Pizzeria Uno Chicago Bewertungen
We have been long time lovers of Unos pizza.
We planned to order at pizza at the bar but the bartender was distracted and inattentive. It took way too long to get a drink so we decided to move on. We were sad that the poor bartender ruined what could have been great. We were there at 6pm the
Very disappointed.
I experienced Pizzeria Uno in NYC a while ago and I was taken away by the experience. Yet in heart of Chicago, I had the worst pizza experience here. The crust was so hard, you will break your teeth trying to eat pizza. The dough was so compact and

I guess for all of the hype around Chicago for its pizza I had high expectations. This was better than our try at Lou Malnati's as the crust was better but it was still blah. This was the original Pizzeria Uno so it was fun to visit, but it was

I wanted to introduce my nephew, who is from out of town, to Chicago deep dish pizza. I first had deep dish pizza many years ago, and I know what it should be like. The crust was not pizza dough like, more like pie dough and for some reason, was the

I visited this pizzeria a year ago and the pizza was fantastic. This time the dough was not properly cooked and felt it needed some more time in the oven. Condiments were good, beer was good, service good as well. I would give it another try.
Rude and unaccommodating staff , almost throw me and my baby out
I am shock of the attitude from Staff! We arrive with our baby and a stroller, we were informed we can not take the stroller inside as it’s very small. Once the pizza arrived , the table Next to us was not in use and was blocked by another three la
I had such high hopes for this restaurant.
We ordered two deep dish pizzas and were warned it would be 45 min. We ordered a spinach salad and 2 deep dish pizzas at 2:15. We were sat next to the kitchen. Our server made eye contact but no service with us several times but checked on the table

I'm in love with this one and only the very first and the one of only original Chicago Deep Dish Pizza House near the Magnificent Mile. I went there for the 11 o'clock opening on Wednesday to beat the crowd. The front door didn't even
Deep pan pizza is an acquired taste - over many years.
We were lucky enough to eat outdoors. The service was excellent, the prices modest by local standards and the portions generous. The main draw was to try the speciality dish, deep pan pizza. I found it inedible and can think of nothing to commend it.
Terrible Experience
The food was mediocre at best but what topped it off was the server insulting my wife and asking what was wrong with her nose. 10/10 would never recommend this place - do yourself a favor and don’t stop by to eat here

The wait staff was fantastic - they were very accommodating and helpful. The young man at the entrance and the waitress who served me were great. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the pizza. The crust was rock hard and chewy. While tasty, I will
I've only had deep dish twice and NYC pizza already clears.
There HAS to be better in Chicago but this was an absolute travesty. Appetizers were SO mid. The calamari was absolutely flavorless and all the crust was hard, brittle, and fell off with the slightest movement. Definitely frozen . The shrimp and cra

Never again First the hostess was rude. Never explained we had to order deep dish pizza while waiting for a table. We only found out when she told another customer that’s waiting to be seated. We later figure out it does take 30 minutes to make a

Great food and cute place! Had to try the original deep dish pizza and it did not disappoint. Also had spaghetti, garlic cheese bread, and Caesar salad and there wasn't a crumb left of anything.

I was underwhelmed, but my four-year-old granddaughter thinks it's delicious. My benchmarks are : Deep dish that I make it home Lou Malnati's Gino's East No part of Uno pizza is top quality. Just my opinion, but I'm sticking to

The garlic bread was pretty good, Chicago style was even better. The pizza though was okay. The crust was pretty crunchy up till the edges, where it was undercooked. So it ended up being a touch chew for a lot of the pizza
I would say this spot is 3.
5 stars overall. I've been here twice, each time because friends/family from out of town wanted to try deep dish pizza. It's in an excellent location in River North and has a nice casual old school bar vibe. It's got a lot of history!
Kind Staff
I came in during my short vacation and sat at the bar in which my bartender was Ramiro a very kind man who is very personable and attentive. Great food and service will be going again 100%

A lesson learned.
Great location, absolute tourist trap. Was not what I expected. Getting here was a challenge. The service was great! Food was meh, crust was hard and doughy. Sauce was mediocre. Expected a 10! deep dish, got a 3. Sorry but an experience to learn from
So-so pizza, great service
Service was great! Clean and friendly environment with a cute outside seating area. The individual deep dish cheese pizza was so/so. Nothing wrong with it but flavor was minimal, not much cheese, very acidic sauce, crust was underwhelming. I would re
Uno
Pizzeria Uno, Chicago — a legendary spot for deep-dish pizza lovers I visited the iconic Pizzeria Uno in Chicago — one of the very first places (if not the first) to serve the city’s famous deep-dish pizza. The history here is palpable: this is
Nice atmosphere and pizza.
Cute place. Found out I’m not a fan of Chicago deep dish, but the pizza was good. Nice atmosphere. Wait time for two was quick. Location was across from our hotel. We shared a medium and is was perfect.
