First I came in and the workers were rude they didn't wash
First I came in and the workers were rude they didn't wash their hands and started making my daughter and my moms and mine food . Then they didn't want to listen to us when making our food. This is the worst subway ever I would never recommend this subway to anyone. One of the workers even told me to shutup and said that I didn't know anything. They don't know anything about customer service
Be the first to ReplySubs are flat as usual.
The workers behind the counter act as though they are paying for the ingredients out of pocket themselves (super skimpy). this is pretty much all subways the norm for all subways. Go to jersey mikes if you want a real sandwich.
Be the first to ReplyNever met such a rude person in my entire life.
I placed mobile order to pickup and one thing they do consistently is that they never honor the discount coupons applied on mobile orders. They just won't make the order and say that they didn't receive the order at all. We even experimented by sitting inside the restaurant and placed the mobile order with discount and waited for 40 min, they never made the order. When enquired about the order , they say that they never received the order. Such a shitty place. Please avoid at all cost. They will never even thought of remediating the situation. They won't even look at your mobile app for the order number. She even called manager after 3 min stand-off, the Manager was even rude than the Lady in the store. But one thing I have observed is, one guy came and picked some orders in the pickup rack at random, not even looking for the name and left. This looks like a SHAM place. Please avoid at all cost.
Be the first to ReplyZero stars!!!! Horrible experience.
First of all, I've never met a ruder person in customer service. Older maybe 60 yr old guy from the moment we entered was rude and probably racist. Upset at us for ordering online, seemed mad at us that he didn't have the bread we ordered, like it was our fault. Barely any meat. He messed up 2 separate order and then got defensive with us and didn't even apologize just saying "not my fault"! Never again will we go back! What's worse was that he was rude in front of my 3 young impressionable kids who sadly had to see how some people can be without any regard for other people feelings . Dirty tables, no customer service training and just a rude person! Worked Sunday around 6 pm. Also, we asked for some Sriracha Mayo and it seemed like he was very mad at us and then proceeded to add like most of their bottle on our sandwich. Most of us were dying

UPDATE JANUARY 21, 2023:BAD ENERGY HOMBREToday I ordered 2 foot longs for $12.99, over the SUBWAY® app using "2FOOTLONGSFOR1299." When I came in and picked up my sandwiches, I noticed that the "sandwich artist" appeared to not be the same short Hispanic guy I had dealt with before, who vibrated to me of bad energy. The first time involved me redeeming a "free cookie with any purchase" printed coupon. I did not have the coupon with me that time, but he very reluctantly (borderline rudeness) honored it, saying to bring the coupon in the future, because his boss insists on it. The second time involved me wishing to redeem another cookie coupon, but then I recognized him and decided to just pick up my order and go instead.APPEARANCES CAN BE DECEIVINGI thought a different guy was working behind the sandwich counter this time. So I tried to redeem that cookie coupon. But I immediately noticed his lips pursed, then I recognized that it was the same guy with the bad energy. I had not recognized him wearing a different hat. Though he gave me the free cookie without requiring the purchase, he clearly felt put upon. I tried to defuse the situation by asking if coupons were a hassle for the store to redeem, hoping he would politely say that Subway corporate does not pay them for the hassle (in which case I would've politely told him that I will not use coupons anymore) But instead, he gave me thinly veiled grief about "saving money for the future," which was code for telling me I was cheap, never mind that I had always included a tip for the sandwich artist when I ordered over the app. Apparently my tips were not enough, or else the Subway app lied, when saying that the sandwich artist receives the tips. No matter, I will not be coming back here again! I'm convinced that's exactly what he wanted, saying, with veiled sarcasm "enjoy your life" just before I left.FORCED "PARTICIPATION" AKIN TO"COMPLIMENTARY" PORCH DELIVERYIt would be better if this store were to stop "participating" in their coupon program, as I have, since found out that apparently Subway Corporate does not pay their franchises anything at all for the hassle of redeeming coupons. I used to be a newspaper carrier who was forced by the publishers to give customers free porch delivery as an adult delivering by car, instead of delivering to their driveways in a plastic bag, or their mailbox tubes, to save precious time delivering 150+ newspapers during the early morning. It appears Subway Corporate requires franchisees to honor these coupons without compensation, But more and more stores are refusing to honor them. Nevertheless, it appears Subway Corporate, instead of paying franchisees enough to honor the coupons, they continue to put pressure on them to honor the coupons for free.MORAL: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, AND YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU DON'T PAY FOR!Therefore, I'll go back to the SUBWAY® I used to go to before, that at least posts a sign by the front door, saying "we do not participate with Subway's printed coupons." I always had friendly relations at that store. Previously, I had assumed that Subway corporate compensated the franchisees enough to make it worth it to deal with printed coupons. I notice in their app that very few stores in my local area "participate". As soon as I enter the coupon code, the app says "this store does not participate." What it doesn't say is how Subway, Corporate secretly punishes "non-participating" stores, as it seems obvious that Corporate does not reward the participating ones enough, if at all.

**HEALTH INSPECTOR ALERT** Subway is pretty much standard, so why rate it? Well, when something is standard and you're in a hurry in an unfamiliar area, you want to pop in and you assume you know what you're gonna get. So this rating is a warning that you won't get it at this location. The first thing you notice is it hasn't been swept or mopped in at least a month. Chairs and tables stacked in the corner during the lunch hour... but not because of sweeping or mopping. The soda fountain, lids and straws were covered in crumbs, film, sticky unsanitary mess, and trash. No napkins. No labels on the condiments, the employee DOUSED my sandwich with Caesar dressing instead of ranch. The state of the restaurant should have been an indication regarding how they keep the soda fountain too. One sip and you could tell it hadn't been cleaned and was flat, threw away. All trash cans overflowing. I wish I wasn't in a hurry, so many alternatives nearby. Try the International Deli, Szechuan Chef, Hurry Curry, Greek Express or the ramen place instead. Definitely avoid. Also, the things about Subway, if you really want it, is there's always one nearby. Probably should just close this location.
Be the first to ReplyThe worse service ever.
I felt like the worker didn't want us there. They were short and borderline rude. My hubby went to wash his hands and said the bathroom was nasty and was out of paper towels. He shared that with the worker and he didn't even acknowledge it. When asked if I wanted my receipt I said yes and he threw it on my sandwich bag and tried to push the bag to me but it didn't move. Then he walked away, leaving me to have to reach to get my shit. Will never come here again. Also $41 for 3 subs is crazy!

When I came in, 8/21 at 2:55 pm there were two employees inside, on wearing a mask and making a sandwich, the other no mask stuffing his face in plain customer view, when he saw me he quickly went out of sight and came back wearing a mask, asked me what I wanted and proceeded to act like he was going to make my sandwich without even considering washing his hands. Gross. I told him never mind and walked out. Online orders beware, these guys are not following any sort of health code.
Be the first to ReplyDon't bother ordering a melt.
Another subway disaster menu item. I felt so bad for the team member who removed the hot paper bag from the toaster. #subway maybe consult someone, anyone before rolling out such a terrible product. Menu innovation is not your strong suit.
Be the first to ReplyDecided to take advantage of Subway's bogo foot long promo
Decided to take advantage of Subway's bogo foot long promo (if you order through the app) and had an overall pretty good experience! It was a super great deal, especially since this subway sells footlong's for 7.99, instead of $5 like other subways. Only complaint is that whoever made the sandwich could have went a little lighter on the mayo, but other than that, it was great! Always love a good subway sandwich. Thank you.
Be the first to ReplyHow this restaurant is still in business is a mystery to me.
The guy did not know his own menu. I ordered something and when he did not give me what I ordered he literally argued that it wasn't on the menu. I pointed to the menu item, the one with the extra cookie, chips and soda. He claimed it wasn't there. He then finally found the item with me pointing right at it. He did not apologize. He did not give me my extra cookie even though it was his mistake. And he was quite rude about it.Subway PERMANENTLY lost a customer over a single cookie and an ignorant rude employee. On top of that their credit card machine insisted that my corporate credit card provide a PIN number. NOT! I've used this card at dozens of places on this trip with NO problems, until this one awful restaurant.
