Best experience
Absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish! The front desk staff, particularly Adelina and Lina, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. Rocio was incredibly attentive to all my needs throughout my stay, and I felt truly cared for. Special shoutout to Lucas and Nini from the restaurant staff for providing top-notch service and creating a memorable dining experience. The rooms were not only stunning but also incredibly comfortable, offering a unique charm city view. I can't recommend this hotel enough for those seeking relaxation and luxury. A huge thank you to Dwane and the housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards and making me feel right at home. I'll definitely be returning!
Amazing Stay at DUA Miami
My stay was a great experience. The restaurant was wonderful from the lemon pepper calamari down to the drinks. The style of the hotel was unique and nothing I’ve ever seen before. The valet was very quick and efficient. The front desk customer service was top-tier. I felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again.
The best trip as a couple and with the best location
We came to this hotel because we saw that the location was very good and we were pleasantly surprised from the moment we entered. We were greeted by a very friendly bellman who explained to us everything we could do in Miami and where to eat, then Catalina checked us in and recommended we eat at the hotel restaurant that we LOVED. Alex's service was truly restaurant quality. We enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi throughout the afternoon. The room was very comfortable, there was plenty of space to put our suitcases and the terrace was incredible. We will definitely return to this hotel. 100% recommendable
Amazing in every way!
My experience at DUA Miami hotel was exceptional! The front desk staff, particularly Catalina, Diana, and Jameshia, were incredibly friendly. Dwane and his team ensured my room was impeccably clean and my bed was very comfortable.The restaurant served the most delicious lemon pepper calamari, and we arrived just in time for happy hour. Special thanks to Daniel, Ahmad, and Cristian for taking extra care of me and my boyfriend. definitely returning soon!
2 Star Hotel at Best
My mind is blown when I read all of the recent 5 star reviews as we had an experience far from 5 star. The hotel itself is extremely dated and furniture old (stained/ dirty pool cushions), pitch black halls leading to the rooms and an unapologetic staff. The housekeeping was subpar leaving dirty cups and not replenishing what was used in the room (towels, lotion, soap, coffee pods). We had to call multiple times a day to request items that should have been there after a clean. The whole time we were there they were performing fire alarm "drills" that stated we couldn't leave the hotel multiple times but the worst was on our 3rd day we received a letter under our door that the elevators were going to stop working at midnight which also meant that we had a midnight curfew. We rushed back from dinner and potential plans knowing that we wouldn't be able to get to our room. Upon arrival we asked the staff if the elevators were still going to shut down at midnight and they said they weren't sure - wouldn't your employees be informed of this crucial info and be privy to the letter that the hotel guests received? You would think! We went to our rooms and then a few minutes after midnight the power went out meaning not only no elevators but no A/C and we couldn't charge our phones. I was there on business as well as pleasure so knowing I had to be up for work meetings the next morning with a phone that wouldn't be charged for an alarm was less than ideal. I wrote the manager an email (I was given her card that night) and received no response. After multiple phone calls that morning to try to reach her I was told we would be receiving a $100 credit for the inconvenience for the loss of power. I didn't have it in me to put up a fight and just wanted to get home at that point, but after spending thousands of dollar this was a pathetic gesture at best. Needless to say I will never be returning to a SLS hotel.
Very bad
Terrible service. I would never go there again You have breakfast included and then they make you pay for it and add extra things when you check out. They are terrible and furthermore the room (we had taken the suite) was dirty and we had to call housekeeping 10 times before they came to do it.

I don't usually write reviews but the SLS RESIDENCES is absolute WORST building i have ever lived in through out my ENTIRE LIFE. Cars get STOLEN out of the lot almost every other month including my car. The security guards witnessed my car getting stolen and notified me 14 HOURS LATER. This was definitely an inside job everything about this was shady . Not even the management cared their response was " we have nothing to do with that" . EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. This building does NOT provide safety to the residences. Elevators take about 15-20+ to arrive to the floor it's is a joke here. The building is so party party party if you have kids this is not an appropriate building. If you're an artist , high paid individual or even have a family and looking for luxury & safety your better off saving your money and looking somewhere else.
Wonderful Stay !
very clean and cozy. customer service was awesome. I will definitely be revisiting soon. The hotel was outstanding in every way. We had supper there, and the place was spotless, fashionable, spacious, and had great service. The food was excellent and well-valued, and the attentive and effective service was provided. The room itself was cozy and tastefully furnished.
SLS Brickell: A shame!
poor experience. Will never use this hotel again. No room cleaning on one day and at 6pm the other day. Had to request a towel replacement at 6pm the second day. the coffee cups stayed uncleaned after use since of the second day until the day of our departure. Could not get a bill of my stay. Was told I have to contact Expedia.

Excellent experience
We stayed for the weekend and had a great experience. The front desk and restaurant service was excellent. The room was a nice size and it well appointed. The restaurant for breakfast and happy hour was extremely enjoyable with high quality food and prices were reasonable We would come back
Perfect dinner great service !
I was recommended to come here by family friend, and it did not disappoint. I was greeted by the most friendly hostess Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. Our server was Alex and I was beyond impressed with his knowledge and charisma, and willingness to explain the menu. The food was phenomenal. I’ll definitely be coming back and requesting Alex as a server
Best hotel in Miami
I never write a review. I’m writing this one because this hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time. The employees are amazing and the rooms were very nice. I will return! We normally go to Hilton but, not no more. This chain is the best so far.

Every time I come to SLS Brickell I have an amazing time. Luis is always helpful and personable! The food, amenities, and the location is great too. I’ve been to Miami several times, and I always choose this location. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Miami.
Consistent and impressive, quality customer service!
I absolutely love the entire staff here. I have a rather large truck that valet attempts to accommodate as often as they can for me. Both bellhops I’ve encountered are incredibly welcoming and eagerly attentive while the front desk never ceases to amaze me with a warm welcome and kind faces. I stay almost weekly due to my work travels and prefer to come back here because of the ambiance. The standard rooms are great but I splurge and upgrade to suites when I can. Everything from the room service to the snacks within each room are so convenient and swift. But it’s once again, honestly the staff that makes it so enjoyable. It’s hard to encounter great customer service, even more so these days and I can’t begin to say how much I appreciate the efforts of this hotel. I’m more than pleased and impressed with the consistency
Really nice hotel to come with a partner.
The ambience was very sensual. Hotel was very clean and it had some interesting items in the minibar. In my room, there was a mirror on the ceiling, which was quite comical. The room and bathroom was very spacious for a Brickell hotel. The views were great. It was pricey, but in a great location.
