors so that's pretty unique. Happy to have checked them out.

Amazing!!!!!!!!!! Stopped in for lunch with a friend and had some dumplings, standard meat selection; we got the steak, bulgogi, shrimp, pork belly.... So much tender meat that you could dip in sauces and salt. They cooked the meats for you even swapped out the grill when it got dirty. The service was very friendly and attentive. The manager checked in with us several times and even helped the servers. Lovely place with low light and many tables. We will be back to sample more of the menu!

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the restaurant looked on the inside. We ordered beef bulgogi, spicy pork bulgogi, thin pork belly, brisket. We also ordered cheese corn, fried rice cakes, and steamed egg. Everything was delicious! Service was great. Our server James cooked everything for us. He was friendly and super attentive! He made sure to refill our favorite sides. Would definitely come back and ask for James!

Came here on a Friday evening at 7 expecting there to be at least a 30 minute wait, but it was less than 10 minutes. Service was also very friendly and prompt right as our group entered. Once we were seated, all our sauces and side dishes and a pitcher of water were already on the table which was nice. We were able to order right away and barely waited for all our meats as well. You have to request sesame oil if you want the sesame oil dip for the bbq by the way. Our server was super attentive and cooked all of our meats for us and distributed them to each person as well. Overall, our table had a great experience! Would definitely return with different groups of people too.

Usually, I ignore service reviews as long as the food is good, but unfortunately in a timed AYCE setting, service does matter. We showed up during a slow time and halfway through, more customers started coming. When we ordered, we would wait and have to follow up on dishes as it was obvious our server hadn't put it in. This happened about 3 times for various foods all throughout our meal. We were also rushed. We were asked if we wanted our check around 60-70 minutes in -- dining time is 90 minutes. We ended up leaving right at the 90 min mark so it's not like the service slowed down because we were over -- it was consistently slow the whole time. They cook the food for you but will leave for extended periods of time, allowing the meat to get burnt or overcooked, forcing you to intervene. If they see you cooking, they just walk past and don't offer to take over. At that point, I rather have full ownership over cooking rather than being told they cook for you. We got AYCE standard (#3), meat options were good. Overall, it's tasty. Just make sure that you're on them about their service because you may have to reorder a few things.

The service was nice once we had the male server since he was MUCH nicer than the the female server, but who cares since the food was delicious! Just be cautious since you MUST keep an eye out on your food because they want YOU to toss & turn your meat and veggies!!! The setting is mid nice and comfortable and relaxing so you will enjoy it here, but the music is kind of loud. I almost prefer Woomiga BBQ over this place, but some may disagree. Who knows...Still, a great place to return to!!

My all time favorite kbbq spot is The Qui in Chantilly! The quality of meats is always very good, and I love the AYCE options! The service this time was ok, hence the 4 stars. Our waiter was very absent and we cooked all the meats ourselves. I love their banchan, with pickled onions and cucumbers, kimchi, salad with peanut sauce, pink daikon, potato salad, cold sesame broccoli ! We ordered seconds of all!! When we ordered squid, it came in a container and we were unsure how to cook it. When we asked for guidance, he looked at us strangely and told us to put it on the grill. We had it going in the container the whole time bc it looked like it would cook like cheesy corn. The ambience was good, we can closer to 5:30, and it wasn't too crowded. We didn't wait long. They do have a 90 minute dining in restriction but that was enough time to eat!

I was told to sit at the bar (which has no grill?) and the bartenders were very busy, but when they finally realized I was there, and I asked for an a la carte beef brisket meal, I was informed that banchan and rice were extra with a la carte (which again, I'm not sure how they would serve at the bar.) Returning to the host station I was told it was at least a thirty minute wait (at this point thirty minutes before close) for a solo table even though the restaurant was 3/4th empty. I'd be willing to pay for a la carte service as i understand as a solo diner I'm causing a bit more effort for less money, but if you don't want to serve solo diners at all, at least put it on your menu.

She knows us by name even when it has been a while since our last visit. When we are not lucky enough get Julia, she still makes a point to come over and ask how we have been and how our visit is going.

Loved this place! Went for my boyfriend and I's anniversary to try a new Korean BBQ spot and this one did not disappoint. Service was great and the ambiance was really nice. Has this gorgeous open floor concept with high ceilings and the decor is spot on. I was a big fan of the meats and sauces too. The orange bulgogi was really different in a good way! The spicy pork belly was also marinated really well. Sides are delicious and kimchi was so tasty (I usually don't eat kimchi but loved this one and the spice it had). Definitely coming back!

I have been coming to the Qui at Metrotech Drive since they first opened. This has been a go-to spot of mine for KBBQ. The food quality and service have been consistent for the most part each time we've eaten here. My favorite item of the Qui's compared to other KBBQ spots is easily their Premium (Fatty) Brisket. This is one of the main selling points for me to pick this place over others. I would also recommend their regular bulgogi as I think they have the best. It's well marinated and so flavorful that this is often the favorite amongst my family/friends. On date nights, my wife and I opt for their Beef Combo for 2, and we're happy with the selection it comes with. The combo also comes with my go-to sides that are great here: the steamed egg and soybean stew. The restaurant has a nice, chill vibe to it with a lot of space, and the music playing isn't too loud. My wife and I also wanted to give our server tonight, Richard, a shout-out. He's been the best server we've had - he was very attentive and charismatic, and we enjoyed talking to him. The main reasoning I would give 4 stars and not 5 is mainly because I'm not crazy about their pork belly and chicken options. While not bad, their pork belly and soy garlic chicken are standard, nothing too special. They do offer unique options I don't see at other KBBQ spots like orange bulgogi, Masala honey butter chicken, and cumin pork belly. However, after trying them once, my family and I weren't interested in ordering them again. Their corn cheese is also pretty standard and could be better. All this said, this is still one of my favorite spots to go to for KBBQ. Thank you!

Our time at Qui's Korean Barbecue was truly special, largely due to Saechaan's exceptional service. Their genuine care and expertise added a lovely touch to our meal, making it a memorable and delightful experience. I wholeheartedly suggest Qui, and having Saechaan as your server guarantees a wonderful dining adventure. It's a definite five-star recommendation!

Would have loved to try their food here, but it is set up where you have to buy at least two orders, even if there is only one. I get this whole capitalism thing, but really?!?! I couldn't even find anything I wanted to take to go! Energy was low and subdued. Not that happening of a place. Instead I got a recommendation of other places to go near by. What a bummer. What was weird is that they weren't even busy!

We had such a delightful and enjoyable lunch at this adorable place! We brought along some kiddos and were the first ones to arrive. We decided to go for the unlimited menu, which was a great choice. The food was delicious, especially the appetizers and sides, although they had a slightly smaller selection compared to other K-BBQ places. The kids absolutely loved the white rice. What made the experience even better was the peaceful and spacious atmosphere during lunchtime, allowing us to relax and no music. The server came by though towards the end to apologize for there being an issue with the music, but honestly, we found it quite nice without it and even mentioned that fact. However, they eventually managed to get it working and it became a bit too loud towards the end of our meal. Despite that, we still had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning for lunch with the kids as this is a great place to make memories. It was amazing seeing the littles using chopsticks on the rice and trying all the appetizers.
This is without a doubt the best Korean BBQ in the DMV.
The hostess always greet you with such a wonderful attitude, polite and always smiling. Our go to person is Julia! Although everyone there are great as we've been here so many times. Julia makes every time a better one. A humble young lady that makes you feel at home. The meat quality is great! Our favorite by far is the cumin pork belly. The cocktails are great too! My favorite is the Mai Tai! I've tried many places (restaurants and bars) but the one Julia makes is the BEST! The Qui atmosphere is great! The music loudness is just right, lighting is perfect, service always on point. It's a great place to hangout with friends, have a good chat, enjoy the food and share some drinks!

AYCE Korean BBQ sounded interesting. Food quality bery disappointing: shrimp were tiny, hard to peel and very little taste. Thin sliced brisket and thin sliced pork belly flavorless and tough. Bulgogi was the only meat we would have ordered again. Butter chicken was good, butter honey calamari was edible because of the sweetness but inherently, squid and octopus have little taste by themselves. Optional side dishes: rice cakes was just a dense lump of rice with something drizzled in top. Not fans. Rice bowl was good to have with meats but it got hard once it got cold. Side dishes and salad were traditional Korean fare. We compared this restaurant to the Gogi Grill in Orlando where the meats were all seriously marinated, juicy and flavorful. Side dishes inclided delicious fried rice and a salad that was delectable. Edamame, wantons and more were abailable for a well-rounded, taste and nutritious meal without the 90 minute clock running like Qui. Won't return but interesting concept.

This is my first time as a patron to this Korean BBQ restaurant and I will be coming back. The place gave cool vibes as the decor was new age with the a huge open area with seating on the main floor and second floor. The music was not too loud like some other reviews have stated. We came right when they opened at 5pm and was warmly greeted by the host. They were still getting ready but it did not take long for us to be seated. My friend and I chose the AYCE option for $36PP. Meat options were good... we ordered the top blade, spicy beef bulgogi, shrimp, thin sliced brisket, and pork belly. My only gripe is the meats did have a lot of fat on them. More so than other Korean bbq places I have frequented. The stand out meat option for me was the top blade. We also ordered the corn cheese, radish and beef soup and steamed egg sides--- all were good! Our waiter was attentive and came by frequently to grill our meats and was prompt in bringing us refills when requested. Overall, the waiter was great!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
