Try the dish pizza and the meat ball! They are delicious.
A little pricey for their addition toppings like $3 for onion, basil etc. Next time I will bring chopped basil and according to their portion you be set for a total value of $16. Service was great and fast. Ambience was ok due to loudness but overall
I went to this location as well for the personal pan pizza.
It takes 40 minutes but it's well worth the wait! Lou Malnati's is my favorite Chicago style pizza and you will see why.
Mozzarella bites to die for!
When visiting Chicago you have to try deep dish and this was right by our hotel. The atmosphere is chilled although busy, they have tv's in the dining area playing the latest sports games. The service was good and quick. The deep dish wasn'

We first went to the shop nearest to the river but the wait was over 1 hour long, so we walked 10 minutes to this shop where we were able to be seated immediately. We ordered the Malnoti Salad which was delicious. Then we had 3 pizzas for 7 ladies
It's Lou's.
Always consistent. We took friends that have never had a Chicago Style pizza before. They tried Gino's East and Lou's. We wish we could combine the two. Keep Gino's crust and sauce and everything else from Lou's. But still worth
Food and service are great.
They have changed their loyalty program to in my opinion a disloyalty program. I had 1,900 points and they wiped them all away because is didn't have activity for over 120 days. That is not a loyalty program.

This is the food everyone must try when they visit Chicago.
It's traditional, and Lou Malnati's is the place most people recommend if you ask around. My husband and I were seated quickly on a Saturday night and ordered drinks followed by pizza. It was delicious! I got the Lou, which has spinach, to
Gotta try it
We went to the one by the Loop. The location is kinda cool. Down stairs in a basement. The place was decorated nicely. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. The place is kinda small for the traffic. So Yea, what's the big deal with Chicag
I Don't Get it.
Simple taste, cheesy Chicago Classic. Problem for me is the crust was hard, it was difficult to cut with the butter knife they give you. Purchased sampler platter for starter that was nice. We went at opening, by the time we finished it was an 1.5 hr
Overrated good salad
Many people recommended this place. Appetizers and salad were great but pizza… average. Sauce good but cheese was poor: not really tasty and texture was way below average. Sadly dissapointing.
Delicious
My husband and I ordered the small Chicago Pizza and it fed both of us. It was delicious and filling. We ordered the signature pizza, had great flavor and loved the "Chicago" crust. Our server answered our questions was friendly.
Bad pizza experience!
Just got screwed over by this pizza place! Would never recommend thrm. We ordered a medium pizza and they delivered a small something and basically said we were out of luck! Won’t recommend them!
Deep dish in Chicago
Restaurant is VERY busy. We checked in and were told a one hour wait. It was also recommended that we pre-order our meal as each pizza takes an additional 30-40 minutes to cook if you order once you are seated. We opted to order once we were seate

It must be the tomatoes
If you're a lifelong Chicagoan, like me, you have to be a connoisseur of pizza. Thin crust or deep dish? I prefer thin crust. And, of course, everyone has their favorite pizza parlor. Nearly every Top 10 list includes Pat's and Pequod'
