It’s a Girls World
I love Premier Inn, we have stayed in a few over the years. This one at Chester Railway Station is the best by far. The Newly updated rooms are spot on. The check was very friendly and efficient. The cocktails are delicious and the bar staff are so helpful & happy, Melissa in particular is extremely helpful and attentive.
Excellent service

Give the staff a pay rise
Guys, you were all brilliant. I mentioned in passing, literally a throw away remark that it was my daughter’s birthday day after we arrived. Omg. She got spoilt. Chocolates, mocktails. Honestly, you all really made it perfect for her. Cannot thank you all enough. Only bad thing was that someone dropped their guts in the lift just before we left. Funny though. 🤢
Usual PI high quality
Well located and high quality hotel as usual the staff were super helpful and friendly and everything was easy and nice - it’s nice to know you can rely on premier inns quality
Great Service!
Was passing by and waiting for my train so thought I’d pop in for a quick drink and some food to pass the time. Food was quick and tasty made by chef Lavi. Staff Kasia and Meg behind the bar were stars! Lovely people with great customer service and always with a smile on their faces!
Lovely refurbished room
All rooms at this hotel have been refurbished (well I think they are still working this week to finish the work). The room was comfortable and attractive. I doubt any rooms have a good view but that didn’t matter to us as we used the hotel as a base to explore Chester. It was close enough to the train station and the town centre that even my mid eighties mother could walk. The hop on hop off bus goes from opposite the hotel entrance. The cooked breakfast on the first day (Monday) was by order and so cooked fresh and was beautiful. The fruit, croissants, toast etc was help yourself. The next 2 days the hot food was buffet style. Staff were friendly.
Excellent stay as always
We use this Premier inn as a preferred “go to” for a night when visiting the city. Really good value for money and perfect location for being able to walk into the city centre.
Comfortable value for money
Ideal location to explore Chester’s historic city and I was very pleased with both the quality and quantity of the breakfast. Being in the hotel industry. Both myself and partner were astounded at the selection and value for money the breakfast was Bed was comfortable and excellent staff customer service. Would definitely stay here again
Just what we needed
Premier Inn does what it says on the tin and is great for a nice cheap city break. We had a slight disappointment that we were notified a week before our visit that building work was on going at the hotel and feel we should of been notified at the time of booking. We had a small issue when checking in, however this was soon rectified by Emma on reception who went above and beyond. The hotel is in a great location for convenience to the train station and the city center and would certainly visit again.
Better than before
We have stayed at this premier inn previously and the rooms have been refurbed and couldn’t fault them! Beds were great and room was nice and quiet on the 3rd floor
Dirty with drug users.
The establishment was dirty and we was kept up all night. The tv didn’t work. The staff were not helpful at all. We left a night early and lost the money not offered a refund and was treated appallingly by the customer services here name was karolina who ended up putting the phone down on us was no help at all. I wouldn’t dream of taking children to this hotel it is awful. Neighbours partying all night shouting. It was more like a hostel than a hotel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR STAY AT THIS DOSS HOUSE. You will be treated like scum.
Cleaning was non existant.
I stayed here for 13 nights, I asked on 2 Occasions for my room to be cleaned, they called in and never hoovered up or changed the bedding they also left dirty cups. I complained to reception the second time and I offered to clean the room myself. The receptionist went to check the room and was embarrased, she actually done the cleaning herself, she also apologised and left a gift in my room. The Standards are low here compared to other Hotels in the same price range.
Friday night in Chester
We had another great night in Chester. Stayed at The Premier Inn again. Great location to town centre. Friendly staff and lovely all you can eat breakfast. We came with friends and the only negative was we were on floor 1 and they were given the 3rd floor, which was a bit annoying as we usually are opposite each others rooms and can pop over to borrow items we have packed for each other.
Birthday Treat
Stayed for my Birthday. It’s Just a short distance from the railway station. You can store your bags here if your early and go into the city centre. It has a resturant which serves evening meals and breakfast plus a bar. We only stayed one night, but will be back again.
Racecourse conference
Booked in while attending company conference down at the racecourse which is within walking distance to the hotel. Clean and cosy room with all the usual amenities you expect from a budget hotel. Would stay again if ever visiting Chester in the future.
Little trip away
This is a great Premier Inn, close to the train station and all shops and restaurants. Limited on site parking but there are plenty of places to park alongside or just use the train. We stayed for two nights and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We don’t have an evening meal due to the amount of other local eateries in the city Center, but we did indulge for Breakfast. Which set us up for the day of exploring the Center.
Gorgeous hotel
Reception staff were very accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. Room was light and airy, and the beds are comfy. The centre of Chester isn't too far either. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Will be staying again!
Overnight stay in Chester
Came to Chester on the train for a night out with friends. Hotel is a short, straight, easy walk from the station. On arrival I was greeted by 2 friendly staff members Liv and Ant, who assisted me in upgrading my room to a premium one. Very helpful amd attentive. Room is spacious, shower was great. Comfy work station. Overall very happy with my stay. Good price. Clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Perfect place for a couple of nights stay
Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had booked for a cot, however upon arrival there was not one in the room. The staff were really apologetic and corrected this promptly. Everything you need in one place. Will definitely be going back! There is parking however it is very limited and would be easier to book in advance. Close to train station but can not hear from hotel and right by the canal.
Great stay
Came here last week for business, had a great stay, nice- clean and professional. Thank you for making me feel welcome whilst being away from home. Great location! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team I encountered

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
