Delicious Meal with a View
This was one of my favorite meals in Switzerland. We ordered a la carte - the white truffle pasta was the best pasta I've ever tasted, and the wagyu beef was just amazing. Other members of the party ordered the duck, which was perfectly done as well. The service was excellent and I hope to return here!

Amazing food and service. Wine selection is great the pumpkin soup is to die for and the mushroom steak is great this is always my to go place in Zurich

Amazing food, vibe and service. Can’t think of a better place to go to. The portion sizes are optimal for every person. The prices are on the higher end but for what once receives it really is worth it. Already excited to come back soon.
Incredible meal
We’re always skeptical of Michelin starred restaurants in five star hotels - however, this restaurant is AMAZING. It was one of our favorite meals of the year. We did the tasting menu and every course was spectacular. Our server David was wonderful. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful with our wine selection. A gem of a restaurant and a true highlight of our trip.

On the 6th of Februari we booked a table for two as it was my birthday. We choose for a 6-course menue, ordered a bottle of Sassicaia wine (2018) before we opened a nice bottle of Laurent Perrier champagne Rose. I realy loved the view and the inerior design of the restaurant. As my partner and I are living in Zürich we were able to value the service/quality of food and the price-performance ratio with other restaurants in this beautiful city. Service: I would like to mention Dominik - thank you for the great, individual and passionate service. But also a big compliment to the rest of the waiters. Quality of food: We decided to order a 6 course menue - very creative, each course looked like art - very tasteful. Price performance ratio: Zürich is one of the most expensive cities in the world so we were aware that this special evening would cost us a certain amount of money - As the prices are mentioned in the menue card, I think it is ridiculous to complain afterwards that everything is expensive. Yes: everything has its pricetag but please don`t forget that the La Rotisserie is a Michelin Star Restaurant. So: I would never hesitate to have another dinner (or lunch in Summer at the beautiful terrace outside) at La Rotisserie in the future. DISAPPOINTING MEAL but great view
I waited 6 months to come to Zurich and I was elated by the view BUT THE FOOD WAS DISAPPOINTING. First, the champagne was overly bubbled and not up to par. The amuse-buch were delightful but then it was downhill. The waiter said the chef studied in Japan for 2 years. I later found out he lied, unless maybe the chef visited a few days? The sauces with Japanese influence were insulting with a mix of Chinese with Japanese that made my Asiatic origins in shock in the discord and lack of harmony. In addition, the rice was al-dente. As an Asian, this is out of order to the sacredness of rice. The entry we choose was crab with oyster. The proportion enough to fill one spoon. The the main courses we choose, waguy beef and fish, were so miniscule in proportions we were left hungry and disappointed plus insulted with high over-pricing. Wecouldn't even get to finish and order our espressos we were so upset. And for the waiter to acually ask me how much tip do I leave him was totally uncool. In Switzerland everywhere, tip is included in the price. It is not like America were tips of about 15% are added to the bill. In Switzerland we give extra to show our appreciation for the waiters. We even chose to stay 2 nights at the Storchen, where Rotisserie is on the 3rd floor. I also had an encounter with paying for my final and significantly priced bill when the front receptionist argued with me repeating 3 times that it shows I had 2x an item from the mini-bar. This was was wrong. I only had this item only one time. And she kept insisting house-keeping lodged me having it 2X. Finally she reimbursed me my 8 swiss francs since I paid my bill in cash. I was again in a bit of shock for this kind of behavior on a hotel of this caliber to argue with a guest for 8 swiss francs. Good luck if you still plan to stay or eat at the Storchen.
Magnificent location and top food!
Magnificent location on the river with refined dishes and attentive service. I recommend the creamy ravioli as a starter, then the piece of beef coated in foie gras with a truffle sauce! The wine list deserves careful reading...but you need to have a few hours to go through it. Fully deserves its Michelin star....the only downside is the title of the dishes that are incomprehensible to ordinary mortals; Fortunately the Maitre D'hôtel is there to explain all the refinements in detail.
No attention to detail/food not memorable
I had high expectations for this one Michelin star restaurant, and was disappointed. I had to ask a few times for things I needed, some of the staff were walking around and totally oblivious to what was needed. I saw that one guest -His napkin had fell on the floor and it was there for several minutes and no one noticed it until the guy himself actually did. I as well had to ask for more oil for the Bread, I asked them to take the water glass away since I wasn’t drinking water. When I was first seated, no staff greeted me right away until I said “hello”, and also when I finished my meal, no one took the plate right away. All the staff are walking around looking at the room, or sometimes out the window; they remained oblivious to the needs of the guests. Also, the knife was not sharp enough to cut the dock, the duck was too tough, not salty enough, and the sauce was poured onto the plate like soup.

There was an incident with the "Rooftop Bar" (which, for some strange reason, cannot be booked, not even for restaurant guests) but the staff handled it very professionally. The restaurant is an experience in every respect: quality of food and drinks, service, view. Everything is wonderful
One of my favorite spots
An amazing restaurant with amazing staff and food — top-notch experience in Zurich. I recommend doing as well did and requesting/sitting on the outdoor terrace (2nd floor above the river), where the views were just gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable — and we appreciate Dominik being honest about his personal food and wine recommendations and giving us great suggestions. The dishes range from modern takes on traditional Swiss cuisine to creative Asian- or Latin-inspired concoctions. All are perfectly executed and rich in flavor. Would 100% come back.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Anyone know how increase payout transfer to bank as I can only send $50 a day and they charge $5 for every transaction. There must be a way. I’ve contacted support two days ago and not a reply.

I posted a request for a reservation this Thursday between 6:30 and 8 pm and initially the potential seller said it would be fulfilled by today. Now they changed it that they will only fulfill it by 5pm that same day. Basically I would have an hour and a half to get to the restaurant. Is this allowed?
