&pizza - Dulles I Oak Hill Reviews from The Last Year
Airport snafu
We ordered online at the airport. Checked in with staff when we arrived to say we ordered. Twenty minutes later were told that online ordering isn’t working and wouldn’t be honored. By then, it was too late and we had to catch our flight. Please: if online ordering is down…please shut it down and/or let folks know when they arrive!
Great pizza! (
We were passing through Terminal C on the way to our gate and saw this pizza shop. All their pizzas were priced at $13.99, and they had 7 pizzas on their menu or the ability to custom order one from an extensive list of sauces and toppings. We chose to choose the ingredients on our pizza and started it with their spicy tomato sauce. You could see the red pepper flakes in it, and we liked the spice factor that it added. The pizzas are a rectangular thin crust and large enough to share if you aren’t extremely hungry. The pizza was ready in a few minutes, and we enjoyed all the toppings and the crisp crust. We would definitely eat here again.
Skip this franchise!
Food is ok but customers service was seriously lacking. And who operates a food stand in an international airport that takes only cash? Will not be back.

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
