The food was amazing the service was also amazing.
Our waiter had great recommendations. I really enjoyed their beer Rita. The restaurant was cleaned and the bathrooms also. The only reason I'm not able to give it a 5 is because I wanted Steak pupusas and they didn't have them. And that's a popular one In all other restaurants that I've had these. But I will be back! Totally worth a try!
If I could give zero stars I would.
They decided to charge us for more than we ordered then refused to watch the cameras when I confronted about them about the false charges. I will not be back as they way they treated us poorly and the situation was unprofessional and belittling..
Customer Service is sub par and they will pad your tab.
When You confront them, they become combative! Never going back and DO NOT recommend this place! Stay away!
When myself and few other friends arrived the older lady
When myself and few other friends arrived the older lady (who I found out is the General Manager's mother) greeted us with an attitude. One friend had been waiting for us but then walked out after paying for her margarita to greet us outside. We all came back inside and she apologized for leaving without saying anything and coming back. We were seated in the booth behind the one she was originally at and the lady was complaining to the other servers about her moving booths. She moved over the waters that were left behind on that table to our current table and we did not complain. Throughout our time there I heard her talking bad about my friend in Spanish and complained about what happened after my friend continually apologized for the inconvenience. A little before we left the same lady came up to us and asked if she could take our chips and salsas to which we responded with a yes. She proceeded to stack one salsa on top of another aggressively and with such an attitude. She almost spilled some salsa on another friend's keys and didn't apologize. She kept looking over at our booth and making rude comments in spanish not realizing most of us understood her. Overall was a very bad experience compared to other times we have gone where we were served with server's with great attitudes. All the employees seemed to be tense and the service was negative because of this older lady being there.

$17 for a beerarita?!?!?!?! Apparently they feel that they can charge twice for a drink they charge $9 or $10 AT THE MOST!!!! Such as SALSA (on Main and Teel) or Called the manager (Alex) and was indifferent to the circumstances. Told him I was not going to complain since I was with my daughter. Didn't make any effort to calm or correct the issue, pretty much a "FU" tone and attitude. Told him the drink was more beer than 'Rita (cheaper that way, less alcohol involved. Didn't call what my opinion was. Have gone there many of times, but never again!!!! Take you $$ to where they give a damn about their product and service such as SALSA or MESA's. Surprised they have been around with such a service and product quality strategy. Food was good, servers was not clear in her communication, looked and acted nervous, place was rather empty for so called dinner rush. But if you don't have the time to get up to a local casino to get ripped off, this place will do the trick.

It was a Mexican food night type of vibe tonight so Mario's it is! You must try the bean dip that comes out complimentary. It was my fav! I ordered Tortilla soup and a side of plantains. I literally can't wait to go back and order more of the plantains they were soooo good. Tortilla soup was good. I'm eyeing that ceviche next time I come. Service was amazing! I repeat the tortilla chip bowl was never empty and that is what I call service!! Hopefully I get to meet Mario himself soon!

Great free appetizers with the chip dipping options that are great. Ordered Steak and Shrimp also Shrimp of Ajo. Shrimp was excellent but the steak ordered rare didn't seem up to par. Service was fast for both my orders. Restaurant also participating in the T-Mobile dining advantage. They also have Coca Cola Zero.

We've been here several times for several different occasions and I always leave happy. Their margaritas are really good - the skinny and "melted" are the best in my opinion. They have a great happy hour during the week. I usually get the sour cream chicken enchiladas, my sister gets the tacos - all good! Cheese dip is also delicious. We've also ordered to go a few times, one time they gave us the wrong order and we went back, they quickly made our order and apologized. Service is always efficient and pleasant. Restaurant itself is always clean.
I am giving Mario a painful 3 stars.
Only because it is such a pain to order takeout. We try to order takeout once a week from here bc the food is so good, but sadly they never answer the phone. So we only end up eating at Marios once a month bc i lite rt allybhave to drive to Marios and go to the ba4 to place an order. I bet Mario could raise his sales by 30% if he could get someone to answer the phone. He could verify this by just checking his missed calls everyday.

There's not many options in little elm to eat so this has easily become a favorite for my boyfriend and I! The service is really great, everyone is always very kind and tentative. I always get the enchilada combo and my boyfriend gets Jamie's favorite which he loves. I have tried the pupusas, they are good but a little too much breading for my liking. I'd recommend this place for sure!
Came here for a late dinner on a Friday night.
Ambience is nice inside and well lit. Booths are comfy. The complimentary chips and 2 different sauces and beans were filling. I had the skirt steak with yucca and fried plantains as well as a combo pupusa. Food was decent and flavorful. I knocked a star down due to very slow service. We were given water 15 minutes after sitting down and then it took another 15-20 minutes to place our orders. The margaritas we also had were sort of watered down. I would come back here probably at an earlier time and just for the food.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
