Great local atmosphere
Great local atmosphere at this very busy place. Book in advance and don’t come starving: we waited about 45 minutes for our food at peak dinner hour. Food is not very spicy, portions are generous. We ordered 4 “mezze” for 2 people and wished we had ordered 3.
Be the first to ReplyImmerse yourself in the Turkish world of pleasure
We went to Osman's Daughters for the first time yesterday and were able to immerse ourselves in the delicious, very tasty Turkish culinary world. The dishes are shared at the table, sharing the food and trying as much of one as possible. A delight for the tongue. We had 2 different dishes per person and shared them among ourselves, it was enough for us. From lentils, fish mousse, lamb, meatballs or juicy chicken skewers, everything is recommended! Service very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back.
Be the first to ReplyGood turkish restaurant
Fine turkish food in a nice location. Starters and warm dishes as anchovies or lamb are very good and the darft beer is fine.
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely loved this restaurant - food was divine, service was great & we loved the atmosphere
Wonderful Turkish food, served in a delightfully buzzy restaurant with great staff. Mostly mezze sharing dishes - which is great as you can taste so many different dishes. It's a shame your restaurant is not closer to Norwich in the UK. Thank you - we will definitely be back at some point in the future. One of our top favourite 3 dinners in Berlin when we visited in September 2023. TIP - booking is essential.
Be the first to ReplyCozy restaurant, friendly people and delicious food. Recommended!
Very cozy restaurant in a nice neighborhood. The service is friendly and the food is absolutely delicious! Recommended! We ordered 5 mezze (2 hot and 2 cold and 1 portion of Cacik) and that was a good amount.
Be the first to ReplyInteresting Food
The food here was really good, but sadly, the service was not great. I think they must have just been understaffed the night we were there.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and very good, friendly service
It was a perfect evening all around. The food was incredibly delicious - whether it was cold or warm mezze, we enjoyed everything. There were many classic but also special dishes on the menu. We found the bulgur balls with minced meat, the lentil balls and the lamb ragout braised in red wine particularly delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive. We would love to come back!
Be the first to ReplyBest night out during two weeks in Berlin
Like a Spanish tapas bar, this Turkish eatery offers a long menu of small plates. Our waiter encouraged us to order at least two dishes per person, with at least one from the cold menu, so we would have something to nosh on while the hot dish was prepared. Our party of five ended up with more than ten different dishes to share among ourselves. They were all outstanding, as were the wines we ordered. The restaurant has two locations, at Charlottenburg and Pappelallee. Trip Advisor has separate listings for the two different spellings Osmans Tochter and Osmans Töchter, The latter is the correct German spelling at both locations.
Be the first to ReplyGreat experience
We came in for dinner, as the restaurant was recommended to us by friends. Be sure to make reservations, as the place got quite crowded during the evening. Also be aware that you only have a reservation for two hours. The food was great! Super tasty, fresh ingredients. Its a Turkish tapas restaurant, so the waiter recommended we take 2-3 tapas each. We had the lentils soup, the beet root salad with feta and walnuts, the little meatballs and the humus. Also water and tea. The bill was around 45 €. The waiter was friendly, the food good, and the prices ok, a bit on the higher side for the small portions though. Card payment possible.
Be the first to ReplyOverpriced but Nice staff and interesting flavor
Nice staff, great flavors but way overpriced for the amount of food and the Imbiss like atmosphere. 2 Spoons of herbed and flavored Joghurt for 7,50 ( 4,50 would still be a lot but fair) one of the main courses 16,50 for 4 small pieces of very mediocre lamb with lots of grease only garnished with flat bread and some slices of bell peppers ( mentioned as salad). The other started was a Feta Cheese half the size of an average ice cream scoop with some interesting flavors also for 7,50 Euro. Open white wine by the glass 9,50 tonight I didn’t feel like being in Berlin rather in New York where people are willing and able to pay such prices. My recommendation is there is plenty of more reasonable priced authentic food in Berlin. Good luck
