Be the first to ReplyHad an amazing dining experience last night with Le Cirque,
Had an amazing dining experience last night with Le Cirque, located inside Bellagio hotel next to Lagos. All the staffs were amazing, super nice and cheerful! I love it when the waiters are professional yet lay back with cracking a few jokes in between. I got lucky and was able to get seated next to the window where I enjoyed the beautiful water show throughout my whole dinner. Food was amazing, I had the 5 course set with an upgrade on one of the dish. I really enjoyed every dish and will definitely return for more.
Be the first to ReplyLe Cirque was such a fun place to have dinner.
It was quiet and intimate. The servers were so accommodating and kind. Everyone was friendly and definitely there to serve you and make sure you have an excellent experience. The tasting menu was fun and they serve the perfect proportions to make you leave feeling satisfied! The chocolates at the end come in a fun box too :) It was a great experience
Be the first to ReplyI'm not unfamiliar with finer cuisine, I recognize you pay
I'm not unfamiliar with finer cuisine, I recognize you pay a premium for smaller portions to experience better-than-average ingredients for the boomerier-than-average clientele at an establishment such as this. And I get inflation. I have been on DeviantArt before. But I have never been so disappointed in a $700+ meal for two, and never needed the full $20 spend at Taco Bell after a tasting experience such as this.I arrived at the unbecoming exterior of this restaurant a few nights ago, it emerging into view when the nearby gaggle of Midwestern tourists finally shuffled away wetly patting themselves on the back. I soon realized I was impeccably underdressed for this restaurant as a look of derision streaked across the hostesses face at our arrival, only for it to immediately evaporate as her professional composure took hold, and allowed her to deal with the likes of me.The welcome was wonderful, and the service was impeccable. The neighboring table borderline sighed as me and my ravishing partner were seated, transparently out of our element as I yelped when the waiter attempted to place a napkin over my lap.The waiter introduced himself (which I always thought was to happen before the hand-in-trouser handshake), and knew from the get-go we were likely to participate in the 5 course tasting menu (as it was one of the "cheaper" options). He then proceeded to explain how long he had been working at the restaurant and how he thought he'd be somewhere else by now. I guess I expected that from waiters in Los Angeles but never heard it from someone working in a city where dreams were made to die.We were given our drinks, and the meal was set to start. First the amuse-bouche, a delicate oyster that was one of the best parts of the meal (I have a semen-forward palate). Then, a lobster salad that had 2 skint pieces of impeccably-cooked lobster and a sad assortment of vegetables that were drenched in essentially liquified lobster. Personally, I would have much preferred the lobster to have remained solid and thus may have been more substantial. This was followed by a sample-sized portion of foie gras, truly one of the most delectable ways to prepare pain on a plate. It may come across as sardonic but truly if you told me this particular goose's household was 9/11-ed to make it taste just so, I wouldn't have flinched. Later on we consumed 1-2 scallops that again, tasted great but if I had seen free at Costco I would have insisted they prepare me more as I purveyed their shop, which the sad hairnet-adorning woman would have meekly obliged to.Finally, the duck. Dear god, the duck. It was sauced to perfection, cooked beautifully but looked like the trimmings off a Kate Moss-looking duck, maybe one that was told they needed to shed some lbs right before their modeling audition (maybe used some Quack to speed up the process). This was followed by the dessert course, a chocolate ball poured over with melted chocolate until it disintegrated, leaving little-to-no structure and had us licking our plates like dogs trained by white women. We briefly eavesdropped on our nearby suit-clad brethren (they said stocks and options so much to piss us off I'm sure), said our goodbyes, and waltzed out of this restaurant, waltzing directly to the Taco Bell just a few blocks down. While it was an expedient experience (which is always appreciated), it was one that teased greatness while never providing enough substantial to actually be remarkable or satisfactory, and left my wallet the worse for wear.I feel $700 lighter, and like I've only been edged. Just the tip, nothing more.

OMG! The whole experience was absolutely amazing! The dining room is breath taking. I celebrated my birthday here and it did not disappoint. I loved the Moulin Rouge cocktail. The tasting menu offers several great options. The service was attentive and friendly. Fredrick, the sommelier, had wonderful stories. Highly recommend the wine pairing. We both especially loved the Foie Gras and the Wagu. The chocolate ball was super yummy and one of my favorite all time desserts.
Be the first to ReplyOne of the best fine dining restaurants.
Totally worth trying! The food is exquisite and it is not pretentious or trying to be different and upscale, it really is genuinely remarkably made and presented. The sea bass is chefs kiss and all the other entrees and wine pairings are equally delicious!

Another birthday trip to Las Vegas which means another visit to Le Cirque. It's been a while since we have been since they were closed for 19 months during the pandemic. I was so happy to see that they reopened. This is by far, my favorite restaurant in the world. There is nothing to say other than Le Cirque is perfection from the food to the service. The staff at Le Cirque who have all been there for 20+ years have this down to an art. They are super attentive and so very friendly. They make you feel special. The food...superb. The Degustation menu is done to perfection and each course builds on the previous. There was not one course that was sub par. Le Cirque is expensive but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for." This will not be my last visit to Le Cirque...maybe they'd let me live in the kitchen.

Had not been here for about 7 years or more, it was pleasant and staff was nice, but lacked the pizzaz of joël roubochon. Which is fine, bc it's a diff venue but they could make it a little less stuffy inside, bc the decor doesn't match the fine lines of the food- ya dig what I'm saying? We eat with our eyes first after all...

Reopened in October 2021, a 19- month hiatus and rearranged dining room in the rearview, Le Cirque at Bellagio entered the "new normal" by charting a novel course as Tasting Menu-only under the guidance of Chef Dameon Evers and General Manager Gabriel Fontenier.Since 1998 the resort's most sought-after reservation, a forty-year history in Manhattan uncertain following the passing of Sirio Maccioni, guests entering the jewel box space will quickly recognize the half-moon bar and big top ceiling while the menu is two eight-course Tastings at $388 per person or $128 for the 3-course l'Introduction.Currently operating from 5:00pm until 10:00pm Thursday through Saturday, much of the staff familiar across twenty prior visits from 2008 to 2019, it was amidst plush fabrics and light music that two diners were seated, service predictably faultless across the next 210 minutes.Opting for one of each Prestige Menu, plus all-new Cocktails including one with Caviar on Ice and another perfumed by Truffles, it was alongside potent these that Caviar, Bread and an Amuse were presented, the former offering 50g of Reserve Ossetra atop an ornate Octopus alongside warm Buckwheat Blinis and all the usual Condiments. Now priced on par with Robuchon and Savoy, the future of Las Vegas' fine dining scene hanging in the balance, course two looks back at before moving forward, Le Cirque's classic Lobster Salad or a Vegetarian counterpart offered on Monkey plates followed by Duck Liver atop Pine Nuts cooked like Farro or vibrant Tomato Tartare.Forever the realm of Sommelier Freddy Montandon alongside Wine Director Sanae Halprin, the former presenting Sauternes with bright Fruits to accompany the Foie Gras, course three sees Chef Evers drape Black Truffles over Sunchoke Agnolotti before moving to Fish with crispy Skin versus assertive Artichokes to those opting for Vegetables.Returning "whole Duck" as an a la carte option, ruby Flesh and crackling skin offered a l'Orange with Fennel as the Prestige's penultimate savory, Vegetarian diners are instead treated to Beets reminiscent of what Dameon created with Chef Joshua Skenes at Angler atop Chicories. Not exactly finishing strong with grilled Asparagus and underwhelming Romesco, though the meaty alternative of A5 Wagyu is predictably luxurious, Spring's Palate Cleanser returns Oranges and Tangerine as Ice Cream beneath Yuzu Granita to create a decidedly memorable Parfait.Having celebrated special events at Le Cirque over the years, elegant touches such as a signed card and Polaroid photo never taken for granted, Dessert sees the return of another classic by way of a tall and proud Souffle juxtaposing rich Ganache matched to Mango Gel and Chocolate Streusel.Completing the night with Mignardises and take-home Candies, plus sachets of Tea inserted in the Menu, Las Vegas remains fortunate to have a Restaurant like Le Cirque as GM Gabriel Fontenier and Chef Dameon Evers continue to reinvent and refine a storied space into something entirely new and undeniably delicious.***** Forever one of the Strip's most iconic spaces guests will not find better service in Las Vegas while Le Cirque's Spring menu shines thanks to impeccable Ingredients cooked carefully across plates both classic and modern.

Reopened in October, a 19- month hiatus and rearranged dining room in the rearview, Le Cirque at Bellagio enters the "new normal" by charting a novel course under the guidance of Chef Dameon Evers and General Manager Gabriel Fontenier.Since 1998 the resort's most sought-after reservation, a forty-year history in Manhattan still uncertain following the passing of Sirio Maccioni, guests entering the jewel box space will quickly recognize the half-moon bar and big top ceiling while the menu is now three pre-paid Tastings ranging from $288 to $388 per person exclusive of Beverages.Currently operating from 5:00pm until 10:00pm Thursday through Saturday, much of the staff familiar across twenty prior visits from 2008 to 2019, it was amidst plush fabrics and holiday décor that two diners were seated, service predictably faultless across the next 210 minutes.Opting for one 10-course Prestige offering and the 6-course plant-based Decouverte, each with Wine Pairings, it was alongside potent Cocktails that Bread and an Amuse were presented, the former now made on-site and light but buttery while the Gougere reminisces of Chef Evers' time with Thomas Keller. Now priced on par with Robuchon and Savoy, the future of Las Vegas' fine dining scene hanging in the balance, course one suggests Champagne alongside Caviar and Cauliflower Panna Cotta while its alternative utilizes Radishes in forms amidst the flavors of Sunomono. The most radical shift since Wilfred Bergerhausen's tenure beginning in 2014, Lobster Salad and plates painted with Monkeys giving way to crystal beneath snappy slices of Kampachi, Chef Evers does Le Cirque's rich history proud by way of dishes such as a velvety Foie Gras Gateaux and Squash Soup brightened by Indian spices.Forever the realm of Sommelier Freddy Montandon alongside Wine Director Sanae Halprin, each presenting their bottles with zeal, it comes as no surprise that oaky Chardonnay pairs beautifully with creamy Rice lightly topped in Truffles while the same Demi-sec previously offered alongside Soup also compliments Golden Eye Snapper afloat in herbaceous Yogurt.Rethinking Le Cirque's classic Potato-wrapped Sea Bass with Turbot that stands up admirably to reduced Red Wine, while Vegetarian diners are treated to Beets reminiscent of what Dameon created with Chef Joshua Skenes at Angler, the Prestige's penultimate savor features incomparable Chicken that eats smooth as silk with Brown Butter and Prunes tying it to a smooth and jammy Malbec.Proud to pour well-priced Burgundy with both "main courses," the A5 Wagyu predictably delicious but outshined by Cordyceps bathed in aromatic Consommé, Cheese comes from Northern California's Cowgirl Creamery that finds added flavor from Truffle Coulis and it's medium-sweet pairing.Having celebrated several Christmas meals at Le Cirque over the years, special touches such as a signed card and Polaroid photo never taken for granted, Dessert at first appears like The French Laundry's "Coffee and Donuts" before finding added depth in Chocolate Mousse brilliantly balanced by sparkling sweet Rose.Lingering to talk with Mr. Fontenier afterward, the challenges of reinventing an icon not insubstantial, Las Vegas remains fortunate to have a Restaurant like Le Cirque even if it is not purely "French" or a place for "Foodies" because Cuisine of such quality will always have an audience amongst traveled epicures.
Be the first to ReplyIf I could give this place 10 stars I would.
Where do I even begin? Le Cirque had been closed for a long eighteen months and my husband and I were preparing ourselves for the worst - they may not come back due to the pandemic. Well thank goodness they did re-open and we had the NICEST time on December 23rd. We were a bit worried that because they have a new chef that the food wouldn't be what we were used to but our fears quickly diminished. Yes, the food is phenomenal but the staff truly go above and beyond. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Martin, Fredrick, Maurice, Gabriel, and literally everyone on their staff is just absolutely amazing. There's a reason everyone here has been around for 20+ years. They just know what they're doing here. My cheeks HURT when we left because everyone was just so funny and charming and I basically never stopped laughing. The ten course was phenomenal. I could go on and on about each dish but I'll keep it short and sweet. Just eat here. Experience true fine dining and leave the happiest you've been in awhile. Especially during these times, if you can splurge and treat yourself I would highly recommend doing so. Also just a note! When you book a reservation you have to put a payment down. When you pay your tab at the end of the meal, please don't forget to tip on the total amount. These folks work their butts off and deserve every penny. Thank you Le Cirque for another memorable evening. See you in Feburary for my birthday! One request: please bring back the old bread service!!! I miss the chocolate bread so much.

Le Cirque is an experience like no other it exceeds high expectations. The attention to detail is unmatched. The food is exceptionally crafted, truly a work of art. The atmosphere is one of the most beautiful I have seeing. There aren't too many tables so it really feels intimate and romantic. We would definitely come back to Le Cirque next time we are in Vegas.

The next morning I woke up thinking about this meal and how I wanted to do it again. We had the 10 course prix-fixe menu with the wine pairing. I didn't know chicken could even taste so good. Also, the wine pairing really complimented the food. I never would've thought foie gras and a dessert wine would go so well together. To sum it up: the best meal I've ever had.
Be the first to ReplyI cannot wait for Le Cirque to re-open.
It's the only reason why we have not traveled to Vegas since the restrictions have been lifted. I only hope the familiar faces and our favorite waiter, Maurice, will be back.
Be the first to ReplyMy meal at Le Cirque was one of the greatest of my life.
There are several dining experiences I have been lucky enough to have and this is absolutely in the top 5. I love the whimsical decor which extends all the way from the draped ceiling to the plating choices. The service was impeccable, our waiter took the time to tell us about every single dish, including the ingredients and backstory, as well as going above and beyond in many ways. When I mentioned that the bread was delicious he brought me a take home box with bread in it for later. He brought out the Le Cirque cookbook for me to look through when I had some questions about recipes and the story behind them. He truly made the meal for us. The food was absolutely delicious, just thinking about it now makes me sad that I'm not there right now. We were given several amuse-bouches through out the meal that complimented the dishes and cleansed our palate for the next course. Their risotto was out of this world, I'm not sure I'll ever have a better one. We were even given little chocolates in boxes to take home at the end of the meal. My entire family had a wonderful time and I highly recommend visiting and having an amazing meal!

the first time my wife and i ate here, we stumbled in, looking like trash, to see if there was any space available for us to dine in. without judgement, and very much to our delight, the hostess told us we could dine at the bar if we wanted, and so we happily accepted -- but rushed upstairs and got quickly showered and dressed firstit was one of the very best meals of my entire life. we ate at picasso that same weekend -- sat outside on the deck overlooking the fountains, and everything -- but this meal was much more memorable and delicious, from beginning to endto top it off, it seems that a lot of locals enjoy eating at the bar by themselves because this very lovely woman saw how much we were drunkenly enjoying ourselves and proceeded to introduce herself to us and send more drinks our way. she just loved how much we loved dining here, and it was a night i have still not forgotten, a year+ laterwe came back with my parents and dined in the dining room, and while each bite was every bit as good, i felt like eating at the bar was just so much brighter and more cheerful;thank you for the wonderful evening, we loved it, and we can't wait until you're open again so we can dine with you again!

From the moment you step through the door you feel as though you're transported to a place that only Cirque can be credited for. Our Sommelier was wonderful, the restaurant GM was extraordinarily attentive, and overall we were beyond satisfied with our meal.
