From the moment you arrive, you are wrapped in a glamorous embrace — white-and-gold décor, chandeliers shimmering like captured starlight, and the gentle sway of yachts just beyond the terrace. By sunset, the atmosphere begins to shift. Live performers glide between tables, music swells, and the entire dining floor transforms into a theatre without walls. The menu is a celebration of refined Mediterranean flavors with an international flair. My evening began with perfectly charred octopus — smoky, tender, and kissed with citrus. The Himalayan-salt roasted daurade was a showpiece in itself, aromatic and delicately seasoned. The caviar-topped spaghetti was indulgent yet perfectly balanced, each bite carrying the Riviera’s signature elegance. Service was seamless — attentive without intrusion, with a team that moved like a choreographed ballet. They didn’t just serve dishes; they curated moments. Every plate was presented with artistry, and every glass kept perfectly filled without you noticing. Prices are on the higher end, as expected for a venue of this caliber, but what you’re paying for is not just the food — it’s the experience. This is a place where your dinner becomes a memory, woven with music, dance, and the hum of Saint-Tropez at its most vibrant. Tip: Reserve well in advance, especially for high season. Arrive just before sunset for the full transformation from tranquil terrace to high-energy cabaret. For those seeking more than a meal — for those craving a night that will shimmer in their memory — L’Opéra is not to be missed.

A really nice place with great drinks, food and an amazing show. The waiters are great and you’ll have a perfect evening. But, please be aware that you’ll have Sisha smoking guests next to your table. Unfortunately we had to throw up and the manager wouldn’t care. He’d just give you another drink at the bar. Not the best idea after a throw up, no? For a EUR 700,- bill decide yourself. We will never set a food inside anymore.

My gorgeous girlfriend and I stood in line while older women, much younger women, and everyone and their mother were allowed in. We were looked up and down and turned away. We thought maybe they are at capacity but then they let out 20 people. We watched from afar as they let in 20 more. We came back and confronted the door man because it wasn't our age. Was it racis? My friend is Asian. The doorman lied and told me it was my shoes which were high heeled and nicer than the flip flops entering (but younger).
I had a wonderful experience.
We were able to get to our reserved table with no issues and the view was excellent for the performance and scene. I didn't know what to expect but the food was delicious for a dinner party and the show was mesmerizing. The wait staff were attentive and festive. Some members of our group got up to dance and the wait staff assisted them and kept the wine flowing. I would definitely recommend for a fun night out.

If you enjoy being discriminated against for your appearance and shoved into a table all the way in the back--completely out of view of the show--then this is the place for you. Unless you slip the host a 200-euro tip, expect to be ignored and treated like an afterthought.

What an amazing experience! Trust me when I tell you, L' Opera does not disappoint. The service is incredible, the menu is creative and fresh, the ambience is a party! Book well ahead of time, especially if it is in season, because this is one of St Tropez hottest spots!
Been there many times in past years and liked it.
Recently went and everything has been changed. The hostesses in the front need to get major attitude adjustments. It used to be nice but not at all anymore. It's not even that packed inside ( they over exaggerate how many ppl actually go) If you want a real nice dinner and a really fun party place go Byblos and eat at Cucina.

Hmmm... in all honesty, food was good but live performances were not worth watching. Bad choice of music every time and it was just blah. Ambiance was okay but nothing special. I would suggest skipping this place! They kept snatching our plates. A few times we said we're still working on it. Yikes

Went here as a spur of the moment lunch.
They were closing down the kitchen but still let us in. We had the tuna dish, caesar salad and truffle parmesan pasta. All of the food was beautifully plated and delicious! Slightly Naughty Fun for the Whole Family
An opulent location - dramatic white and gold color scheme - with modern photographs throughout - and beautiful people, definitely a place to see and be seen. Slightly naughty but fun. We were there with our family, including teenagers, for the dinner and show. First of all, the waiters outfits were over the top, beautiful, and all of the weight staff were eager to please. The service was outstanding. The food was delicious, but ultimately the show was the piece de resistance! Such talent, beautiful and inventive costumes, amazing productions, dancing on the tables and even acrobats delighted our group from start to finish. We watched the sun set over the Mediterranean as the show went on, and we hated to leave when it was over. Bravo to L’Opera for a truly entertaining evening.
Terrible experience !!
Terrible service! Extremely rude people. I had a reservation at 10 PM, I wasn't a minute late, and by 10:30 PM, I still hadn't been attended to. It started raining, there were plenty of tables inside, but they left me waiting in the rain. The manager is ridiculous and doesn't know how to manage his own team. Zero rating!
L'Opera...what an experience
L'Opera is one of the best restaurants I have been to. The waiters and waitresses were excellent especially Amanda. The vibe and the show was great. The staff were very attentive to our needs and the manager was excellent coordinating the staff in line with timings for the show. Every staff my wife and I encountered were very courteous. I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend.

The specials were good value. Wine okish price. The entree vegan salad a complete rip off. Service fine until the tip issue - service included in the price. Service was ok salad wrong so not all the mains came at the same time, dessert delivered to the wrong table and a wait for water. So not worthy of an extra tip. Makes me think do the waiters only try and pressure foreigners for a tip?
Avoid
Vastly over priced for everything except the plat du jour. cheapest house rose £50 with Whispering Angel ( of course) next up at £80. Over attentive but poor service, took our food to the wrong table twice, couldn’t make a club sandwich without tomato (why not), unable to make a simple dish with no cream for a vegan and the bare faced cheek to charge £38 for a starter sized salad. To top it off the waiter then asked several times for a tip even having confirmed service was included. For drunk Russians only, everyone else avoid ,
Wanted to enjoy a good evening but ended up dissapointed
Me and my friends went in and booked table for 3 people for good champagne and drinks… i said twice we want table. We came on time, table was ready.. good service. After few minutes we ordered chapagne and started enjoying the shows.. after a while came lady with menu. I said “Thank you but we dont wanna eat.. i specified this in my reservation”. Lady said Alright and left… 3 minutes later she came back saying we gotta go and sit by the bar… We finished our chapnge and wanted a to pay… i didnt understand the bill…the waiter gave me bill with 228€.. i said 250€.. after i paid i got receipt with amount of 210€..

What an incredible experience starting off with Amanda who was our server she catered to my every need especially with my gluten allergy she made the experience worthwhile. After we finished our meal, we transferred over to the bar where we met Cecile and Lorenzo, who were just completely phenomenal and incredible bartenders, they made every last bit of our experience worthwhile. If you're in paid and didn't stop here, you are missing out. Every inch of this restaurant is just a messy. The food was absolutely spectacular and worth every dollar the drinks were spot on and would highly recommend to family and friends , we did not leave this restaurant until one. That's how good it was on a Tuesday so imagine on a weekend so make sure to add this to your list and make sure to see these incredible individuals listed above. Live performances every night
Not worth the hype
We could only reserve the 1st seating (7:30pm) even though we rang about a month in advance. We didn’t want to dine this early but because of the good reviews we went with it. They seated us on the main / shared table & the performance was literally on our dining table which was entertaining. Because of this they were strict about where we put our glasses and kept coming over to tell us to keep our glasses “behind the line” which obviously makes sense. However, even when our wine glasses were behind the line one of the dancers still kicked a full glass off the table and the waiters didn’t say sorry or replace it. We asked to sit at the bar after food and they said no, we had to come back later after 2nd seating even though their bar was empty. My friend went to use the toilet before we left and the waitress accused her of trying to sneak to the bar when they’d just told us to come back later - how embarrassing? Despite this strange accusation we went back to our apartment and came back a couple of hours later for the club because again, we heard it was good. We told the bouncer we dined there earlier in the evening and were told to come back, it felt like they didn’t believe us and after another awkward encounter they let us in. We got in and it was a good party atmosphere but again, very strict about where you can and can’t stand/dance and what you can and can’t do unlike other clubs which are much more relaxed. The staff will literally tell you to move and say “you can’t do that”. We ended up making friends with a group of people who left us with their bottle of vodka, they were taking the party elsewhere and told us we could have the rest which was very kind. Instantly the waitress tried to take it off us, when we explained they had bought it with us, we had been sharing it for hours and they had left the club (she was there when they said goodbye) she made it clear she wanted to put the vodka back on the shelf & didn’t want us to have it. She has to “check” with her manager before they allowed us to have it - another awkward encounter. It wasn’t a case that we were too drunk (I wouldn’t be leaving this review if I was) it was just the staff being snobby and awkward. I personally wouldn’t go back. A star for the performers (they were very good) and a star for their vegan dish / nice wine. Their staff really let them down… rude, awkward & patronising.

If you have a reservation for their second service on a Saturday night don't bother showing up because you will be waiting in the "reservation line" all night. The show hasn't changed in 10 years but the quality of the food has gone downhill while the prices have gone up. Lots of better options in Saint Tropez.

Amazing place with a stellar live show that is absolutely a bucket list item. Food was rich and tasty, service exceptional and the show was very memorable. Highly recommend and need to book well in advance! We went on a rainy day and it was very worth it!
Good but their sister restaurant is better
This place is good, but their other restaurant in the area is GREAT!! Hard when you have a restaurant close by that is SO much better. This one has great food, but very rude staff and average quality performers in relation to their other restaurant that has AMAZING staff and incredibly performers.

* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* EternalAnt36, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* EternalAnt36 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to EternalAnt36 for any questions Peter may have as EternalAnt36 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* EternalAnt36 now uses their connections at L'Opéra - Saint-Tropez to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If EternalAnt36 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, EternalAnt36 receives the $200 reward which is credited to EternalAnt36's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at L'Opéra - Saint-Tropez!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
