Superb with no hesitation
This place has never let us down not a single time from food to hospitality or ambiance. Mr. Walid the restaurant manager is orchestrating the whole staff to deliver the best to all its customers. All the staff is highly trained to delight, whether you are a regular customer or a first visitor they all make sure to feel like being home. This is basically what everyone would look for and what keeps this place at top of our mind every time we think of going to any other place, we just steer the wheel and go back to Louis Jumeirah park. Thumps up to all the team and thank you for always maintaining this high quality that we always recommend blindly to everyone.
Be the first to ReplyTerrible dining experience
So I hadn’t seen my son for a long time and we had a lot to catch up on. Unfortunately we could not hear each other speak as the restaurant had about 15 -20 teenagers who after school, had congregated in the restaurant in the sofa area screaming at each other in order to be heard. They were not eating or customers. The restaurant staff did nothing about it, knowing that they were disturbing other people therefore ruining our meal! I felt sorry for the chef as he was the only person who did his job properly that day, the food was good but really very expensive! There was no offer of a discount despite our dreadful experience!!! Terrible, terrible attitude by the staff, they seemed frightened and threatened by the unruly kids. I think one of them must have been the son of the manager or owner!!!!
Be the first to ReplyIts a lovely place to come and relax and sit down and have coffee and shisha and dinner

Be the first to ReplyGreat stuff, poor management
I give it 1 star for two main reasons: - way overpriced for the food they served and for a non alcohol licensed restaurant (plus, spicy French fries for a 3 years old child….) - Waleed the manager in the 1 hour + that we spent there eating, never bothered wearing mask. It’s sad how a HoReCa professional, which you would think can understand better than many how bad the effects of CoVid19 can be on an industry, doesn’t understand the need to protect himself or others, nor to respect the very rules set in Dubai and UAE that allows him to stay open. We visited the place on the 6th of September 2021 between 18:40 and 19:50 if anyone would like to check the cc tv of Waleed walking around, talking at less than 1m to his staff members etc without any mask during that 1h and 10 minutes and most probably before and after as well… Otherwise, the rest of the staff members have been absolutely supreme and deserve better management.
Be the first to ReplyWaiting for an hour
It’s a messed up restaurant. My friend and i wanted just to chill like coffee and shisha but its not good. We are waiting for an hour i know its full but they told us to wait for like 15-30 mins and after an hour nothing happened. So I’ll rate this messed up resto 1 because 1 for out of pity.

Came by for breakfast and the experience was a bit mixed. The humus Beirut was excellent, however the portion quite small. The falafel where disappointing as they soggy and oily. The coffee was very good. The fresh backed bread accompanied with the complementary pickles and dips were the star.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious Arabian Cuisine
I have been here a couple of times in their Jumeirah Park branch that they have renovated and extended recently with a new look to their staff who dawn turkish caps both red and blue.Their ambience is good and so is their service that is very courteous. Those who prefer to do the Sheesha can sit in their outer area or an extension of their restaurant.Their starters are very good especially their fresh baked hot bread with Mohmara ( a mix of walnut which is both sweet and slightly sour ) homous, felafel,Arais, mutton kebabs both seekh and mutton chops, their prawns and grilled fish is very tasty 😋 the taste is truly Arabian and a real treat to the palate !! Be the first to ReplyGood food and good atmosphere
Went to Loui’s with large group of friends to watch a football match. The food in general was good, yet the shrimp sandwich in egyptian bread was exceptional. The ambiance in general is good, but the only downside is that the place was a bit crowded and the tables are very close to each other so the shisha fumes were bit overwhelming. Prices of food are reasonable, but the drinks prices are largely overpriced (ordered diet seven up for 18 AED) In general very good outdoor cafe and I would definitely visit it again for shisha and their famous shrimp sandwich.
Be the first to ReplyOverpriced Lipton!!!
I have been there to watch a live football match as they have a big screen, that evening was quite cold and I ordered a green tea with mint, everything was ok until I got a lipton label tea in a glass cup for almost 18 aed which I think overpriced and giving a bad image about the restaurant.
