Such an amazing experience.
It is a steakhouse located inside the Canada pavilion at Disney's Epcot. Reservations are required. We dined after 15:00 and had an early dinner. The service was just impressive tonight. Learned something new about the menu and the bread. Like the fact that everything is made to represent different parts of Canada. This is not my first time here but it has been a consistent one for sure. I went with my big favorites: Cheddar cheese soup AND the filet mignon. The soup was so rich and creamy and it isn't like just eating melted cheese, it's full of deep flavor and has pieces of crumbled bacon which gives it a smoky flavor. It's subtle and thick enough though that you can dip some of the pretzel bread and never get bored of this. Yum!! The filet mignon is cooked to perfection. Served super hot from the grill. It is delicately placed on mushroom risotto with some tomatoes around it. This filet rivals the best steakhouses. It's super flavorful and has a tenderness that makes it melt in your mouth as you take a bite. The risotto is filling and the mushroom flavor doesn't over power the filet. I added the ice wine flight. Which is served super cold. Our sever told us how this is made and it's interesting to hear the differences from traditional wine making. But the pours are around 1 oz each but super sweet, chilled and amazing. You are served pretzel bread and a multigrain bread along with some butter with sea salt. The pretzel bread is something you will want to order another round of. It's very good. No dessert for us tonight as we were full from all the rich foods we ate. The restaurant isn't a huge one but has comfortable tables and booths to handle even the largest of families. It is a little dim lit inside so seeing the menu with these older eyes was challenging.

I had a reservation for 6 in the later afternoon and we were quickly seated after checking in. The restaurant is well-decorated (like most Disney restaurants) and dimly lit. We had complimentary pretzel bread and multigrain sourdough bread with a maple whipped butter with smoked sea salt. I loved the pretzel bread and maple butter and grabbed seconds, thirds of the combo. It was probably the best butter I've ever had. It was flavorful, had good maple flavor, and the sea salt flavor was minimal. I didn't like the multigrain sourdough bread that much because it was relatively hard and too chewy. It took a while for our steak entrees to come and the waiter let us know about that during his check ins. I ordered the Filet Mignon medium well and it was yummy. The dried mushrooms and risotto that came with it were good too. I tried a bite of the Rib Eye medium well too and thought it was too tough, dry, and chewy. My table shared two enhancements: the loaded mashed potatoes and bacon-smoked Gouda macaroni & cheese. The loaded mashed potatoes came super hot and were so good. The bacon was crispy and this was probably one of the best mashed potatoes I've ever had too. The macaroni and cheese was a miss and I didn't like it. The noodles were longer than most typical mac & cheeses and were a complete miss on flavor.

We came here on our second night of Disney and it did not disappoint. The feel of the restaurant wasn't my fav because it was really dark but it was ok. The food took a while to come but it was worth it! I got the NY strip steak without onions and wow.. it was phenomenal. It came with this like garlic butter sauce and I loved it. It was cooked perfectly and mmm I am drooling thinking about it. For dessert I had the 'boutique collection' which was just ok, not really spectacular. Would come again!

One of our favorite restaurants at Epcot.

Dark and can be romantic like in everything Disney tells a story from the moment you enter. The host or hostess explained to us as we were guided to our table as each room is themed towards a different Provence in Canada. The charcuterie board was delicious and could serve as a meal for one. It came with a candle made out of edible cheese or lard, can't remember but was great. The filet mignon was also delicious and cooked perfectly. All the tables around us mentioned their favorites as we were getting ready to order. Some seats are close to each so be prepared.

When you visit Epcot, as an American not many people are open to dining at their Canadian restaurant. That is the biggest mistake! - this restaurant is my favorite in all of Disney's dining and for all the right reasons. Last time I went there I had one of the BEST steaks of my life. After a day of drinking and eating you would think one would be full. This was NOT the case when that steak arrived. Completely delish and I continue to come back each time I'm in Epcot

My recent dining experience at Le Cellier Steakhouse was a bit of a mixed bag. While the service and food presentation was impeccable, I found the food to be disappointingly inconsistent. Upon arrival, my party and I were promptly seated and attended to by the courteous staff. However, our excitement was dampened when we found that the food was overly seasoned. We ordered the poutine, ribeye, and bison, hoping for a flavorful meal. Unfortunately, all dishes were marred by excessive saltiness. In an effort to rectify the situation, the staff graciously took back the ribeye and bison for recooking. Regrettably, upon their return, the ribeye remained excessively salty while the bison lacked seasoning entirely. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, their solution was to offer a salt and pepper shaker, which felt like a rather inadequate remedy. To their credit, the staff made a second attempt with the ribeye and even provided a new one to go. However, upon reheating the ribeye later, it still lacked flavor and left much to be desired. In the past, I have always had positive experiences at Le Cellier, which is why this disappointing visit came as such a surprise. While I appreciate that they only charged us for the ribeye, it's disheartening to leave a restaurant feeling unsatisfied, especially one with such a stellar reputation. Overall, while the service was commendable, the inconsistency in the food quality was a significant letdown. I hope that Le Cellier can address these issues to ensure that future diners have a more enjoyable experience.

Amazing service, amazing food! Who would have thought that a vegan could eat at a steakhouse. I mean it happens but it's rare to have good vegan options at a steakhouse. They have 2 options which are delicious. I ordered the fried cauliflower plate which came with flowers on top so pretty! And some sweet candied things in it (sorry idk what they are called). Then I ordered the Tourtière which was like a pie ( the crust tasted like apple pie to me lol ) with impossible meat in the middle, vegetables added on top and fruit ketchup, it was soooo good! I have to come back again. Thank you for having amazing vegan options! The staff that we met actually are from Canada so that was pretty cool. They introduced themselves and what part of Canada they are from... loved that.! Can't wait to come back in a couple weeks.

Atmosphere - located in the Canada exhibit at EPCOT, the restaurant is relatively small (seating capacity around 110) and dark. It has a rustic feel to the interior. Service - Very Good. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Food - Good. While open for lunch, the menu is basically a dinner. The entrees are pricey, but this is true for most of the dine in restaurants in EPCOT. I had the rib eye with the stuffed baked potato. The steak was cooked to order and had a nice flavor. However, there was more fat than normal and the steak was a little on the chewy side. Overall Value - Just OK. For the price paid and the quality of the steak, I would not consider this to be an average dining experience.

I have been coming to Epcot for over 25 years and never dined here. We happened to get a lunch reservation and were told we were lucky since it's so small. The atmosphere is great, although we were seated next to the door to the restroom. Our server was super nice and friendly. The menu is limited, as are all Disney restaurants. I settled on the Filet Mignon, but since I don't like mushrooms, I asked for the sides which came with the ribeye, which were fingerling potatoes and an onion gravy, which they were happy to accommodate. Our food arrived timely, and my filet was cooked medium as I requested. Salty is an understatement. Between the potatoes and the filet, I was over salted. The filet was tender and would have been fantastic had the salt not been overwhelming. The same goes for the fingerling potatoes. Although we had a nice experience, I wouldn't come back.
Be the first to ReplyOne of my top five favorite Disney Restaurants.
Make sure to have a reservation long in advance. Five star dining without having to dress up. Ribeye and filet were excellent, as was the mac-n-cheese. They made a fancy dessert to celebrate our honeymoon.

We absolutely adore this place! It's such a nice break from the heat and sunshine. Service is always outstanding. The bread with the maple butter is so tasty and really good dipped into the Canadian cheddar soup. The filets are well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The truffle butter mashed potatoes are HEAVENLY! Don't skip the Canadian cheddar creamed spinach. It is buttery, garlicky, creamy goodness. Top notch service and food to justify every penny spent!
Be the first to ReplyAlways a great place to eat.
The ambiance takes you out of a themepark and you almost forget where you are. The service is great and they have the best steaks. Alcoholic drinks were also good. Highly recommended. It does take quite a while if you are in a hurry or trying to get all of Epcot done in one way.

Ever since DD was 6 and we dined here she's been wanting to return to Le Cellier. Well now she works for the Mouse and had a 50% off coupon so she decided we were celebrating her birthday here. Located in the Canadian pavilion of Epcot, Le Cellier serves foods inspired by our neighbor to the north. The ambiance is themed to the different provinces and we were in Quebec. It was dark and cozy with a very traditional steak house feel. Our server Ashley was from Canada and very knowledgeable about the menu. She brought us a basket of sourdough and pretzel rolls which were so tasty we had to exercise self restraint knowing we had our meal ahead of us. At Ashley's suggestion we started with the Canadian Cove P.E.I. Mussels with Ramp Pistou Cream and Broiled Ciabatta. It was quite a generous serving which was really perfect for three to share as an appetizer. The mussels were large and cooked perfectly. For our entrees the birthday girl choose the seared Halibut served with Leeks, Roasted Onions, Fennel, Onion Soubise, Crispy Salsify. She also ordered the loaded mashed potatoes but ended up eating only a portion of them as she got too full. The halibut was buttery and delicious. We all agreed that the crispy salsify should be a snack staple. Her bestie choose the Bison Strip Loin served with Kabocha Squash, Roasted Cauliflower, Jerusalem Artichoke, Black Garlic-Sage Béarnaise. Bison is a lean meat and can be dried but Le Cellier bison is cooked sous vide and served rare and we all agreed that it was perfect. Arin is not a keen eater of vegetables, especially squash but he cleaned his plate and declared the squash "fabulous". I went with the New York Strip Steak, USDA Prime served with a unique Savory Bread Pudding, Garlic-Peppercorn Butter, Arugula, Caramelized Onions. I ordered it rare and it turned out to be one of the best steaks I've ever had. All of the entrees were around $50.00. Since it was mid-day we didn't have wine or cocktails. They have an extensive wine list and lots of Canadian beers and signature cocktails though. My daughter wanted to have the dessert that she had enjoyed as a child but was disappointed to find it was no longer on the menu. We looked at the dessert menu but decided we were full. She was delighted when Ashley came to the table with the "chocolate moose" from her childhood. It was as creamy and wonderful as she remembered. We really enjoyed our special Le Cellier celebration meal. The food and service were five star. This is what I would consider a "splurge" with our bill totaling up to over $250 so it was nice to have a 50% off coupon. An 18% gratuity was included but that may have been because we had the coupon. Of course we left an extra tip as the service was excellent. If you ever find yourself in Epcot and want a wonderful and special dining experience, give Le Cellier a try!

This was our second visit to Le Cellier after a disastrous visit the first go around. Boy am I glad that we gave it a second chance. Our meal was absolutely perfect from start to finish. My husband and I shared the potato cheese soup and the wedge to start. The soup was good, but it wasn't the best soup I've ever had. On par with any good cheese soup at other restaurants. The wedge, however, was perfect!! I wish we would have each just gotten our own. The filet was absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection. My husband had the ribeye and that was excellent also. We ordered the poutine to try it, but only had a couple of bites since we were so full after our entrees. Also did not order desert.
Be the first to ReplyThe whole experience was amazing.
The food was absolutely to die for. I got the ribeye steak, cooked medium. The flavors was there. My friends let me try their Mac and cheese and it was good, but I feel like it was a little on the drier side, but overall it was good. Now my favorite part of dinner was the maple crème brûlée, exquisite! I always hear about Canada maple and how good it is, and the flavors in the crème brûlée was amazing... not too sweet, not bland at all. Great balance of flavor. The server was delightful, very knowledgeable about the food and had answers to all of our questions. The ambiance was great, maybe a little too dark but still enough lighting for me ti see my food. Can't wait to go again next year.

I recently dined at Le Cellier Steakhouse and had an enjoyable experience overall. The dining room is small and can get quite loud, but that didn't detract from the delicious food and great service. The bread service with the warm pretzel roll was a great start to the meal and definitely worth trying. For the appetizer, I highly recommend the French Onion Soup, which was delicious with a nice blend of provolone, fontina, asiago, and parmesan cheese. The Baby Iceberg Wedge Salad was also quite good, although it was a bit too heavily dressed for my liking.Moving on to the main course, I tried the Dry-aged Pork Chop, which unfortunately had too many flavors that didn't quite work together. The goat cheese polenta, smoked tomato jam, citrus butter, and pea tendrils all clashed and made the dish feel a bit disjointed..Throughout the meal, the service was efficient and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Le Cellier Steakhouse if you don't mind loud places and high prices.

Most random blogs and youtubers rate this restaurant as the best one on Disney property. Now granted, I've tried very few Disney restaurants, but this one is bomb, and if you're ready to spend ~$100 a person and like meats and soups this is an absolute gem!**Order the $13 Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup. According to our server this is the original soup that has been served since the day Epcot opened. It was absolutely phenominal. Probably the best soup I've ever had.$15 Le Cellier Beef Bourguignon Poutine - Badillsically cheesy, and meaty fries with garlic and drizzle on them. I've never really had fries exactly like this, but I guess it's common in Canad. I really liked them, however it wasn't mind blowing.$16.50 Windsor Old Fashioned - Standard, not great, not bad.$59 Ribeye & $62 Filet mignon - both were excellent. Not all timers, but definitely way above average. Make a reservation on the Disney app. Refresh the app constantly as I got a reservation the morning of while waiting in line for a ride.

Best experience ever! We have talked about Le Cellier so many times but never opted to make a reservation due to the cost. This time we knew it was at the top of our list and that was the best decision we made. From the time we walked in to the time we left we couldn't have had a better more welcoming experience. The lady who sat us was so friedly and gave us some fun Canadian trivia. Our server, also Canadian, was equally as engaging, friendly, and informative. We enjoyed a Manhattan, martini, beef poutine, fish of the day, strip steak. It was all so delicious and cooked to perfection.

I would like to start off by pointing out how amazing the service was. Our server was INCREDIBLY friendly, she provided recommendations, information about the food and the story behind the dishes as this was Canadian style steakhouse. Our server had a mix up up with our order and we got the wrong entrée, they fixed it and offered us an appetizer in the meantime. Our food was amazing, the sauce on our poutine was delicious and our steaks were seared and cooked perfectly. We ordered the chocolate mousse for dessert, it was super rich and decadent, it had several textures from the mousse, the powdered cookie, the chocolate bar, and cookies on top. The inside of the restaurant looked like and old style tavern, but elevated. Dark lighting and low music.

A pretty solid steakhouse even if you might not consider a "Canadian" steakhouse (in Epcot world) to be your best bet in this space.Started off with the poutine, which was definitely a bit of a letdown considering this was in Epcot's version of Canada. It didn't really bring much flavor to the dish, even relative to counter service destinations that serve a similar dish.As for the mains, the filet mignon was done nearly perfect at medium rare and had a great tender flavor profile. In addition, the accompanying mushroom risotto was absolutely phenomenal. Overall, I'd give this a 4.5-star rating (rounded to 5) with only the poutine being a slight disappointment, but the steakhouse elements were stellar.

Impeccable. One of the best meals I've ever eaten. Drinks were on point and service exceptional. A++++++
Be the first to ReplyIf you are looking for an upscale place to dine in Epcot
If you are looking for an upscale place to dine in Epcot this is the location for you! The staff is very very friendly and attentive. Our server Hunter was very personable and willing to explain everything on the menu. I love all the little touches in decor including the maple leaf lights. You start with a series of bread representing different provinces. Of course the famous pretzel bread is the stand out but the sourdough is also not to be missed. The maple sugar butter was also a nice touch. The charcuterie board was amazing! Stand outs where the Brie and the Proccosto. It also came with an edible candle which was pretty good. The steak here is amazing! Perfectly cooked with a great side of truffle risotto. Only downsides are that it takes a little long for a theme park and that the building can be very chilly. Overall, a great place to get some food in EPCOT!
