This app is literally awful. Two times now i have made reservations at carbone and the buyer cancelled it. Then to get my money back they are asking for personal information such as my SSN. i will absolutely not be doing that. How can you do that to customers?

Hey @IridescentBoy60,
I am very sorry to read that - please do know that sellers who cancel many listings will be banned from the platform in the near future.
In regard to your refund: as the FAQ states you do _NOT_ need to be verified for a refund, you can just tap 'refund' underneath the original charge when scrolling through your account.
And additionally - if a seller has cancelled on you, you can reach out to support (through the chat) to get any refund fee waived!
