I genuinely love the food, the Lula is fantastic, and the starters and sides are great price as well with lost of flavor. The food here is by far the best part of the experience and is what brought me back the second time. Now, the service, on the other hand, is unfortunate. The first time me and my husband and I brought his brother for a special occasion. This I noted in the reservation, typically you would expect your host or server to read the reservation notes and acknowledge this. It didn't happen that's okay I chalked that one up. We just went somewhere else for that special dessert, no problem. But the food was so good despite the bad service we can back with my mother in law. This is when the bad service bothers me enough to review. Both times, we came on a Monday and had Gabrielle as our server. He won't refill water unless you waive him down. He doesn't make your stay stand out. He also clearly doesn't study your menu. I had ordered the yerevan both times and I loved it. I wanted to order a paperplane next he told me he didn't have the Amaro, and even though it's in the drink, I had already ordered twice.. It's not that big of a deal. The problem is when you're spending close to $500 for 4 people, and you can't even bother your server for water with out a attitude. I asked the other server I believe Henry as he walked by for a refill with water and he couldn't be bother he said let me find your server mind you we were 1 of 2 tables there at this period of time. They don't check in on you or ask how anything is. I recommend them for their food and their yerevan cocktail. If you want good service or attention to detail like you should have when paying these prices, you' better off somewhere down the street. The vibes of the decor and hookah are nice, not worth the 50 for a bowl either. I have got to say the fire presentation is great for their food, if only the service matched, they would be 5 stars.

I do not understand why we were seated for 4 hours for barely eating. Before you order waters just know that every bottle costs you, wish we would've been told that? don't waste your time or money here please. The dancer & guitar player were fantastic tho

It is a really romantic and cozy vibe, but that's kind of all it has going for it. Despite being the only other customers, our waiter hardly ever came over, and I had to hunt him down for water. I had been excited to try their cocktails after reading the descriptions, but they were mediocre at best. Not only were they small and weak, but they just lacked depth. As someone who really enjoys craftsmanship cocktails, I was extremely disappointed. The food followed a similar theme of lacking depth. It wasn't bad, but it just didn't wow me in any way. It lacked a lot of spice and flavor that Mediterranean food usually has. If you like hookah and are more interested in the ambiance, this place is for you.

Such a wonderful experience everything was clean and organized. The food was very playful different options for sure. I love that. They have so many different plates to choose from the Customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly knowledgeable and seem to enjoy doing their job. I will be returning. I adventuring on Ventura Boulevard.

We had the Armenian salad, soujouk appetizer, burek, and sliced beef tongue as starters. They were all very good. Then we shared the beef looleh and the chicken combo kebab. The portions are perfect for sharing (the beef tongue could have been a bit more generous), the service was on-point, and the patio is welcoming. I don't know what it's like in the evening, which I hear is quite the scene, but it's a great spot for lunch on a lazy day and you have ample available parking. I just wish there were more fans for warm days,

Over rated. Nice ambiance. Nickle and dimed you for extra sauce. They brought us appetizers we did not order. Averaged $90.00 a person and the food was not that great. The food used to be better. You're starting to see the signs of a restaurant that's going downhill and having a hard time making it.

Delightful food, special cocktails beautiful guitar playing on Fridays and belly dancing on weekends- what else do you need to feel comfortable and happy! I genuinely always loved this place - for years I have been coming here and it never disappoints. Today Gabriel served us and talked to us - super nice and great customer service. The food was great (salads and kabob plates). The Napoleon will forever be my favorite. The hookah is much improved now as well. Will come back.

But here somehow everything has changed for the better. Very tasty food, excellent service. We were served by guy, I don't remember his name .But I remember that he had blond hair, he was very attentive, very helpful and always smiled. Today this is generally rare. Amazing food, we ordered different appetizers, they were very fresh , we ordered beef skewers it's was melted in mouth. I recommend everyone to visit this place.
