Nobu Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Nobu -4/24
The hotel was beautiful, clean and very up to date and exactly what we were looking for our 13th wedding anniversary. The customer service could have been better. We were not offered assistance with our luggage but everyone else was. When we checked out we heard about the amenities through another couple checking in. Very disappointed because the price does not match what we received. We never got coupons for cocktail hour until we check out. There are a no microwave in room and if you store your items in there fridge it’s an extra charge.if you pick up something to look at it longer than 3 seconds you are charged. A can soda out. Fridge was $11.99(the ones that come out a 12pack) overall I will never stay at NOBU again. When you pay for top tier that includes service as well!
Amazing food as usual.
Leaps and bounds above everyone else. Ask for Nobu specials as well as local specials. All very fresh & tasty as to be expected. Exceptionally attentive service goes above and beyond. A bit noisy but/c CineCon but you could also call this energy.
I was excited to finally have the chance to go here for
I was excited to finally have the chance to go here for sushi while away in business but it was a let down. The sushi just looked sad and the portion was small. I mean just look at the picture, plain, nothing special, no life to it, and it didn't taste much better than it looked. $60 for toro roll and spicy tuna roll - rip off for what you get. Also the rice was on the hard side too. I honestly would never go here again. If you want some amazing sushi and a livelier atmosphere try Tao at the Venetian, blows Nobu out of the water.
Overrated and overhyped.
Not worth the price for what you get. Cocktails subpar for price as well. I will say the yellowtail jalapeño crudo was good out of the 6 items we ordered. Rock shrimp and spicy cream sauce lacked flavor. Ordered Toro nigiri to try blue fin tuna and it was lackluster. Couple other sushi rolls as well but nothing worth writing home about. Our server was good and explained a lot of the menu but it took forever to get our food and courses delivered. Left broke and hungry.
I detest leaving anything but 5 stars but Nobu LV was a big
I detest leaving anything but 5 stars but Nobu LV was a big let down for our trip. My girlfriend came in from Brisbane, AUS and LOVED the Nobu over there and would not stop talking about the salmon dish she had so she insisted on making sure we were able to experience the LV version. Going where you expect top tier customer service this place was extremely lacking. My other friend resides in Vegas and is an industry show-girl veteran. Our reservation was on a slow night, I am a vegetarian so there wasn't much for me here to eat (because all the other stuff is fried in the same fish/meat fryer). Nonetheless, I wanted my friends to be excited about the experience and enjoy the food. I went with my partner, at the time, and 2 of my girl friends. Both friends who are fine-dining aficionados were less than thrilled first and foremost with the waitress's service. There was a gentleman who brought us the entree dishes who was way more thrilled and seemed excited to be there so kudos to him. Secondly, the food did not 'wow' my guests. To pay the amount Nobu, the name charges we expected consistent quality throughout. This unfortunately was not the case for our visit which, once again was on a quieter night. For me, as a bartender when my days are slower I always see it as an opportunity to amp up my service because I have a little bit more time to check on my guests. This was not the case for our visit but yet again it could have been a bad day on all fronts. With this experience we all agreed to take our business elsewhere. We found a fantastic location in LA (not Nobu) that blew our expectations out of the water! With the exception of the food-runner at Nobu LV, no one there seemed excited to work for a well-established restaurant and it definitely showed. Would most definitely recommend dining anywhere else.

On Valentine's Day, with a reservation far in advance, hostess sat us on a tiny table squeezed between two other couples.
Fit the Vegas vibe!
Super spacious rooms with amazing showers!! Great price for such a good location. Very quiet considering being on the strip. Only suggestion for improvement would be to the cocktail lounge as it was a bit disappointing, not where to sit, so had to take drinks back to the room. But the hotel really fit the Vegas vibe, would definitely recommend!
Amazing Vegas hotel
Absolutely loved this hotel. Super spacious rooms, really clean, and amazing showers. Such a great location, and it was really quiet considering it was on the strip. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Las Vegas!!!!
Food was perfect, ambiance was perfect, service was awesome.
Overall what a fantastic dinner. Yes, we had some serious salmon, tuna and, miso black cod and squid pasta. Everything was presented so beautifully and the sashimi melted in your mouth! My tummy was happy, my eyes full! My wallet empty. It's a nice meal and all about the service and the presentation!
Words just can't describe how incredible our experience was
Words just can't describe how incredible our experience was from beginning to end! The service was exceptional, the food was brilliant and the atmosphere was well balanced. Our server, Manny, took us on a superb culinary adventure that was out of this world! The attention to detail in every way, from the acknowledgement and incorporation of gluten-free options, to inadvertently dropping my chop stick and before my hand even reached the table another waiter rushed over with a new set, was truly astonishing! This experience was a once in a lifetime experience that will be unsurpassable and unforgettable!!!
Anniversary Stay
This is a hidden gem inside Caesars Palace. We’ve stayed at Caesar’s on previous Vegas trips, and I’ve walked by Nobu several times and wondered what it was like. For our wedding anniversary I booked one night using our Total Rewards. We were early, and they didn’t have a room available, so we checked our bags and did some shopping and gambling. They got us a room when we came back at 3 and made our 10 year wedding anniversary very special by upgrading us to a beautiful suite with a gorgeous view of the strip. I highly recommend Nobu Vegas!
The rooms are too average
Small rooms with an strong smell Not really a top notch hotel. Very average. It feel like staying into a 3 stars hotel. I will not recommend. Specially if you are visiting with more than 2. Even though it was a solo trip.. it was a tiny room
I mean.
.. expensive as He!! But just so delicious. We had quite a few things tonight but our favorites were Salmon New Style, White Fish Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, and for dessert (savory), we always order the 3-day marinated Miso Cod. It's what dreams are made of!! I also want to mention that I have a gluten allergy and our server was so incredibly knowledgeable about all of the different options. Plus, anytime someone other than our server would deliver a different menu item to us- they would tell us what it was, along with it also mentioning that it was prepared gluten-free. This is such a nice detail for someone with food allergies. It gives you full confidence that every single dish was prepared with you in mind- and you don't have to worry about getting sick later on! Can't wait for our next visit!
Not the best visit
This has been my favorite hotel in Vegas for quite awhile. We stay often. This last time was not as amazing as it usually is. We asked for housekeeping multiple times and they didn’t show. In turn we were stuck with no clean towels to shower. When we asked for more towels it was over an hour wait for them to bring us some. I asked for more body foam and never received any. For a hotel with this level of service, I was very disappointed. We also checked in and were put in a room without a walk in shower and a small bath tub instead. The room also had a terrible bleach smell. When we went downstairs to say something at the front desk, we were given a lot of attitude from the employee. I will try this hotel again but, if these experiences continue, we won’t be back. The bed was still great, no lines at check in or elevators, and the products in the room are wonderful.
Nothing but great nobu!
Absolutely loved our stay here! Unfortunately the room was not ready when we arrived around 3pm - we were offered a different room but decided to hold out for what was booked. They held our bags and gave us drinks vouchers for the 3.30pm - 4.30pm happy hour. This suited us just fine and we enjoyed a few drinks in that hour. When we went back down, our room was ready and it was lovely! No view to speak of but we weren't in LV to look out of a window. The bed was so comfortable and it was really quiet too. Lovely bathroom and products and very spacious. I'd read so many negative reviews about the mini bar and extra charges but luckily there were no issues with our stay. The elevators were always quiet and quick to arrive too. All in all it was a great stay!
I was a solo diner so I was unable to make a reservation.
I did get seated within 10minutes at the counter though. I had Tyler as my waiter and he was amazing. He absolutely made my night. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything on the menu and could tell you so much about Nobu it felt like an experience just talking to him. I enjoyed it so much I visited twice while in town. My meals both times were absolutely delicious. The miso icecream was absolutely amazing.
I ❤️ Nobu
The front desk staff and bellman, Gizelle and Giancarlo, respectively, were amazing from check-in to check-out. They are two of the most personable individuals we’ve met in all our travels! The room was spacious and clean and the clothes steamer was a much better option than an old flatiron that you find in most hotels. Kudos all the way around, Nobu!
.
Gazelle and Giancarlo at the front desk. Top level professionals that make you feel welcome and comfortable. Always professional and a warm smile. Ahhhhh! A little hard to find the hotel but everything seems to be that way for me in Las Vegas.
The sushi was sooo delicious! the uni was delectable i
The sushi was sooo delicious! the uni was delectable i ended up ordering 3 more pieces and did not care about price because it was so good! service was ehh; kinda disappointing for such a high end restaurant in vegas. lighting was very low and calming but after awhile it started to seem like i couldn't see at all! overall i'd say it's an 8/10 everyone needs to go at least once to taste the best seafood ever!!!!!
Nobu is a great little place in the middle of Ceasar's.
They have great specialty drinks and amazing sushi. Service is typically great but I guess it was almost 10pm they were rushing guest to get last orders in. I was surprised that it closed so early in Vegas but I guess it was the middle of the week. We ordered wine, ceviche and 2 rolls. Felt very rushed but we will still return.
Nobu is an amazing sushi experience.
I think everyone should be able to visit Nobu because it's truly unique. The food is exquisite as expected. The service is top notch always. The restaurant itself is beautiful and seating is comfortable. Only issue is the hefty price but it's definitely worth it.
Go to any other Nobu.
Avoid this one at all costs. Manager is an insulting man who told me it isn't "sushi samba" I've eaten at nobu more than enough times to know I always work with the server to pick my menu. This one is set so if you sit down and ask to pay extra for things you like just forget it. There is a reason you can get same day reservations at this location. NEVER AGAIN. Love you Nobu, no for this one.
Everything we ate was amazing!!! And great service!! We
Everything we ate was amazing!!! And great service!! We let the chef selects our meals and everything was great. My favorite was that salmon carpaccio. It had this wonderful sweet mustard miso sauce. We were also able to try new seasonal drink which was black sesame martini!'
I went here to celebrate my birthday and I'm sad to say I
I went here to celebrate my birthday and I'm sad to say I was embarrassed I brought my family here. I have been to the Dubai location and had an AMAZING time, so I thought there was no better place to spend my 26 birthday; I was sadly mistaken. From the moment our waiter, Arnold (the name on the receipt), came over it seemed to my guests and I that we were a bother and he would rather be anywhere else. We didn't get so much as a smile or anything from him. I think we saw him a total of four times: to get drink orders, to get food order, to get dessert, and to give us our check. My friend ordered some tea after dinner and we got the bill and finished dessert before she even got it. Even after the ridiculous wait for it, we barely got so much as a sorry (they did take it off the bill, but didn't tell us and only did it when running the credit card). I do have to give a shout out to all of the back of the house staff: the people who delivered the food and drinks, the people who cleared the tables, and the people who refilled water, were all amazing and on top of everything, they were the only reason we enjoyed the meal. I normally don't review places, but if I am spending around $500 for dinner for four people, I expect a level of service that Nobu, sadly, fell short of. If you were wanting a similar vibe and willing to spend the same, if not a little less, than Nobu I, personally, would go to Catch (I went there the night before and it was top notch). There are many better options for the same price.
Ambiance and service were great.
We did the omakase with a huge group for the holidays and celebrating 2 birthdays. Food was good, although nothing was mind blowing. The desserts were presented beautifully!
Immaculate service/presentation and $500 tabs don't cover
Immaculate service/presentation and $500 tabs don't cover up the fact that their seafood cuts are no better than your neighborhood sushi hub. Every dish was ridiculously salty, all the different fish tasted exactly the same and you gotta love the oil sludge soy sauce and fake wasabi. I was embarrassed at the amount of people thinking they were having a fine dining experience (it was a full house on a weekday). If you're not there for taste, it's the place for you.
Food wasn't good and neither was the service.
I had the shrimp nigiri and my husband had the shrimp nigiri and shrimp tempura. None of it was good. Don't waste your money.
Went to this restaurant and it wasn't a very enjoyable
Went to this restaurant and it wasn't a very enjoyable night. First of all our waiter was so unwelcoming, talked in a rude manner, unfriendly, cold and just didn't make us feel comfortable. He brings out my husband and I entrees and our friends didn't receive their food for a while. I asked when their food was coming and he said it's not up to him it's the chef who prepares it. Well then don't bring our food until the other couple have their food. The chefs should prepare the food so they are served at the same time--don't bring out at different times. This is very annoying. We aren't going to eat our food while they wait. We ordered 2 bowls of rice-- they were lukewarm--should be steamy hot--didn't come when he brought our entrees!!!! So we have our entrees with no rice and other couple waiting--how enjoyable can that be? I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out and we told him how our first experience at a Nobu was. He said he would talk with waiter--can't believe it's that hard to find good help at a high end restaurant. Also can't believe they don't serve everyone's food all at the same time.
First time at Nobu.
It was a little pricey for the food but knowing it is in a casino on the strip, it makes sense. Total for two people came out to be about $550 with tax, excluding tip. Food: Lychee and Elderberry - good for those who like lychee and a light refreshing drink. 7.5/10 Mango Passion - wish it was a little spicier to offset the strong tart/sourness. 6.5/10 Yellowtail Jalapeño - soft salty sour yellowtail and the jalapeño gives it the perfect contrast of crunchy spice. 7/10 Oysters with Nobu Sauces - 3 different sauces. ADD THE LIME. The oyster w the Las Vegas sauce was one of the best oysters I've had. The others were good but were similar to ones I've had before. 8.5/10 Salmon Belly Karashi Sumiso - very soft with a slight crunch. Not sure what the crunch was but it complimented the salmon belly so much. Flavor was good but a little too much wasabi. 8.5/10 Japanese A5 Wagyu flambe - it was a min of 4oz. a little pricey but i think it was worth it. try it by itself, then with the sauce, bean sprouts, n pepper. sauce adds depth and the others adds a slight crunch 9/10 black cod w miso - soft. decadent. favor was on point. understandable why it is so famous. I just needed a crunch factor. which the next item gave me. 9.3/10 black cod butter lettuce - same as the above but totally different experience from the black cod w miso. put the whole thing in your mouth and its an explosion of flavor and texture 9.5/10 Vanilla Miso Tart - i don't like caramel. but the birthday boy loved it. he said it was not too sweet, had a lot of flavor, and not heavy. 9/10 Service: First time there and our server skillfully explained each menu to us. Recommended each of these to us, except the black cod butter lettuce. The food came out in a perfect order from tart to savory to sweet while increasing my satisfaction. She was amazing. I wish I got her name. Ambiance: I got a reservation for a birthday. We were on the outer edge to watch everything come and go. It was a little noisy but that just means people like it. The birthday dinner was a success with the man of the day surprised to see Happy birthday written on the dessert plate.
Good yet
The ladies in the check in have no clue what they are doing. They are kind and polite but need more training on how and where. They don't do what they say they will. Okay okay but that's about it. The gentleman at evening shift knows much better. I did not have a good night sleep at all in the suite. First the A/C was just blowing hot air, told the ladies at the check in counter and they said okay but didn't do anything as usual. Next day i called maintenance and they came quickly to fix A/C. Problem is that there is a "1889" old thermostat. Does not show temperature just colder or warmer which just keep running without stopping so you either freeze or shut off and accept the hot air, Believe it or not, I was about to go and buy a digital thermostat to install but did not want to be blamed for breaking something.
Fabulous gem inside a pile a rocks
Tucked away inside Caesars Palace is a fantastic hotel. Modern, bright and clean rooms. Helpful and intelligent staff. Nobu hotel felt like an oasis inside the chaos that will Caesars. I wish I knew about it sooner.
Excellent Clean & Quiet Room
I enjoyed having a room at the NOBU which is conveniently tucked inside of Caesar's Palace. By the time you have taken elevator to your room, you feel like you are in a whole new place, it is very nice and peaceful, no sound coming up from the game floor. The room was clean and had everything you would want in it. Excellent shower. The upstairs lobby has access to a nice exercise room, and you can conveniently stop by that upstairs lobby to get coffee in the morning. Super friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend, I am glad I stayed there.
Fabulous Stay!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nubo LV. Probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Checking in early was a little bit of a hassle and the AC didn’t get very cold, but those are pretty much my only complaints. It was super quiet, which you don’t expect when in Vegas. I would definitely stay here again!
Nobu Hotel
We were there Superbowl weekend. Staff were great and wonderful rooms. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We will surely be back to Nobu Hotel sooner than later. Thank you to all the staff for everything.
First Time is almost a home run
The room and service were terrific. the only glitch was our 4:00 pm checkin didn’t get us to our room until 5:00pm. The mini bar, which we did not use, was excessively priced…The 78th floor was quiet, and the elevators were always ready.
Overall clean with a useless ac
The room was very clean and the entire hotel smells great. The amenities are cute and luxurious feeling. The ac could definitely be better it did not go down a degree all night long and it was pretty hot and hard to sleep in. The sheets are pretty starchy which made them feel a bit itchy as well. Overall it was a good time and the free tea and cocktail hour is a nice addition. The fitness center is kept up nicely and had thoughtful touches like small water bottles and towels at most stations.
Superb hotel
Room was spacious and we had a good view of the strip. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful. Had free coffees in the mornings and free cocktails for an hour in the afternoon. Short walk to centre of Caesars Palace.
Extremely Upset
We booked Nobu hotel months ago and when we got here (early in the day), they told us we were re-booked at Caesars Palace. We specifically booked Nobu as we had a nice experience previously. They just “bumped” us saying they had no room. We were furious and extremely disappointed. Beware!!
Disappointed
After being “upgraded” to the NOBU it didn’t seem like a upgrade at all and I’m really disappointed that my 1st stay in Vegas at luxury resort seemed like Best Western No view after asking for one Repeatedly had to ask for basic necessities Charger ports were broken Shower didn’t work properly

Hi, I have a reservation to Nobu Malibu, but since they don't do text or e-mail confirmations I haven't been able to get my reservation posted. I have posted a screen shot of the phone conversation on the listing, but it keeps getting rejected. If anyone has an idea how I can get it approved that would be much appreciated, thanks!

Write a note with the Name of the restaurant, Name on reservation, day/time/number of people, your phone number. Then on the bottom wrote “confirmed by phone”. Screenshot it and submit.
