Yummy and Huge Portions
I have always liked the Cheesecake Factory! This is the one I always go to because it is closest to me. It is ALWAYS busy. Prepare to wait. This particular location is attached to a mall, with a movie theater. Service: I am not sure why but the service REALLY lacks here, since I first came here 20 years ago. There is one guys recently we had who was really friendly, I forgot to get this name but is a Black and is very attentive and friendly. Food: Come on now, we love the food and HUGE portions. The menus is very extensive, a bit overwhelming but something for everyone. Delicious desserts. I LOVE the avocado egg rolls & sauce, the Strawberry lemonade (the best in the world) and the Adam's Cheesecake. Atmosphere: Is it buzzling and fast. Cool decor with high ceilings. It can be loud but you can still hear each other. Kid and family friendly. Parking is plenty but you may not get up close so prepare for a little walk. I definitely recommend!

Do not do business with this company. Their corporate reservation policy is discriminatory. Will reserve table for 6 but not larger parties even if party has elderly disabled adults. Said they should show up and wait. Shame on this business. Pure greed at work. They prefer keeping their tables full versus doing the right thing. I’ve called their corporate office and invite you to do the same at 1-818-871-3000.

The food here is good, depending on what you get. I got Pasta Carbonara and my son got a hamburger. Pasta was good; hamburger was not. If you don't mind paying $4.95 for a raspberry lemonade or a diet coke, then you'll probably like this place. Table was not wiped off very well and the red-headed, female manager who delivered our food to the table was about as friendly as a snake and never had a smile on her face the whole time that we were there. Our check for 5 people came to $184 before tax. It's not cheap for a restaurant that has good food, but not excellent food.

Ordered two dinners, both arrived cold and portion size was smaller than usual. Waiter was fine, restaurant was not too busy. Carne asada was smaller then usual and rice was ice cold. Chicken dish was lukewarm and rice was again, cold. This is a continues problem with this location and unfortunately corporate is doing very little to rectify these issues which are clearly directly related to management. On the way out we ordered a sauce to go, it comes in a glass jar, they didn't both to mark the date or put a sticker on to state what it is, that has never happened before. Prices have also gone up, yet again and yet quality gas gone down, not acceptable. I hope they do something to save this place before it gets any worse. As one of our favourite chains, it's very sad too this happening.

We went there for my granddaughter's birthday. Very cold that night (2/3/23) so I was hoping it was worth the drive (about 45 miles). If I was asked for a short description, it was not worth the drive. Granddaughter had steak, which was not that good, especially for the price. Wife and I had fish and chips, way too much breading on the fish. Neither of the other two with us finished their meals as they indicated that they were not that good. Both meals were chicken based, I believe one was Cajun and the other was shrimp and angel hair pasta. Service was just OK nothing fantastic about it. Dessert, of course, was good which is what you would expect. All in all, I would not go back there again unless it was just for dessert. Better places to go for the $200+ we spent. Better choice might have been PF Chang's which was right next door.

Dont order the steaks We had 5, 3 were overcooked. One of them was not replaced after 45 min, when all finished eating. The service was slow although the waiters were running all around

We were here on a Tuesday night and got right in, but, the waitresses and waiters were very very busy. It looked like they needed more people to help so that they could help each customer correctly and not have to run off and not come back. Maybe that is also why the food seemed a little slow and some was not hot. Waitress Kyrstin L gave a good suggestion on the Lemon-Herb Parm. Chicken. It was great tasting and not overbearing on the lemon or parmesan. Cheese cake was good as usual.

This was our go to for lunch before shopping, but no more! Ordered the usual pasta (Chicken Ramono) which arrived with the wrong sauce--who knows what it was. The waitess knew it was wrong but waited for us to ask what happened The wait was ridiculous and the restaurant wasn't busy. The chicken appeared to be reheated and thrown back on the new pasta which was in a huge clump. It was not edible. We both ordered the same thing and I told the waitress it was gross. She took mine off the bill but not my friends who didn't eat hers either. Nothing about the experience was good. Sent an email to Cheesecake Factory and 2 weeks with no response. I guess I was hoping to be acknowledged. Disappointed in the whole experience after having at least 50 lunches here over the years. Will not go back.

Decided on sharing a bunch of appetizers and they didn't disappoint; this way we have room for dessert. Great drinks. Excellent server.

1st visit back since they opened so many years ago. Was a special occasion so there was 4 adults and 3 children. Although our server Cameron was very seasoned, the wait of over 45 minutes for our food for lunch on a Monday was very unacceptable. Especially when we had the children who were very ancy and very hungry. The Banana Cheesecake was certainly good but it seemed that Cam was a bit overwhelmed as it generally took 10 minutes or more for him to get us anything. Nice atmosphere and great location but probably will not return.
