This place is so fun! You definitely need to be ready to party haha. The DJ was great and the food was delicious. We got the mimosa flights to drink and they were extremely sweet but good. Solid service. Recommend for a friend brunch!

Y'all that's giving this place 5 stars are not being truthful. This place is anything but 5 stars. If your supposed to get poor customer service with good food this is your spot. But no way are you supposed to reserve all the tables knowing you may have walk ins that's just dumb. And then have a rude hostess when you ask how much longer or be told to sit outside in 116 degree weather. The exact same thing happened 3 years ago and I tried AGAIN and same ole situation but I can take it right on over to hash and get good food and customer service . It's only us that thinks this is okay.

A Hard NO for me! Food is good (I ate here previously) but their seating setup is the WORST! If you walk in you wait an undisclosed amount of time to possibly get a table if a reservation cancels! Or you sit on the patio during the summer in Phoenix, not an option! Without a reservation that needs to be booked weeks in advance the chance of getting a table is slim to none. And the manager is sassy and unprofessional when approached on the horrible business model! I get wanting reservations to ensure business, but keep some "inside" tables for walk-ins as well. We left went to an alternate restaurant and was seated within 15 minutes on a Saturday morning, take notes! We as Black Owned establishments need to do better...
Went on a trip to AZ with the guys and had brunch here.
First thing I noticed was good parking and music. The vibe inside is nice and the decor too. There was a live DJ playing some good stuff. Overall, the service was good but just make sure your entire party is present or they wont sit you. I ordered this pancake & tender breakfast and it was absolutely delicious, forreal. Not thin but not too thick of a pancake and good syrup. The tenders were a nice slight spicy with honey drizzle. So good! The eggs were very fluffy and my bacon was crisp. I kept it safe since I'm from the south and we're heavy on seasonings. However, no complaints!

... don't expect much of a warm greeting. A rough loud "what can I help you with" was best I could get today. But don't let that deter you. Wonderful things can happen at the table. It is called Southern flavor.... Whoa! I first was not happy with the look of my order. When I ordered Belgian & chicken I thought I was getting the fried chicken thighs and breast. Instead I got long nuggets size pieces. I didn't know what to think of it until I bit into it & felt Nashville smacking me back! These chicken is delicious. It has a light Nashville heat flavor. Only thing is that some these bites are a waste as they are flat or chewy. But other than that three chicken is delicious. I warn you tho.... Don't go for the service, go for the food. They know they're good, so service is ok but mostly on pilot.... The chef and cook behind in the kitchen however.... they are still working super hard to bring these amazing flavors. I'll be back in a jiffy

Whoever handles reservations clearly they don't abide by it we still had to wait over an hour at that point we just ended up leaving because I was starving. The ambiance looked litt and food looked good although I didn't get chance to try cuz we was waiting so long they need better process.

Such a vibe! My family and I have visited Arizona a few times this year and we always enjoy a meal here. They never miss! The food, ambiance, music and service are fabulous. They take really amazing pictures of your party and print them out for purchase at the end of your meal.... trust me they're worth it. We'll be back at our next visit!

I love love love this place! I travel across the valley for this delicious southern cuisine. Everything I have had is seasoned to perfection and the portions are very fair. My favorite is the fish and grits. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat with DJ Freshmaker playing the top hits. The staff even enjoys the vibe when they're feeling their song. This is definitely bookmarked as a fav!

We went on a Friday morning as soon as they opened and the restaurant filled up quickly. Our server was funny and helpful. The food was amazing with really good portion sizes. I had the salmon croquettes and they were perfect. We got there before their DJ set up but the music and energy was good right away. They also have a photographer who came to take our photo which we ended up buying for $20 after our meal. I feel like this is a nice touch because lots of people come to eat here on trips or to celebrate. We enjoyed it so much we made a reservation to go back for my birthday in a couple of weeks.

Good breakfast but enjoyed Butters Pancakes the best place in Scottsdale for Breakfast.
Went here for breakfast. I had the peppered bacon and ham. My fried had the catfish, eggs and grits. Catfish was a little dry.
If I could have rated 6 out of 5 I would have!
This is my favourite breakfast brunch spot of all time. Such a great atmosphere and the food was outstanding. We WILL be returning when in Scottsdale next!

Sugar Jam is famous for their pies. I always buy them for my Thanksgiving dinner and they are ALWAYS a HIT. They must have grandma and Aunties back in the kitchen baking coz their pies are home made and Devine.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
