Sushi Will Never Be the Same
Chef Michinobu Mizukami, disciple of Sukiyabashi Jiro, opened this Tokyo knock-out 4-5 years ago. We were so blessed to have been seated at this absolute gem. The sushi with appetizer meal was a masterpiece of sushi and cooked dishes in omakase fashion, approximately $350 USD per person. Each piece of the restaurant was distinctly part of a greater whole. From the handcrafted metal chopstick rests to the selection of plates to of course the delicate balance of dishes. I cannot say enough that this was an experience that eclipsed all of our previous culinary perspectives. Our world was changed. The photographs and my words cannot do it justice. If you are visiting Tokyo, the hotel concierge can assist in making a reservation in this quaint 9 seat restaurant with 2 seatings: 17:30 and 19:30. I included their business card QR code, which could assist in reservations. Attire is business casual, although I got by with a short sleeve polo shirt and jeans/sneakers. The vibe here is not snooty nor militant. Happy banter and judgement-free zone for sure. The strict rules are no perfumes nor heavy fragrances. Also no open toe shoes. The sushi style uses the signature Jiro rice with bold vinegar served still slightly warm. The uni is the best I've ever had. Some of the real memorable pieces include the seared rock shrimp and smoked swordfish. Fantastic service. A real warm and welcoming environment. Would 100% recommend.

* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at Sushi Mizukami Chiyoda City to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
