The service and ambiance projects warmth and coziness, tucked away in the quiet outer sunset neighborhood of San Francisco. The food options are a mix of comfort food and modern fare, offering something for both omnivores and vegetarians.

Cod croquettes were good. Tomato soup was too acidic, and had nary a crouton or bread to go with it. Chicken was...chicken. Not remarkable, although salad was nicely dressed. Pasta o.k. A really ordinary dinner, with slow but friendly service.

Chill atmosphere. Great service. We went at 11am on a Sunday and surprisingly there was no line. When we left at 12:30 the line outside was very long. Avocado toast and breakfast sandwich were the best.

I witnessed who I believe was the manager accoste someone just because they were simply exercising their 1st Ammendment right... the food was sub par also. Will not return and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Pricey yet good
The food is good, including the combination of ingredients. The food and drinks are pricey, even before the 10% total fees, with some of the portions being small.
Outerlands is in a good local location close to the beach which is nice and dog friendly
Outerlands was very good. It's dog friendly and the staff are nice. I would recommend getting the Dutch baby and the smashed potatoes

We had dinner and breakfast here and both were fabulous - really alternative and tasty choices - check out the menu it’s great The Gin & Toics were mean too, if you aren’t in this area it’s definitely worth the drive out to give it a try
