Terrible salty food. Carrabbas would have been better.
Went with my dad. We may have had too high of expectations given the Michelin rating. The burrata was great but then it was down hill. Super salty sea bass and pasta. Even the tiramisu was salty. How do you make a desert too salty!? Fortunately we ate at an amazing Michelin omakase the day before but was so disappointed today. Would have preferred going to Carrabbas.
Skip this place
I am really shocked at the good reviews on Rezdora. My pasta was just ok , no real favor and nothing in the dish , three tiny cubes of a potato. my salad was totally soggy. It is nothing special at all . The portions were small. I eat all over New York and the world , you can skip this one.
Service overshadows an otherwise good product
Host (and manager) seating process was exceptionally obnoxious and distasteful. Think the warm and welcoming experience you would love to receive and is the standard of any Danny Meyer restaurant, and now imagine the exact opposite. Then, even though they clearly knew how upset we were with them, they did not make any effort to apologize of defuse the situation (complimentary anything). No-- we do not need a discount or free anything but I have never seen anything like it before. The sommelier was fabulous and so was our waiter. The food was brilliant at times and solid otherwise. Overall-- I am looking for a solid all around pleasant to excellent experience. This was not it, especially that the restaurant is positioning itself to the higher end and charges like it. Shame. There are a lot of other choices in NYC.
Disappointed
I wanted to treat myself to the Michelin starred pasta. The service was impeccable, wine list impressive but the food was not as great or consistent across all the dishes. One plate arrived lukewarm. Sorely disappointed. Should have skipped it and went elsewhere

Be forewarned: while the pastas were fairly tasty, the nearly deafening noise level (often measuring >75 db on several reliable apps) clearly positions it more for young adults than gourmands.
Abominable lack of hospitality.
Shockingly horrific hospitality from the moment you open the front door. All staff including manager have a sour attitude. They have no interest in making your visit pleasant. Everything takes way too long. You order a bottle of wine and it takes 20 mins to come. Then it arrives with mildew smelling glasses which the staff had no interest in acknowledging let alone rectifying. Then when the bottle is finally open ( a wine you know very well) and it’s a bad bottle, then the extra horrible attitude, holier than though service, and lack of hospitality really kick in. Total joke of a “Michelin star” restaurant. They don’t meet any of the qualifications in service, atmosphere etc. Skip it.
Few words to say
Tried to make reservation but couldn’t find a table but lucky walk in with the help of Nathan Wanted a pasta without wine and have a plate as I wanted by the responsive Chef Experienced to be a well served client by the hands on our table of Devin Best is the bread Also spagetti with butter Simple but not forgettable Wish to see Chef around always because all the aura of the place depends on it
Tasty, but Pricey - Great Service!
We had an early dinner, so we were able to score a seat without a reservation. Favorite moment of the night - when we explained to our server that one of us was vegan and the other a vegetarian. "We've never had a vegan before!" It's NYC - that can't possibly be true. They were very accommodating, working with the chef so that we could both have something delicious to eat. The prices can be pretty expensive, however. Everything's more sample-size than meal-size. The ravioli was incredible - but there was only one! To feel truly full, we would have had to order half the menu.
My Fav Italian
This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in NY! I am a foody and very well versed in Italian food in Italy. This was my 5th time there 1 of the only places I can close my eyes that everything will be delicious and on point. It was my birthday and the whole staff signed a card. Card or not, this restaurant never slightly disappoints me.I love it so much, I rave about it to anyone visiting NY which is rare coming from me.
Lovely Italian food.
(We actually visited in May 2022 but I am late with the review). We really enjoyed the food at this restaurant- it was more comparable to Italian restaurants back in the UK without a Michelin star, but it was still very nice. We noticed that lots of people in NYC are on their phones at lot while eating which does detract a bit from the atmosphere.

Amazing Italian. One of the best pasta spots in town. Every dish was on point and the dessert was bomb too. Gets difficult to book dinner but lunch is much easier. Highly highly recommend

Cold, salty, awful food. Tiny portions. 1 prawn in the whole dish which was around $30. Staff were rude. Loud rap music being played. The worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. What a joke.
Super fabulous!
I was so thrilled to snag a reservation here for a quick new york trip! i had to book it a month in advance, but it was well worth taking the time to do. when the day finally arrived we were early for our 8pm dinner. the hostess took our coats and offered us a cocktail, and then we were subsequently brought upstairs to a cozy table in the corner. our server, sommelier, and really the entire staff were knowledgeable, warm and friendly. i knew we wanted to do the pasta tasting menu, and the server suggested we order salads to go with that. we also chose a fabulous bottle of red wine to accompany our meal. everything was SO wonderful. the pasta was fantastic, and every course was different. portions weren't huge, but after also getting gelato and cappuccinos we were completed sated by the end. my only wish is that we had been given a menu to know what we were eating! when the courses were delivered we were told what they were, but it would have been nice to be able to anticipate what was coming and revert back to the list as needed. i loved it here so much. it was exactly what i was looking for. highly recommend.
Not worth the hype
This was such a disappointing experience. I set an alarm two nights to make sure to get a reservation as this restaurant seems to be all the rage in NYC. We found nothing special here from the service to the food. This is one of those it’s all squeeze and no juice places that everyone wants into because everyone wants to eat here. Skip it. It was not worth the hype for us. We love Crown Shy if you want a really fabulous experience…food, cocktails, wine and especially service.
Great pasta, small plates.
Really good but keep in mind the portions are comically small, especially for pasta.
Wonderful Italian
We came for lunch. Four adults. We had the prochiuto gnocchi which is a puffed gnocchi with a prosciutto on top. Was great a wondeful salad and bread with amazing olive oil. Then 4 pasta dishes all were very good and ended with olive oil cake and tiramisu (had to…). All was great. Highly recommended

After a 30 min wait, it didn’t disappoint - service was great, food was fantastic. Lots of complimentary dishes.

Exceptional
Really busy and vibrant restaurant. We were seated at the back of the restaurant which at first I thought might be a little bit out of the main thrust but not so. Felt the vibe of the restaurant including a great music soundtrack. Little cramped on the tiny table but nothing to worry about. Smallish menu but all excellent. We loaded up on the starter plates and shared followed by a pasta course each. Didn’t need mains. Pasta was outstanding. Sensible portion sizes too. Service excellent throughout. Really excellent modern Italian experience.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
