Good food.
The hummus appetizer is amazing. I highly recommend it. The sushi is very good. I prefer the simple rolls and avoid those swimming in sauce. Ambiance and service are good. We often stop here when visiting Knoxville.

Absolute 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys great sushi! Our server Claire was amazing as well, she was very well informed on the menu and had great recommendations.
Downtown Sushi
The sushi was top notch with taste and presentation. On Monday's, they have a half off menu and the place was packed! They have a very large sushi bar area so sat there and watched the chefs make their creations. I will definitely go back!

The service.
I have never been to an establishment where I've been turned away. I don't know if the man thought I was a homeless bum or not but that's no way to treat any human. Thanks for showing me the service before I sent my money.

5% to my bill for using a credit card. Credit Card companies charge business being able to use credit cards it's a benefit to the business. Not a customer problem. Last time for us...
Hostess was rude.
Saw us walk in from the corner of her eye, but never made eye contact. Walked away for 5 minutes and when she returned, still didn't greet us. Just said How Many, then she told us 45 minutes. Lots of empty tables. Wont be back.

Great food, horrible service. Didn’t bring out the drink I ordered though it was on the bill and had to get them to change it. Service staff did not really seem interested in making sure we had what we needed.

We went for half priced sushi and it was delicious. The drinks were good. The sushi makers were a hoot. We sat at the bar and they had us laughing the whole time. It was a great experience.

I absolutely love sushi and love this restaurant but what I loved most was ther service. Savanna or Van was absolutely incredible at her job. She was extremely kind and personable. She went beyond what a regular server does and made me feel welcomed

They are too high class for normal people.
I walked in with 10 friends and was told they didn't want our business. Offered to split up the group and they still refused. Only explanation was their kitchen couldn't handle 10 hungry men. Not even an apology.
