Just had the most wonderful dinner experience here.
As part of the Pueblo Bonito stay we had dined at many of the restaurants across the resorts. The service here- especially by our server Leonel, was so warm and great. The food was spectacular. Great eat!!!

Luis was so charming and helpful he made our day he took our orders and helped us with speed and even made us flowers and made us laugh. The food was wonderful and so were the drinks, Palomas is a great restaurant! We love Luis and hope to see him again during our trip

Luis was incredible, his service was incredible and he was the most friendly kind man ever!!! !!!!! The food was amazing and his speed with the orders was perfect!! He created an amazing environment and I would 100% go to las polomas again!!!!!
Just had an amazing dinner.
Food, ambiance and Luis (our waiter) were amazing. I had the Tikin-Xic with yellow fin tuna--the catch of the day--, which included refried black beans, fried plantains, and radish and red onion xnipec. The dish was delicious. For an appetizer we had pork toast with adobo....also amazing. We were not rushed, allowed to enjoy the meal at a slow pace which made it all the more enjoyable. We've been on the resort for five days and Luis was the first waiter who referred to us by our names...he really puts a lot of effort into his service.
Great dinner and service!
What a fantastic meal and wonderful experience! We mentioned to our server Luis that we’d had a very busy day and we wanted a relaxing dinner. He not only was the first waitstaff we’d had who verified our names but he called us by name each time he took an order or delivered our food. His suggestions were spot on and the seasonings on the banana leaf wrapped fish (pescado empapelado) were perfect. Luis suggested I try the Paloma’s salad which I loved. I ended the meal with the coconut flan and coffee with Bailey’s. Absolutely the best meal of the trip! Thank you Luis!
Great restaurant and service
Although we stayed nextdoor at the Rose, we dined every morning at the Paloma restaurant. The staff there were great, hard working and funny. Areli who sat us and the servers Fernando, Demetrio, Carlos, Edgar and Jhanet were fabulous. Can’t wait to rerun next year. Also, the manager Margarita was alway cleaning tables and helping the servers. All around a great staff.

Adan Morales was a great server, he took the time to get to know us, asking where we were from, and appreciated our poor attempts at spanish! he taught us the proper term for a michelada in Baja, the might ojo rojo! we hope to visit this excellent restaurant and thier excellent staff again in the future!
Great experience from Adan and Naomi at Las Palomas restaurant
My husband and I had a wonderful meal experience at Las Palomas restaurant at the Pueblo Bonita Blanco resort. Adan was our server, and he really went the extra mile to serve us well. He is so pleasant, has a great sense of humor, and honestly cares how the patrons of the restaurant are served. He shows this by his swift and willing work attitude and ready smile. Adan made our experience so positively memorable. Naomi was the hostess that evening, and was also so pleasant and welcoming.

Food was excellent. Luis went above and beyond. Very attentive to us and provided the most excellent service. Guacamole at the table was a bonus.

We just enjoyed a marvelous meal and superb service @ Las Palomas tonight! Luis provides absolutely amazing assistance in selecting a delightful dinner and wonderful wine along with an awesome dessert to celebrate the perfect end to an excellent evening! Tomorrow evening cannot come some enough for us to dine with Luis @ Pueblo Bonita🥰. Magnifico!
Great food and service at the Paloma
Oliver at the Paloma had amazing service. Great with the guest and gave us a great time. I’m glad he was our server this dinner. The food was amazing and would get it again. Definitely would want to come back here and see him again. Can’t wait for my next trip her
Ask for Luis and chicken quesadilla
Luis is the absolute best server ever at Paloma’s!!! He absolutely made our experience and we had so much fun! Everyone ask for him literally best waiter ever! The chicken quesadilas are so good and the guacamole is also fire. Great mojitos.
Fernando Antonio excellent service
Fernando Antonio was amazing at the Palomas restaurant at the Pueblo Bonito Blanco. Extremely friendly and outgoing ! He made our meal very enjoyable and brought excitement to breakfast. Highly recommend looking for him anytime you visit this hotel!
Amazing experience at Las Palomas
We had a great breakfast and dinner at Las Palomas! David was an amazing server at breakfast and Luis at dinner. Wonderful experience at both meals and amazing service! The food was also great especially the homemade cinnamon rolls at breakfast.
David at Paloma’s restaurant was fantastic!
David Cosio was absolutely wonderful at Palomas restaurant at Pueblo Bonito. We sat in his area every morning because he was so friendly and helpful! The food was good and the service was better! So nice to have friendly faces when on vacation!

David Cosio at Los Paloma’s Restaurant at Blanco is amazing! He very friendly, with a quick smile. He is sweet and attentive. We had him as our server several days for breakfast. The breakfast is very good. He checked in with us throughout the meal to make sure we had everything we needed.

David C at las Paloma's was the best! He was so nice and attentive. He was literally the best. He even remembered us from our trip 2 years ago! He made sure we were taken care of the whole time we were at las Paloma's. He made sure we enjoyed our food and drinks and was so nice.

David was awesome! Palomas was the most delicious breakfast place ever. The divorced eggs and Mexican omelette were delicious! Sit outside in the morning and enjoy the most beautiful views as you sip on your coffee or mimosa! 5/5 stars!!!!

We went to Palomos in Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos, a Mexican restaurant and were served by Oliver. A wonderful meal! Really pleased we discovered it! Friendly staff and delicious food. We were greeted in an extremely friendly fashion and we're happy that we entered this establishment and enjoyed it so much!
Dinner at las Paloma’s
We are on our second trip here, but this is the first time we have had dinner at las Paloma’s. We usually go for breakfast and it’s amazing!! Our dinner was excellent as well. Our waiter Luis took amazing care of us. Luis recommended the catch of the day Veracruz style, and I am so happy he did, It was the best fish dish I have had in a long time!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
