Great spa
Lovely hotel and a good price point for their location in central London. The reception staff were excellent and the basement hamman spa and massage therapist (Comfort) were fantastic. Iโd thoroughly recommend as a business or tourist hotel.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing spa facilities and service from Melissa
Viisited Le Kalon Spa at the Bentley Hotel London. The facilities were great and the service from Melissa (Spa Therapist) was professional, personalised and courteous. A truly exceptional 5 star service. Highly recommended as a gift idea for special occasions.

Excellent experience! Highly recommend C! She did an amazing job! Left me rejuvenated and was very professional. A must in my opinion.
Be the first to ReplyExceptional Massages
My partner and I went to get massages. He likes deep tissue with lots of pressure. I like a more relaxing experience. When I turned over and saw my bf's serene expression, I knew both treatments were going very well! The therapists were clearly very knowledgeable and got into all the tight spots. There was a bit of moving our joints and bending our limbs too. Was left feeling really good in my body and with a great sense of wellbeing. The decor is very period hotel - don't expect modern-styled facilities. But it is clean, pleasant and functional. The sauna was in the ladies changing room, but my (male) partner was able to use it as there were no other guests. The area where we were massaged was separated from the quiet space by curtains. This was fine for us but perhaps if you have extra privacy concerns or would there were some guests outside, this could be less peaceful. Overall, great experience, my partner has high standards and couldn't praise Comfort enough and I also thought Melissa was excellent. We would visit for massages again.
Be the first to ReplyGreat find in London
Classically beautiful and well-appointed London Hotel. Deluxe King Room large enough to accommodate the bed, a desk, couch and chair around a coffee table, plus lots of drawer space and a large closetโall at a reasonable price. Ringal from the front desk threw us a lifeline with a morning check-in at no extra charge after a dawn arrival on a red-eye at Heathrow. Great location, with easy access to shops and Tube, but super quiet at night. Weโll be back!
Be the first to ReplyGreat massage
Great massage experience, went just for spa massage. Very experienced and friendly staff. Lovely hotel and good location. Easy access from gloucester road tube station. Did not try the food or rooms but if the spa is to go by they will be good too
Be the first to ReplyNeeds renovation asap
The hotel is located in a prime location and a quite one at that which is nice for a family. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful which was the highlight of our stay. However, the hotel needs renovation and the rooms/elevator/dining room seemed very old. I am sure if they renovate the premises- it will be a wonderful choice. Unfortunately, as London has a large choice of hotels, I will be choosing another option next time.
Be the first to ReplyGreat massage from Melissa
I had a lovely experience at the spa. I received a voucher for my birthday and got a massage by Melissa. She was fantastic. My shoulders were extremely tight and she helped a lot with them. It was lovely. Thank you so much! I also used the sauna which was very nice!
Be the first to ReplyGreat Spa Package Experience
I had a great experience at the Spa. The gym and sauna were very clean. Melissa was absolutely great. I had a great hammam treatment and the massage was amazing too. Iโm going to go back to her again with my husband. Thank you so much Melissa!! One of the best massages!
Be the first to ReplyGreat experience
Iโve had a great experience at The Bentley hotel spa. Booking from Groupon, I had a nice hammam experience for the first time + massage and the use of the sauna. The staff was lovely, friendly and very helpful during the all experience. I might come back very soon! Thank you again!
Be the first to ReplyGreat spa
We were guests at Le Kalon Spa. The used the hammam and then had Swedish massages. Our therapists Comfort & Melissa were both exceptional: friendly, efficient and not brilliant masseuses. Showers need a bit of maintenance, otherwise it was a great experience and we will be back soon.

This was a treat from my daughter and we were very disappointed! As we walked in the smell of the bathroom filled the entrance hall , the staff were ok ! But the big disappointment was the afternoon tea under seasoned sandwiches! And they must of gone to Sainsburyโs to get cakes as they were very bad ! For ยฃ55 per person this is overpriced! Had better in slug and lettuce!
Be the first to ReplyHad to open our own wine bottle in Le Peridot Brasserie!!!
My daughter bought me a spa experience for my birthday. The treatment was lovely and relaxing but we didnโt realise that we would only have access to the sauna and not to the steam room (another part of the spa). We were the only customers in the Brasserie for lunch initially - the restaurant opened late and there were lots of different staff, all equally grumpy apart from one lovely waitress. I ordered a bottle of rose - when it came it was shown to me and then left on our table for me to open myself. Luckily it was a screw cap! It was also not fully chilled and there was no wine bucket or cooler offered. I didnโt make a fuss because it was a gift from my daughter and we just decided to laugh it off and the drink the wine anyway. But a restaurant in a 5 star hotel should certainly open the wine bottle for you!!!
Be the first to ReplyVile is an compliment!
Was absolutely vile! Afternoon tea was shocking service was bad and the hotel is tatty and unkept! I was so disappointed the cakes were still frozen cheap shop brought rubbish! 4 finger sandwiches each no asking if we had any allergies! Rubbish in the sugar pot broken chair and table and the cutlery was mismatch! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Be the first to ReplyExcellent customer service and afternoon tea
An excellent experience when I visited The Bentley Hotel in London for afternoon tea. Ravin was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The afternoon tea was very good. I fully recommend this place.
Be the first to ReplyAvoid the hotel like you would aim to avoid getting Covid
Absolute aggressive and unprofessional behavior of their management - they admitted my wife and I to our room after our overnight transatlantic flight from Toronto and had acknowledged our room was on a valid Aeroplan (Canadian airline points) points stay for two nights as my printed paperwork and their hotel computer confirmed. Shortly after getting to our room, they called to inform us they weren't in receipt of the points stay money so would be proceeding to take the full two nights price of 574 GBP despite fact I had only authorized extra credit card spend (for only 50 GPB) and I had argued and informed them the issue lay between them and the points company. Despite my refusal and non-authorization, they took the full 574 GBP charge. So do avoid this hotel like the plague as it's got an unsavory feel to it and the service is pathetic. They even tried to scam me on setting up our airport cab transfer the morning of leaving that I refused to take up as it was twice the going market airport transfer rates. Additionally, the rooms are run down and in bad state and repair. Our shower did not work at any level to be acceptable for a hotel of any decent standard. I'm working to get my money back both from my credit card company and of course Aeroplan as well but do yourself a big favor and steer well clear of this joint!! I could point you to better suited public parks in London to camp out in and have a better experience.
Be the first to ReplyLe Kalon spa
Blissful hammam and massage experience at Le Kalon spa with top professionals Charlotte and Melissa. Both are clearly experienced and on top of their game with high attention to details and really honest with their effort. That level of quality is rare to find in my experience with luxury spas in London. My rating and review is heavily based on the quality of the therapists. I found the facilities suitable but I understand others did not. I would recommend making a phone call before booking to manage expectations in that regard.
Be the first to ReplyNot 5 Star!
It's all been said before - see below - poor service ("would you like hot milk in your tea??", lack of atmosphere, vanishing staff when you wanted to order, average food (the jam was straight from a catering tin!), and all at inflated prices (ยฃ13 for a glass of Champagne, and extra if you wanted a "top-up" of a different blend of tea!). The final insult was the lift to the toilets not working! 2 Star hotel at 5 Star prices!
Be the first to ReplyExpensive for a non special afternoon tea. To avoid.
I wanted to have a great afternoon tea with my daughter. I should have checked the reviews first. We had 2 scones, 3 small sandwiches and 3 small tea cakes which looked really not fresh. Very very disappointing for a 5 star hotel and nearly ยฃ50 afternoon tea. Not recommended.
Be the first to ReplyNo 5 Star hotel. Shockingly poor
Rooms and decor ok but expect tired. No bar available, and service standards quite poor and in no way attentive. Believe the other poor reviews and accept the fact that management are doing nothing about it. Better hospitality available, I suggest you book elsewhere and avoid disappointment. You will be disappointed.
Be the first to ReplyNOT A 5 STAR HOTEL
As someone who travels the world staying in 5 star hotels, this is not a 5 start hotel! Itโs more like a bad 3 star hotel!! The staff are rude, unhelpful and not welcoming. The hotel is dated, dead and shabby. It is not worth the money. Not a pleasant stay!! Booking.com also needs updating as the rooms do not have a mini bar.
Be the first to ReplyTHE WORST HOTEL IN LONDON!!! (Runaway)
This is the worst place in london to stay. Arpan Ghosh The GM should not run a hotel or any other facility for that matter. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The staff lie constantly. We have Mr Arpan Ghosh lie to our faces and try and convince us that the staff destroying our property is our fault. This is the worst treatment I have ever had. This hotel should be closed or all the staff should be fired. Do not waist your money on this horrible place.
Be the first to ReplyHammam Spa
What a disappointment. Tatty hammam spa with the ceiling peeling everywhere. Oriental aromatic hammam was not luxurious or indulgent Therapists indifferent and perfunctory On arrival angry guest was complaining about her stay at the hotel as her hairdryer caught fire and on departure another guest was having a full scale row about her treatment at the spa Not a pleasant experience
Be the first to ReplyNot 5 Star!
The location of this hotel is fantastic and at some point it was likely a very nice property, but it is in dire need of basic maintenance and carpet cleaning. Bathrooms are run down and the lobby appears shabby and almost deserted. The staff is nice but not efficient. The worst issue is the restaurant, terrible food at breakfast and afternoon tea, and very slow service. The rooms are spacious, especially for London, itโs walking distance to Hyde Park and the tube, but it felt like an abandoned hotel. A shame because with a little work and attention it could be a great small hotel.
Be the first to ReplyTHE WORST VEGAN AFTERNOON TEA!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
Itโs 2022, get your #vegan on!! 1) The bread was not fresh. 2) There was no vegan butter. It felt like trying to eat cardboard. 3) The green chutney was not fresh and tasted days old. 4) The beetroot sandwich was just boiled beets in bread. As was the avocado sandwich. 5) we got 3 really poise choice of dessert! Whilst the omnis in our group got a huge spread!
