Very pricey, small portions, and fairly average food.
Decor is dated. Staff certainly knows how to sell it, but it just not as good as the hype. I will never understand why any chef would think tiny apple cubes in a salad is a good idea.

Food, service, views, and music are always excellent.
I've never met a menu item at Pier W I didn't thoroughly enjoy. Only down side is that many people seem to feel the same, so we always make reservations about 1-2 months in advance.

After many years of dining at Pier W for our special occasions we've been quite disappointed with the service in the dining area. The food also is nothing special for the price that they're asking. We do like the bar and now just go for an appetizer

Everyone remarked at the high level of service, the beautiful views, and the fabulous meal. The GM was super responsive and helpful with the planning. What a fun night! Highly recommend!
