We had a reservation.
It was honored. The wait staff was pretty regular. Nothing exceptional. The restaurant is small on the inside. Not a lot of seating but it made it more intimate. Not a lot of food options which is not a bad thing because it gives it potential to make the food better. Started out with the spicy margarita & it was SPICY! Like you tasted the flavor & then the spice. That was a good 4/5. The glass of wine was really sweet & dry & at the same time. Which I don't mind. Food...I was going to get the ratatouille but they combine it ??? Idk why it's not just plated like the movie...the steak frites was the BEST thing on the menu. Hands down. Nice & juicy & tender: the fries were so good with the sauce options. The salmon & spinach...well...the crunch on the salmon was heavenly. It could have used more seasoning but once again that's the Louisiana in me. It was a lot of spinach on the side & could've used some seasoning. More than salt & pepper. The mashed potatoes were good! Second best to the fries.
Be the first to ReplyFood was average.
Service also average at best. Ambiance is nice but can be loud. I should have listened to the last person who made a review because unfortunately they were right on... I expected MORE and got LESS...

Came here a few days ago on a lovely summer-like night! It's a very cute but small place! Nothing on the cocktail menu stood out so we passed on the drinks. The food was very good- the French onion soup is a must! It wasn't too heavy and the cheese wasn't insanely overwhelming- and the broth had a really good taste. Then we shared the ratatouille with some fries- it was all very good. Another highlight though was the creme brûlée- highly recommend! Only critique is it gets a bit loud and they forgot my friend's coffee but it wasn't a big deal as they didn't charge it.
Be the first to ReplyIf I could give less than 1 star I would.
after waiting nearly 45 minutes for salads, our food finally arrived and two of the three chickens on top of the salad were raw. We asked them to cook it more and when they brought it out the chicken was still not cooked through. When we asked to fire it again they brought the chef out who was actually nice but the waitress was rude and insisted to the manager that the chicken wasnt raw. The chicken came out again for a third time - still raw. This photo is from the THIRD time it got brought to us. We also ordered fries which came out 20 minutes after the salads. Check came and they didn't take care of one thing including the raw chicken. Used to be a favorite place of mine before new mgmt took over - will never be returning.

Jay was the best!!! We were visiting from Miami and Los Angeles and we had the time of our lives. Jay was so considerate of us when we came for dinner and he was extremely attentive. We wouldn't have had such a great time without him. The party at night was even better. The dj and jay made it spectacular. Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend friends and the next time we come we will come back. We absolutely loved it!
Be the first to ReplyThis place is okay.
The ambiance is cute, very Soho, but it is cramped and all the food was disappointing. Artichokes: 7/10 These were a bit too sour for me. I also didn't enjoy the aioli, it also tasted sour and maybe a bit off. Also don't understand where the crispy is. Burger: 8/10 The concept is really cool, but the execution was great. For starters, the bun is SO dry. I love burgers and bread and couldn't eat the bun it was so dry. It ruined the burger! The meat with the cheese and onion flavor was delicious though. I just wish the bun soaked up that juice or was different entirely. The fries were also so bland! They needed salt and to not be burned. I love fries and couldn't even finish these! Ratatouille: 5/10 The flavors were fine but this is legitimately not ratatouille. What they served me was a stew of chopped up vegetables, some of which should not be in ratatouille. The French would be upset you called this ratatouille.
Be the first to ReplyGreat apps and drinks but terrible layout/space.
The dining area was super small with very little space per table. Servers were tripping all over the place over people's coats and service overall was just ok. They tried to sit us at the bar but we opted to wait 30 minutes for a table because they had about 10-15 people eating on top of each other at the bar already and it looked like a claustrophobic persons nightmare. French onion soup burger is wayyyyy overrated. My first one came out well done after the server promised "all of our burgers are served medium" without me even having to order a temperature. After I sent it back to get a more edible cook. It showed up the second time without any onions making it I guess just a French burger? The server brought some carmelized onions on the side but Wayne (the manager) was great. The steak was decent great cook/temperature but zero seasoning. All of the fries were relatively oily. We opted to skip dessert and grab something on our way home. Kind of a bust for what we thought was going to be a great birthday dinner.

Cute Soho bar and restaurant with very good dirty martinis! Honestly the side of French fries blew me away, they were covered in some type of herb that was addictive when dipped into their aioli! I also ordered the tuna tartar, which tasted pretty basic. Nothing about it was special. But overall attentive service at a place that was lively and yet intimate at the same time! Perfect for a date night.
Be the first to ReplyAdorable and comfortable French Bistro vibes.
We had the breakfast sandwich and the Burger. Both were 10/10. Service was also great. Our server was pleasant and on top of things.

We loved our experience at Little Prince! The only reason I can't give it a 5 star rating was because of some slower service and also very tight quarters. However, the servers were very kind and helpful as we made food and drink decisions. Between our group we shared the new Ravioli starter which was fantastic. Two of us had the French Onion Soup Burger and loved it, and one of us had the Chicken with a side of brussels sprouts-- both were amazing. Chocolate flour-less cake was pretty good at the end too. Not 5 star worthy, but would be 4.5 if I could! Definitely would recommend to anyone coming to or living in New York!
Be the first to ReplyThe Ru Paul is one of my fav cocktails in SoHo.
Highly recommend the burger and steak frites as well.

This is a very fun spot in the city with great food, which is a rare combination. I came for a birthday party and had low expectations for the food as most restaurants with a fun ambiance do not also deliver on the food. Little prince, however, had exceptional food. All of the appetizers were delicious and the steak was fantastic. It was truly cooked medium rare, too and not borderline medium as often happens. Unfortunately, I thought the service was below average and thought the drinks were horrendous, thus I am giving 4 stars.

Great date night spot! I went here with my wife and sat at the bar. The staff was very nice and the food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Since it was our first time here we had to try the staples: started off with tuna tartare and the mussels. The mussels were served in a spicy curry sauce and it was the best I've ever had. For our entree for split the ratatouille and the French onion burger. Everything was amazing here, 10/10!

I met my friend here for a quick drink to talk music and watches :) A charming Parisian bistro. Little Prince is located at 199 Prince Street in SoHo (between Sullivan St. and MacDougal St.) Food: 10/10 * Caprese- 9/0 Drinks: 10/10 * Purple Rain- hendricks. a bramble fit for a prince * CHARLES DE CASANOVE BRUT Service: 5/10 The service was good but I felt a bit of snobbiness. They treated my friend and I well. But I experienced them being very snobby to the man that was dressed in sweat pants and a t-shirt. Tip: Treat every being equally.... Kindness, pass it on... Ambiance: 5/ 10 great atmosphere but very loud...

This place is so cute and all the food was amazing. The muscles sauce was chefs kiss delicious. Definitely save the sauce to eat with fries from your entree. The French onion soup burger was sooooo good and flavorful.
Be the first to ReplyWent for my friend's birthday dinner.
Loved the burger and steak frites. It's a cute restaurant but more on the small side so it gets packed really easily. Loved their martinis also. One downside is that the wait staff is so busy and will neglect your table once it gets crowded.
Be the first to ReplyWent here with a friend for an impromptu brunch.
We made reservations online and we were quickly seated. We asked to sit near the window (just better for food pics). Such a cute establishment. My friend and I ordered / shared the French Toast (with orange and chantily cream) as well as the French Onion Soup Burger (gruyère, caramelized onions, dijon, hand-cut fries, garlic aioli). I also ordered a side of the brussels sprouts for myself (best decision ever). The wait to actually get the food was LONG. This was the primary reason why I had to deduct the 1 star. The wait was absurdly long - though we had put in our orders when we arrived. The service was good and our waiter was very attentive. When our food arrived, they were all delicious! I have to admit my favorite were my brussels and the French onion soup burger. So amazingly flavorful and would definitely recommend ordering this if you're here!
Be the first to ReplyCute, cozy little restaurant.
Definitely make a reservation. Not intimate, definitely close to other restaurant goers. Tried the tuna tartare and grilled shrimp for appetizers then the wagyu steak for dinner. Perfect amount for two ppl to share. I wish the chorizo in the shrimp dish wash spicier. Other two dishes were amazing. Good cocktails. Great service. Staff was quick and helpful with suggestions. Smaller menu but enough on there that we will return.

The place was packed! Reservations recommended however we were able to get a seat when we walked in on a Friday night.French Onion Soup Burger was delicious! Would definitely order the burger again. The steak frites was mediocre. It seems a bit dry, they didn't asked us how we wanted the steak. The burger made up for it.The restaurant is small and cozy, not really big

Went on a date here, and let me just say it's definitely got a fancy and calm vibe. It's not a huge restaurant, but it's very cozy. The food was absolutely delicious. This is probably the best steak I've ever had. The portion was large too! The salmon was honestly mediocre and small, but the steak made up for it. Service was good! I think the cherry on top was the gold card holder:))
Be the first to ReplyWe had a decent brunch here post nye activities.
Nothing here really blew me away unfortunately. The french onion soup was by far the best thing we had. We also got the breakfast sampler plate and french onion burger. The breakfast was fine, eggs cooked well, potatoes cold and soggy and bacon just okay. The french onion burger was burnt. I get wanting to put a char on a burger but not to the point where large amounts of bitterness come out. The garlic aoli and fries were good. The service was good

French onion soup was phenomenal! 18 dollars is quite pricey for a small bowl of soup but it did not disappoint. The poached egg on the ratatouille was underdone but the vegetables were delicious. The server was also very helpful and recommended a delicious red wine that paired perfectly with the soup. Really good spot but pricey. Atmosphere was cute but really loud.
Be the first to ReplyI cannot rave about this place more.
A group of girlfriends and I went for my birthday on a Friday night .. only she didn't realize she made the reservation for the LA location. The place was super booked up but the host was SO kind about trying to squeeze us in. He even personally spoke to their sister restaurant Lola Taverna to see if they could get us a table. Finally, we were able to get a table inside Little Prince! The food was delicious - I had the steak and really enjoyed it. I also sampled my friends dishes - all very good. The spot turned into a party scene at around 10/10:30 or so. They gave me sparklers and celebrated me. So much fun.Thank you AGAIN to the host - I wish I remembered his name. He was the sweetest guy.

If you can snag one of the two tables outside, go for it! Even though it's beside the street, the corner is quiet. It's just lovely and relaxing getting fresh air and watching people walk by while enjoying your food. The french onion soup burger is the probably the best burger I've had. I can eat this for days
Be the first to ReplyCute little restaurant in wv with wonderful aesthetic.
Service was great and quick. Got the french onion soup burger, soup, burrata, chocolate tart, nice salad, and wine/tea. Food was definitely amazing and recommend. Overall cute venue and good food.
