Ramsay's Kitchen Oklahoma City Reviews from The Last Year
Barely has any great options to pick from.
For a Gordon Ramsay restaurant the management and service is lack service. It is desired to be better. They don't care as long as they are being paid. Service is super slow. I wouldn't recommended going to

Excellent meal start to finish! Crab cake, shrimp scampi, Parker house rolls, beef Wellington and top it off with Sticky Toffee Pudding. Snag this and you will not be disappointed
We went to Ramsey's for my birthday.
For appetizer we had the scotch egg which yolk was perfectly jammy and Brussel sprout salad was delicious and Parker rolls were amazing. For entrees we had beef Wellington and Brazino with risotto which was the special. The beef Wellington was the best one I have ever had. The brazino with risotto was really good as well. Sticky toffee pudding was the perfect dessert to round out the evening with its vanilla ice cream. The salted caramel espresso martini was a finish. It was well made and balanced. Over all will definitely be back. Our waitress was very nice and all the staff is considerate of dietary restrictions (I'm allergic to tomatoes). I would recommend if you have any food allergies dining at Ramsey's.
Ramsay's Kitchen has become one of my favorite watering
Ramsay's Kitchen has become one of my favorite watering holes in OKC. When they first open, it was cold and has been for awhile, so I wasn't able to take advantage of their amazing patio. Well spring is here and I have finally gotten the chance and man, did it not disappoint. The chairs are cozy, the patio is spacious, and it provides just enough access to the surroundings business for one to be nosey while I dine. Not only is the patio as stellar as their inside dining, but the tuna tartare seemed to taste so much better outside. LOL Ramsay is still setting the bar high delivering quality food, craft cocktails, excellent service, and swanky views.
The restaurant itself is very nice on the inside, however
The restaurant itself is very nice on the inside, however the food is not on par with the ambiance. The food itself reminded me of chain restaurant food like Chili's, it did not correlate to the prices. My cheeseburger was average at best, not very juicy and almost bland. The service was decent but again not on par with the prices. I also found some of the seating to be quite awkward. Overall, I would avoid this restaurant and use the money on a restaurant that has food and service that is on par with the prices.
We held a graduation party here during an afternoon.
Though we had a group of 21, the wait staff & kitchen did a great job of servicing the party. The food - good in spots - very good in spots - but get ready to pay up for your meal. Sticky wings: these are a pretty good appetizer. I've had these before and they put their spin on their version of chicken wing - while staying generally true to being a traditional wing. Parker rolls: looks like a pan of general rolls...but these are pretty good for what they are. Using a sea salt and herb topper, they're worth getting if you're in the mood for a bread side. Tomato soup: $12 gets you an ok to good tomato soup. A bit on the acidic side and not particularly rich/cream type flavor. BLT: This was a great rendition on a heightened BLT. The bacon was fantastic. Tye tomato on this sandwich was much more than a generic tomato slice. And the aioli on this sandwich was flat out great. Chicken Milanese: This dish comes to the table, looking like a great dish. And the pounded out chicken is an ample ample portion. After the first bite and others, the dish is a bit underwhelming to me. Coating on chicken lacks having any kind of pop flavor. And the Dijon cream sauce has too light a flavor profile, to then pair with the light flavored chicken coating and mild tasting chicken. Fish & Chips: the piece of haddock coming to table - they are big and a bit over the top big! I didn't try this dish, but I was with some other food critics (that) know their stuff. They thought the dish was a good dish. They didn't fall all over themselves (when) they talked about it. So, take that insight as you may. RK Burger: a smash burger style of burger. The burger is ok to good. Nothing that blows my socks off by any means. $25 for the burger; goes up to $28.50 if you want bacon. There are better options to choose from (than this entree). Cheesecake: This desert is a real winner. A few people at the table, thought the Ramsey cheesecake, is better than Juniors in NYC. Tye mascarpone must be what makes it! Sticky Pudding: I've had this a number of times before - it's always a good desert to end your meal with. All and if you're in the mood for the toffee flavor of this desert.
Ramseys provides great food, but the reality is that it's
Ramseys provides great food, but the reality is that it's different than what you might expect. Now, I've eaten at the Savoy in London and expected the same service. Our experience was different from that as they stopped by and asked if we ordered a dish (we did not order). They giggled and wandered red off . Our food was great though. But remember, if Ramsey isn't there; you're not getting Ramsey's service or food. Sorry Gordon; you need to tweak it.
My first time here.
The restaurant was very spacious, and the ambiance was stellar. Our waitress, Jess, was also the bartender. She was great and make herself readily available if we needed anything. The food was delicious, my first time trying a scotch egg! As good as the hype. I also got the idiot sandwich, it was incredible. The salted caramel espresso martini was the perfect balance of booze, caffeine, and coffee! Highly recommend
Absolutely the best food I've had in OKC!! Don't pass up on
Absolutely the best food I've had in OKC!! Don't pass up on the Caesar salad!!! Can't wait to go back!
We loved our experience at Ramsay's Kitchen.
My husband and I met for a lunch date, and we got the Parker rolls, he got the Hellfire Chicken Sandwich & I got the Chicken Milanese. All the dishes were delicious! The restaurant was really nice inside. It has a huge bar, plenty of seating, and a moody modern feel to it. Our food got to us quickly, and overall we had a great experience!
Stellar, simply put.
The customer service was incredible, the food was perfection. We had the scotch eggs and beef Wellington. My only complaint was the music was too loud and not fitting for the venue. But that is a minor complaint when the rest was perfect. We will be back again!
Over priced and small portions , the price just for fish
Over priced and small portions , the price just for fish and chips crazy as for the beef Wellington hell no

From the time we walked in to the time we left, we were provided with great service! We waited awhile for our food, but it was so worth it. I ordered the Idiot Sandwich and it was packed with so much flavor. 10/10 if I could rate it!!!
I was taken to Ramsay's Kitchen for my birthday.
I really enjoyed it, before I forget his name I have to start with BRYCE was a great server. SUPERB! great with the menu and knowledge about the history of dishes. I enjoyed EVERYTHING! Back to Bryce, he sold me on trying the Scottish Egg. I don't like runny eggs AT ALL! When I say Bryce sold me on trying it I gave in. was a little skeptical at first. I like them! The meat was cooked to perfection, the breading stuck perfectly. The runny egg absorbed in the meat, making it easy to get past my dislike of runny eggs. Not sure if it's something I'd order again. I'd give it 8/10! The sticky wings! Easy 10 and no it's not because I like chicken lol they are really really good! I got a little Asian inspiration when eating them. A nice subtle sweet not too over powering. Beef Wellington 9/10 I never eat medium rare or rare, I'm More of a medium well. I must say the beef Wellington was so tender. Never have I ever had a piece of beef that literally melted in my mouth! It didn't lack flavor to me. Pan seared scallops and pork belly. Another perfectly cooked dish, the pork belly gave it a nice fatty addition. The pomegranate garnish I found myself eating those too. Let me not forget the broccolini! Delicious also another perfect dish The two Burgers unfortunately I didn't try. I was too busy trying the stuff I would never eat lol Since it was my actual birthday the day I went. I received a complimentary toffee cake WOOOOH don't count the calories or think about them. THAT CAKE WAS BEYOND GOOOOOODT AND BRYCE KNEW THE HISTORY BEHIND THE CAKE. If I'm not mistaking its chefs grandmothers recipe We went as a group of four had 5 alcoholic drinks, appetizers and meals only 287.00 about 85 a person after the tip! I don't think that's bad at all. The ambience was nice music playing, it wasn't load. It was easy to have a conversation without feeling like you had to raise your voice. Nice views, nice location. I'd most definitely go back!
The service was wonderful which our waiter knows a lot
The service was wonderful which our waiter knows a lot about the food!! The food was to die for because everything was so delicious I love the style and vibe of the restaurant because it felt like home I really really wanted to see Ramsay's but I know he is a busy man!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!! For my husband and I it was 140 he had the beef Wellington and I had the chicken and our drinks was mocktales which the love affair was so so so good!!!!
Enjoyable evening
We went to celebrate our friends anniversary. We had excellent service from Carlos. We all had a wonderful experience. The food was exceptional. The Beef Wellington was cooked to perfection. We all decided we would have the Scotch Egg again.
I expected a better experience than I had.
The food was horrible and the wait time was entirely too long for the bad food that we were served. The fish and chips were overly breaded and greasy. The French fries were cold and greasy. I paid over one hundred dollars for a bad experience. I complained to the manager and she acted like she didn't care about my experience. No I'm sorry or comping us for a portion of our meal. Suffice it to say I won't be back. If this is the best that Gordon Ramsey has to offer then I will pass every single time.
To expensive for my taste and pocketbook this afternoon.
To many other restaurants to try.
Our experience here was awful from the service to the food.
When we were told someone would call us to follow up the call never happened. Gordon Ramsey would have been embarrassed
We enjoyed it! It was our birthday dinner.
The Idiot sandwich is delicious, the truffle fries and Parker rolls are amazing! My husband ordered the fish and chips but wasn't impressed due to it being greasy and too much breading that kept falling off. Dessert was so good! Our waiter was great! The restaurant was very cool,I liked the layout.
The food is BEYOND delish! I got the fish and chips which
The food is BEYOND delish! I got the fish and chips which isn't pictured because I ate it quickly I was starving from the smells haha. It was a full filet of fish which I believe was haddock! The "chips" were large potato fries and again such a hit I finished ever one. The Cesar comes with mini pieces of perfectly cooked pork belly I believe. So good. The cake ughhhh soooooo delish! I HIGHLY recommend this place service is amazing and their hot teas are to die for!
Ramsay’s Kitchen
We had a great special occasion dinner here. The food is incredibly delicious and portioned just right. Loved the crab cake and beef Wellington. They offered a complimentary toffee cake for our anniversary. It is very pricey and we made reservations over a month in advance, so I’d save this place only for rare occasions.
Cannot consciously recommend anyone spend money/time at this establishment--
Spent a Birthday dinner at GRK with my spouse. Ordered Caesar salad. The romaine was wilted and it had roughly a quarter cup of blob of dressing un-mixed in the bottom of the dish-- it appeared to me the salad had been pre-tossed some time earlier and was waiting to be sold. The next dish was tagliatelle w/ butternut squash-- we added lobster tail. When the dish arrived I could see that the noodles were laminated together. Upon my first bite there were gummy noodles and crunchy noodles-- the pasta was well under al dente. The lobster tail was tough. My spouse then looked at me and asked " is this pasta undercooked". At this point we sent the dishes back-- this would be three dishes we returned to the kitchen. After another wait the FOH manager delivered the re-fired dishes. The manager was a bit confrontational asking whether I was sure it was the pasta or the butternut squash. The comport shown conveyed annoyance. I said the chef should try the first pasta dish we were served. The manager then offered a dissertation on COVID and how that was not possible. To which I replied " As sure as you are about COVID, I am equally sure the pasta was undercooked, the lobster was over cooked and the salad was haphazard." To me it seems a reasonable trouble shoot to pull a noodle from the dish and try to test the texture with a kitchen implement w/o consuming. It is not an enjoyable experience to send three dishes back. It involves waiting, involving the waiter which has no control over the dish and awkward conversations with managers. I left feedback through an email I received from GRK the day after the meal. I left all the information I have in this review and requested a partial refund or credit for a future meal. The response was " Hope you will dine with us in the future"-- seems the indifference is a feature of this establishment rather than a bug. Caveat emptor!
Over rated! Under performed!
First time there. My sea bass was very thin and served with the skin on. My asparagus was ultra thick and under roasted. My coffee tasted as if it had been in the pot for 4 hours. My bill came and for $240.00 (tip included) I was more than disappointed. Won’t be going back. Way too expensive for what you get. I personally cook and eat better at home!
Amazing food, drinks and staff
Amazing place with great food and drinks and even more amazing staff. What a wonderful new place in OKC. My lady and I will be back.
Great Restaurant That Lives Up to the Ramsay Name.
OMG. This was an awesome experience! I traveled from San Antonio, Tx for my son's birthday and we had reservations for his birthday. The restaurant is very elegant and has a upscale Industrial style. There was 7 of us in the party. We ordered an order of Parker rolls for the table. I ordered the Harvest Salad and added grilled shrimp. The salad is HUGE and very delicious. My son, DIL and BF ordered the Beef Wellington - they said that it was cooked to perfection. My grand daughter ordered the fish and chips. My DIL's friends ordered the RK burger and his wife the steak. All of the food was fantastic. The entire experience was amazing. The server was attentive and very friendly. They even brought my son a complimentary Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert for his birthday. I truly can't say enough great things about this night and the experience.
Worth a visit and try lots of items
We scheduled a dinner reservation for New Year’s Eve. We wanted to try several things that we have seen from Hells Kitchen episodes. We both had deserts. My wife the Crab cake that she said was the best she had ever had. I had the shrimp scampi that had very good flavor. Our entrees consisted of beef Wellington with a turnip purée and scallops/pork belly. Sides of truffle fries (outstanding) and the grilled Brussels sprouts. We couldn’t pick anything that wasn’t very tasty!
Stay Away
Second visit and will never be back. They were out of numerous menu items. They didn’t tell us until we had already ordered drinks. Once we found out we couldn’t even order the dishes we wanted, we told the server that we were going to walk next door to Uncle Julio’s. I told her to tab us out for the soft drinks and water we’d ordered. She said that she would need to get a manager. After 20 minutes wait, I left a $20 and we walked out. This place is all hype.
Not worth it
Where do I begin...Well, I called before arriving and asked about walk-in service at the bar, and the lady informed me that the bar was fully committed along with reservations for the evening. I decided to go anyway. Once I arrived, the bar was empty. There was no one at the bar and no wait for reservations. Interesting. I ordered scallops and potatoes as a side to my meal. The potatoes were COLD. The scallops were tiny, I mean very tiny and overcooked. My friend ordered the sticky wings, and they were COLD. The manager brought out more wings, and they were RAW. The manager said it was bone marrow, and a blood vessel popped while cooking, but they were done. The manager said she would not eat them. It was a very disappointing experience. The One Last Kiss drink was delicious.
Below Expectations
With great anticipation we made a reservation and went to the new Ramsay's Kitchen for dinner. We ordered drinks, salads and entree's. The server was very precise in accepting the order she said to insure that the dinner elements were delivered properly. The drinks were delivered after about 10 minutes. The entree's arrived at almost the same time as the drinks. We informed the new server that salads had not been received yet, and they said sorry, put the entrees in front of us and walked away. About ten minutes later another sever began wandering around tables in our area searching for the people missing salads. Finally she figured out that it was our table an plopped them down and promptly walked away. Several minutes later our original server stopped by to check on us, and responded to the late salads by explaining that "sometimes that happens". At the end the server offered a half-hearted apology for the issues with the dinner. The lack of care demonstrated by the three servers earlier cannot be erased by a weak apology when the bill is delivered--the issue should have been corrected when it occurred. The salads and entrees were good (scallops and beef Wellington), but the dinner sequence was unsatisfactory. The server staff did not seem to care that the dinner was not served correctly and did nothing to rectify the situation. In retrospect, we should have sent the entrees back to be refired after the salads were complete. I think the staff needs to be required to watch Hell's Kitchen to understand the importance of the sequence of service, because they don't get it at Ramsay's Kitchen. I guess reality TV shows and reality do not match at all. There are many fine dining restaurants in the metropolitan area that provide top tier food and service. It takes both good food and good service to justify the meal cost and earn a return visit. The Ramsay organization sent a survey a few days later. Feedback similar to the above went unanswered.

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!

Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability

Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??
Tune into NBC News - Top Story Tonight 7:40p ET
Let’s go. Get more people placing bids!
I will give you 50% of ALL of my PROFITS if you teach me how to make profits?
LOL. Thank you The New Yorker.
Appointment
Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
Buyers interested in Bern's Steakhouse: PLEASE READ
Same goes for 4 Charles and I Sodi
Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil
🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🧨🧨🧨 now on to 30 mill!
Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
