Food is excellent! My favorite Mexican food in EG.
Customer service is always great. There was a big mix up of my To Go order and we had to go back to get the rest of it which of course was a huge inconvenience especially since we had to wait for a train at railroad tracks to go back to get the rest of our food. I understand we're all human and mistakes happen, and it's just food (not life or death) but when customers are inconvenienced it would be appreciated to compensate them some way to make up for it.

I've been searching high and low for a solid true to heart Mexican restaurant in Elk Grove, and while this restaurant is decent, it's not "the one." (I still have to travel to SoCal or the Bay Area to get that type of food.) I ordered the chicken enchiladas (verde) and the green sauce was very heavy; almost tart. Chicken was also a little dry which led to a relatively dry bite with tart sauce. My mom ordered the quesadilla and she was less than thrilled seeing as her tortilla was somewhat hard. Beans were also nothing special. I was so surprised as I really wanted to love this place based on the reviews posted thus far. Salsa was absolutely delicious though! Yum! As were the chips. The chips were warm, light, and crispy. Which brings me to the tacos-- a clear winner according to my nephew. He ordered the birria tacos and those looked absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. He can be a little picky, and he absolutely loved them! All in all I'm getting good "tacos, chips, and salsa " vibes from this restaurant. Enchiladas and quesadilla's fell a little flat for our family.
Went to Sabor A Mexico earlier this week with friends.
This is a small neighborhood type of Mexican restaurant with both indoor and outdoor tables. We were greeted warmly as we entered and were sitting at a table with chips and salsa right away. The restaurant was well lit, clean, and had a television mounted on the wall for those that can't miss a sports event. We weren't too hungry so we all shared the birrias tacos (3 to an order) and two orders of fish tacos (2 to an order). All of the plates came with rice and beans. Everything was delicious. The birrias tacos were melt in your mouth good. The meat was tender and juicy with a little bit of spicy kick now and again. The fish tacos were also great. The fish was battered and fried, topped with a white sauce and veggies. The beans were delicious as was the rice. This is a place I definitely want to try again, just so I can try other things on the menu...but I would wholeheartedly get the birrias tacos again. Although I don't think I could eat three by myself since the meat was so rich, so I'll have to come again with friends and find other delectable things on the menu to share.

No wait time. Upon entering Giselle remembered my name. Made me feel special. The staff are so efficient each and every time. We had two servers today Joesph and Giselle. We ordered the Super Burrito with Shredded Beef and Birria Tacos with a side order of Shrimp Enchilada. Oh my goodness they knocked it out the park today. The food is oh so fresh. I forgot to mention that we had an additional take out. Super Burrito and the Birria Tacos. We will be back for more. Keep up the good work. You guys are awesome.

Everything was awful: service, food and price. My two item combination of one chili relleno and a ground beef enchilada was not only cold but lacked taste; chips were broken tiny pieces; carnita nachos were awful. It cost over $45.00 and we barely touched our food. Waiter never asked if everything was okay. My Grandaughter had to go inside the restaurant to pay the bill since we were on the patio. I will continue going a little further to have quality Mexican food!!

On Monday night, I decided to order some fajitas.
I was greeted with friendly smiles and quick Service. The fajitas were just as good as my favorite place in South Sacramento and I didn't have to drive all that way to get them. Tender strips of beef and a very generous portion. I'm so thankful I've found my new place in Elk Grove.

Wow! First time here after being told by everyone how great this place is. Service is fast and friendly! Food is amazing! Refried beans are totally legit! The flan was out of this world with a wonderful texture and you can taste the good vanilla in the mix. I got steak & shrimp fajitas and it was amazing. Plenty of guacamole and sour cream. Ate the three flour tortillas and had enough left for two more tortillas worth! It's a very nice, clean place decorated very appropriately in the Mexican tradition. Ambiance is just fine. Give this place a try. Don't let the size dissuade you! Five stars? Absolutely!
Every time we go to this restaurant it never disappoints.
We've been going here for years. All the food is amazing. Love the family atmosphere. I never feel like I'm lacking because the servers are on top of it. Will be back again next week!

Service rocks! Nice atmosphere. The Food is fine. There is nothing specifically wrong with it, except maybe a little bland. But the people are amazing! Typical little Mexican restaurant. I had the chili relleno. Better than some I've had. Guacamole was okay. Bloody Mary was decent. Family liked their mulitos and burrito.

I really like going to this restaurant since it's close to my home. I like variety so I got the combo plate with the cheese and jalapeño tamale, the beef enchilada, and an Al pastor taco. The best item was the enchilada. The jalapeño and cheese tamale is okay. The pork option is much better. The servers took great care of us. They were super friendly and kept our drinks and chips always full.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
