Ping Pang Pong Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Ping Pang Pong reasonable Chinese Food in Vegas. Good for family gathering.
The food is good Chinese. They serve quick but a little hectic but we all enjoyed. Not expensive. A real good place for big Chinese family dinner style gathering.
Highly recommend Cantonese-style cuisine.
All the food is served freshly cooked and delicious.

The restaurant is an upscale Chinese restaurant in a weird location, but very good and worth the wait. There's usually a wait if you don't have a reservation. Everything's good on the menu. The food, the service very good.
One of my favorite dim sum place here in Vegas.
Service isn't the that great but food is. They have the cart for lunch and have a different menu for dinner. Shrimp chive dumpling, steamed shrimp rice roll, shrimp shumai, hot and sour soup, eggplant w/shrimp and pan fried flour cake.
This place is open until 3 am which is great because after
This place is open until 3 am which is great because after we landed in Vegas late at night on Sunday, there are limited options at midnight. I would definitely come back for dimsum items here. We ordered Seafood tofu hotpot along with two shumai, two har gow, and chive dumplings. The dimsum food was good. I expected an actual hotpot or mini hotpot version for the seafood tofu hotpot with soup listed, however we had a version of maybe stir fry seafood with deep fried tofu added in a stone bowl. Overall, the food seems to come out fast. I definitely would come back for the food.
I apologize ping pang Pong I wasn't familiar with your game.
Inside the dreary gold coast is this chinese place which most of our dishes were excellent for the vegas area around the strip. The staff was well organized and were hustling well. The braised pork was amazing. The food was expensive but that seems to be vegas these days.
The food is delicious, although, I feel it is $$$ .
Food took forever to get to the table. The lighting of the place was very nice and it is a casual restaurant.
What a place esp if you're staying at Gold Coast.
You don't need to drive down Chinatown. Food was amazing and definitely worth it. They have dim sum in the am just an FYI. Service is good and alway a line so make them reservations or just order Togo. It does get pretty packed and loud I but hey it really convenient esp in a Casino.
This place is a hidden gem inside the Goldcoast Casino! One
This place is a hidden gem inside the Goldcoast Casino! One of the best authentic Chinese food places in Vegas and the dim sum is really good too!
Was excited to be back and eat here again after many years
Was excited to be back and eat here again after many years despite the ratings, came early to enjoy hot plates but everything was cold! Ordered two dishes from menu and only one showed up after 30 minutes, also the cart ladies barely spoke English and was hard to find my favorites. Place used to be packed prior to opening but now it's only quarter occupied and yet food and service is a disappointment.
Good Recommend!! But have to award service is not worth
Good Recommend!! But have to award service is not worth 18%-20%. I was eating here myself today. No server greeted to me, one of nice busser stops by my table proved me beverage service. After finished eating, my leave credit card on table more then 15 minutes. Different bussers walk pass my table I know they saw my credit card but just walks away. In the end, one of dim sum car lady walk pass my table 3nd times. She went to ask hostess helps me check out. The most funny thing today while eating was the warm tofu brûlée with ginger sugar was cold, I checked with tofu car lady, she answered. ~No, it's hot. It's hot. But, I asked. May I please have the warm one, it's supposed to be warm. Then she still keeping saying that it's hot..... .. .! I asked her well, come to touch my bowl, then tell me how do you think. Then she went microwave for me, not change another fresh tofu for me. Obviously!! My order probably was last order left from her previous tofu bucket. I was eating in the restaurant in Casino, but I feel I was eating in Chinatown. This place works service are not on the same page. Worst management. Not a good experience today.
Good food in a random spot
Wanted some good Chinese food, found this place online. We visited based on all of the good reviews they have received. This restaurant is in a totally random older casino. Plenty of free parking. Kinda sad scene when you enter, you need to walk through the slot machine area to enter the restaurant. If smoking is a problem, you are best to avoid. The food was good and arrived quickly. We had a great meal, attentive service and would consider returning.
Restaurant manually edited the pending bill
PAY CASH!! If you pay w the credit card, watch your statement. My bill was $57 + tips. Total $70. My credit card charged $101. Someone in the restaurant manually edited the pending charge. BE AWARE! I'll report to my credit card company 😠 PAY CASH!!
Good Food, But ....
First, the food here is good. I would give it somewhere between a 4 and 4.5. The problem is two-fold. First, it is located right in the middle of the casino and no door/walls closing it off. So it smells like cigarette smoke (there were only a couple of people in the casino when we went - I don't think any of them were smoking at the time - and it still wreaked). Second was service. They wouldn't accommodate to move us back in the restaurant to try and get away from the cigarette smell; further, they didn't check on the table very often, and we had to keep flagging them down
Many Photos Added. Excellent Food and Service
My wife and I dined here for dinner. We shared everything. We had the Egg foo young (not on the menu and huge), Mu shoo pork (not on the menu and very tasty) and the Mongolian Beef. The Mongolian Beef was a very nice piece of beef, but the cook should cut it into thinner slices, so it is more tender. It is a shame to mess up a piece of beef making it tough to eat. Very good service on this visit. I added many photos and will return again soon.
Okay
After all the hype over the past few years, and hearing about the long lines, we walked right in and got a table and the experience was below my expectations. Granted, it was just based on one dish and I would go back to try other things if I'm at the Gold Coast. Went for lunch and it was not crowded. My friend and I split a fried rice dish (portion was plenty large enough) and we both agreed we needed to add soy sauce to it to give it any flavor (surprisingly it was not on the table so we had to ask and wait for it). The service was okay but I would not make a special trip to eat here.
Many photos added. Located at the Gold Coast
My wife and I dined here for dinner with no reservation. We showed up at 9pm and were seated within 10-minutes. We had hot tea and white rice. We shared the Mu Shu Pork (Yummy), Egg Fu Young and the Mongolian Beef. The service was excellent on this visit and I will return again soon.
Interesting Dim Sum experience
The food is very good in all. We went for lunch, which was primarily Dim Sum, though you could order off the regular menu too. The place was totally full very noisy and a bit overwhelming for nonAsian novices. The carts full of Dim Sum came by at rapid speed and most cart servers did not speak English, but expected you to make immediate choices (there was a dim sum menu, but no time to look, or opportunity to ask questions.) We should have asked for a regular waiter immediately, and life would have been much easier. We ended up with some random dim sum items and ordered off regular menu also. Although we ended up full and mostly satisfied, it was a chaotic experience, and not totally pleasant. One could tell this was a real treat for Asian customers - and seemed like "Sunday friends and family social gatherings", though it was Wed. in a casino. Dinner off a regular menu might be easier for visitors, not aware of all the ins and outs of Dim Sum ordering.
Unimpressive, bland expensive food
Unimpressed, we are unsure what other peoples expectations are when we read the great reviews!!! For us, this was expensive and bland chinease food. Went for dinner, having visited many times before, but on this occassion was not impressed at all. Ordered vegetable spring rolls- just pastry with hardly any veg or anyting in them. No taste at all. Poor! Ordered War Wonton Soup, very little substance to this either- tasteless broth, no flavour, like dish water, low on meat- 2 slithers of chicken, 1 shrimp, 6 wontons (which were nice). Overall poor value. Ordered Kung Pow chicken. Decent portion, but lacking in juice and not very spicy. Plus a boiled rice. (Hard to get wrong!!!! We don't drink, so just water and bill was $50!! (Soup and one main meal!!!! Come on!!! That's crazy!) Also, the service wasnt good either, asked for all our food to come together as we were with another couple, one meal came out after we had finished all the others! There's so many better options in Las Vegas for chinease food and what was in our view a great tasty, good value restaurant in the past is now unimpressive and offers expensive middle of the road food. We won't return.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.

Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it? |
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid? |
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted. |
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from? |
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Newbie sellers— how fast do your reservations sell?
I have some reservations coming up tomorrow that have gotten lots of views but haven’t sold yet. I haven’t made a sale yet since I just joined this week. I keep lowering the price, but am worried they won’t sell. How long did it take you to sell your first reservations? And did you have success being reimbursed by AT for no-show or cancellation fees? Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks!

Hi, I have a reservation to Nobu Malibu, but since they don't do text or e-mail confirmations I haven't been able to get my reservation posted. I have posted a screen shot of the phone conversation on the listing, but it keeps getting rejected. If anyone has an idea how I can get it approved that would be much appreciated, thanks!

Give the best answerConcierge change fulfillment time
I posted a request for a reservation this Thursday between 6:30 and 8 pm and initially the potential seller said it would be fulfilled by today. Now they changed it that they will only fulfill it by 5pm that same day. Basically I would have an hour and a half to get to the restaurant. Is this allowed?

This app is a catfish and overrun by people programming “bots” and algorithms. It makes it frustrating for someone not well versed in this to have any movement. I thought this would be a fun side hustle, but unfortunately it’s become like any other “side hustle”. Don’t waste your time with this crap. Not a question, just a suggestion. Also don’t pay these fake “gurus” hundreds of dollars to teach you. Might as well sign up for a software class. 😕
