The money i made selling a reservation has been stuck in limbo for days while waiting to transfer into my main account and I cant seem to get a response back from customer service PLEASE HELP

hey there, congrats to your first sale!
You see the release date of the funds in the transaction - generally two days after the reservation date. (The date is stated in PST Time)
Make sure to already verify your user account so you are ready to payout right after.

Unfortunately I don’t see the transaction in my history so I cant check the release date. The money has been stuck in my deposit account. The actual date of the reservation was Saturday 12/14 @530pm. Should I be concerned? Is there anything more I can do? What I really wanted to do was use the money to refund my card for the original purchase and then use the profit twards another reservation. Please advise.
