Exceptional experience from start to finish.
Dined in for breakfast at 8AM and the entire restaurant had great energy. I can't remember the server's name (sadly) but he was amazing. Knowledgeable and invested in my family having a great experience. The food was great. Many choices and all cooked well. Breakfast croissant, biscuits and gravy and grits with cheddar were the highlights. This place gets lots of great reviews and they are deserving based on our experience! This is a can't miss when dining in Charleston.

The food was amazing! I got the fried baloney breakfast sandwich and it was so good!! The biscuit was delicious. But the clear winner was the cinnamon roll!!! It is FIRE!! Great coffee too. We waited and hour but you give them your name and they text you so we walked around downtown.

Recommended by locals who worked at the Charleston Place Hotel (non-concierge people.) Food is outstanding and there is a wait unless you are lucky enough to get a seat at the counter. We ate biscuits and gravy with eggs and spicy chicken sandwich. Service is friendly and quick. Modern and lively "diner" Absolutely recommend.
Be the first to ReplyPlace was so very cute.
The hosts were very nice and seated me right away even though I was waiting for my other three friends. I am not a fan of the QR code menus nor the service, but the menu is awesome. The waffles looked so awesome. They have a lot of pictures of the food on their Instagram/Facebook so you can see what everything looks like. They have an adult bar but also a beverage bar for coffee and teas which was adorable. Me and my friend got the king street bowl which was AMAZING. Don't be fooled by the picture, I am still thinking about it. The banana bread is also good, but I would ask for nothing on top. The cinnamon rolls were okay too! My iced latte was not the best, but not everyone gets it right. Love!
Be the first to ReplyGreat place, love the old pharmacy counter.
Nice staff, lovely choices, big servings and we were so happy to visit this place we had heard about. We'd go back, so much good food to order and share!
Be the first to ReplyThis popular spot downtown is excellent.
The service was quick and responsive. The fried chicken biscuit was amazing. I didn't expect it to be that good. The home fries were the best I ever had.
Be the first to ReplyThe wait was about 15 minutes on a weekday for lunch.
Loved the decor inside and the menu had something for everyone. I opted for the turkey club sandwich and it was exceptional. My husband got the Steak and eggs, which was also very good. The home fries were so incredibly crunchy and delicious. We also shared a small green salad with a very yummy herb vinaigrette. Everything tasted very fresh!

Excellent breakfast served in a sunny restaurant with cheerful waitstaff. This was a treat, very enjoyable.

Decided to try Millers All Day after reading all the great reviews and was left a bit disappointed. The vibe of the restaurant is unique, super fun and modern. The service was quick and friendly but the food hit the mark. We ordered the King Street Bowl and biscuits and gravy. The eggs on both were rubbery and the sausage gravy wasn't very flavorful. The biscuits were ok but weren't as fluffy as I would have liked. The mimosas were great and worth the price. You can pick from unique flavors like pomegranate and blueberry. Overall, I think it's overhyped but would come for a brunch drink since the ambiance was good.

I really need to not get so excited about eating my meal so that I remember to take photos, and especially here because the restaurant was adorable and the food was both beautiful and delicious! We went on a Monday around lunchtime and were lucky to get right in. Not long after some bigger parties came in and there was a little wait for them it seemed. When you walk in the coffee bar and pastry case greets you, and everything in the case looks delicious. The staff was super friendly and seated us immediately. There are a mix of tables and booths which is awesome, there were also some bar stools by the coffee bar, so I assume you could pop in just for a coffee and some pastry. Once we sat down and looked at the menu, it was extremely difficult to make a decision, as everything on the menu sounded appealing. We finally settled on the cinnamon roll, bananas bread, and pimento cheese to start, and also got some scrambled eggs for our kids and a B.E.C sandwich. The pimento plate was my favorite of all the items. It came with a big mound of pimento cheese, some pickled veggies, really good seasoned crackers, and pepper jelly. To die for! The banana bread was unlike any bananas bread I ever had, with chocolate hazelnut cream cheese frosting- very very good. The B.E.C was perfectly made with crisp bacon (not rubbery or fatty like you get most places). Our son devoured the scrambled eggs like they were the last eggs on earth. My husband and I also enjoyed their lattes- him a mocha, me a vanilla latte both made oat milk. So smooth, not too sweet, not bitter, and perfect amount of froth. Had we been staying for more than a day, we would have definitely returned! Can't wait to get back and try more lunchy items.

I absolutely loved my dining experience at Millers! The servers were super sweet, and got our food out quickly. It was delicious and honestly was a lot better than I had expected! The waffles were a little too sweet, but over all it wasn't that bad. The restaurant had a very cute setting, with unique decorations that really added to the overall vibe. If your looking for a good southern type style of breakfast, Millers would be the place to go!
Be the first to ReplyHighly recommend.
Bright, airy, and cheerful place serving excellent breakfast with friendly service. We tried (and liked) the Biscuits and gravy, Banana bread, Shrimp and grits, and Fried chicken. The Fried chicken was among the best we have had anywhere.

Awesome breakfast spot and was a great way to kick off our trip to Charleston. We went in a bit early on Sunday (around 9 am) and it was already full, so we put our names on the waitlist. We walked around the neighborhood for about 15 minutes -- this place is located in a nice area that's near a lot of beautiful homes and cute shops. When we got in and were seated, we were greeted by a really friendly server who took our order. My husband and I both ordered a latte and the Millers Plate, which seemed to have a bit of everything. Both came out super quickly. Loved the home fries and the biscuit, which was awesome since it was topped with sea salt. Was really pleased with the speed, quality, service and price. Would definitely return on our next trip.

So much funSuch good foodSuch great service, I mean stellar service. Ambience is chic. We were at a museum not far away and this was a top rated restaurant and we could not be please. There was a line, but after window shopping for 10 minutes we were seated. Everyone we dealt with on the service side was super helpful and genuinely wanted to be helpful and it really added to the experience. Parking is a problem, but parking is a problem in downtown Charleston. (Well most downtowns, if we are being honest.)But you want to hear about the food:Bloody Mary - I would give this a 7/10 but we had one at Darling Oyster the night before which was an 11/10 so my critique may be harsh. Southwest Salad - really good, great take on a SW style. Honey Hot Chicken Biscuit - OH MY LAWD, this was amazing. Perfectly fried chicken, honey, hot sauce and pepper jelly. My wife dreams about this dish. Club Sandwich - another solid choice. Grits Bowl - I forget the name of this but it had biscuits, potatoes and it was the best meal I had in Charleston. I wish I remembered our server's name. All I remember is that she had blue hair and was AMAZING. Tips:Sweet TeaSalad (any of them)Honey Hot SandwhichBut really, you cannot go wrong.
Be the first to ReplyOnly worth it if you get the banana bread.
I'd visit Charleston again just for that. Very busy on the weekends. Pretty good food, wouldn't say it's amazing (except for that banana bread!)
Be the first to ReplyThis was a fun experience.
The food was average I wasn't blown away by it. I was impressed by the portion size. At first I was thinking this place was pricey but you will leave with left overs. The gravy was meh but the biscuit was moist and fluffy. I think I preferred the hot honey chicken BEC. The bun was fluffy and a little sweet. If you're looking for an experience and good food I would go. Not exceptional but you won't leave disappointed.
Be the first to ReplyThe first breakfast on my spring break trip I went to
The first breakfast on my spring break trip I went to Millers All Day. I wasn't sure where to park, so I parked a public garage called the King & Queen Garage near the courts. Do not recommend. The paying meters were only working on certain floors which I had a hard time finding. Then the elevator I used previously wouldn't let me go up.Anyways, I was greeted immediately and seated soon following. It wasn't crowded but there was a good amount of people enjoying a meal. They have a few booths available, plenty of tables, and two bar seating (typical and coffee).Once I was seated, it took my waitress awhile to come to my table. By the time she came to my table, I was ready to order. I started with a grapefruit juice which was refreshing. It was a nice balance between sweet and tart. For my breakfast, I got the waffles which were amazing. They were so good they didn't NEED syrup but I kinda still wanted some. The waffles were topped with bananas, caramel drizzle, popped sorghum (think tiny popcorn), and meringue. I also got chicken sausage on the side. Again, these waffles were delicious and would recommend trying!
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food and service.
Great vibe too. Loved the biscuits and gravy - a different take on a classic - and the Millers plate.

Great service, good try the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs !
Be the first to ReplyUnreal brunch.
Suggest getting there early if you have a group! We had 6 people and it was about 30 minutes, but wasn't bad at all and was very much worth it. The hot honey chicken BEC is a must get, along with the banana bread. Soooooo good and can't wait to go back!
Be the first to ReplyGood food, nice ambiance, good drinks.
Server was helpful and answered all questions before ordering. I'd visit again if in the area.

The first time we ate at Millers, we were tourists and enjoyed the shrimp and grits, as well as biscuits and gravy--delish.We now reside in Mt. Pleasant and my spouse loves shopping at Berlins. So stopping for a bite at Millers is very convenient.Sadly, today we realized this restaurant is just a tourist attraction and we won't be returning. How could everything be wrong--from lukewarm coffee latte, a very dry cinnamon bun, and finally lukewarm country gravy over eggs. Flavors are great, but there is nothing worse than a lukewarm meal.We noticed the waitstaff and manager having a meeting to the side, before he addressed us. We wanted more action, less talk-- manager seemed inexperienced in service recovery.
Be the first to ReplyVacationing and was given plenty of restaurants to try.
Our daughter found this place and I had the fried bologna on a biscuit. IT WAS AMAZING. Friendly service and a pleasant surprise while walking Charleston on a hit day. Would make me want to come back or search America for a close second.

There were so many things I wanted to choose from but I was looking for okra and they had it so that's what I got. The braised okra & tomatoes is definitely not something I'd order again because 1. to me it's a side dish, not big enough to be considered a meal. 2. The okra is crunchy & I'm use to okra being soft. The unicorn grits were okay, nothing to run home and talk about. My friend ordered the millers plate and was a little skeptical about the eggs because they were a deep yellow lol.
