Tacos are so good!
The food on this menu is amazing and reasonably priced! We tried many of the tacos and all were delicious. We came here for dinner one night and lived it so much we came back here for lunch before we caught our shuttle to the airport. During dinner, they have a live band that plays on the roof. Great atmosphere!
I came for the shepherd… I stayed for the oysters! And Mezcal
I love it! Brutal oysters and excellent service! Definitely order the fly the mezcals to see all they have to offer! I would return 100%
Refreshing authentic Mexican cuisine
Cabo Mexico overall was disappointing with Mexican food, most was very American, but La Lupita was refreshing to get some delicious Mexican dishes. The hand made tortillas were very good and it was great to watch them make it. We tried a few different tacos and they were all very good. Heavy on the cilantro which is traditionally how tacos are made, so if you’re someone who is not a cilantro fan, I would say to ask for none or light. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried and the live band was a fun bonus.

AMAZING. get the tequila flight, the margaritas, the guac and plenty of tacos. Walk around the area as well. Located in old town and so much to see and shops to walk into.

This was our 5th visit to La Lupita on our biannual, extended vacas to Los Cabos. We LOVE this place—the vibrant, fun, communal atmosphere, the great music, the engaging & friendly staff—and of course, the TACOS & tasty libations! This was easily our most fun experience here—the patrons (including us) got really into the music (some were even dancing) & engaged with the band to stay longer & play a couple extra songs! It was so much fun! The food here is top notch—the cheese crust pastor taco is just throat-tingling deliciousness! The staff always make us feel so welcome! We love seeing them each time we visit! Thanks so kindly, amigos! We’ll see you again soon! Much love!
Great Evening, food, and beverages
Enjoyed a very good meal and a fantastic evening here with a group of friends. This place is amazing. The selection of tacos was almost limitless. I prefer the seafood options but the pork I had was succulent. That evening a fantastic guitarist and singer provided entertainment. It’s was a loud joyous evening and the rounds of tequila were a fine addition.

Best tacos ever had…gracias! Great service, great location away from tourist hotspots. Local styles, unique and authentico. Great for dates!
Tacos!!
Server provided excellent guidance on choosing a variety of tacos to fit each taste. All servers cooperated to promptly bring and remove each drink and course. Highly recommend the Hibiscus margarita and cucumber mezcalita.
Gluten free options, great food, amazing mezcal margaritas and a fun atmosphere
My wife has to eat gluten free so we are always looking for good gluten free food. We first discovered La Lupita a year ago. We have been visiting Cabo yearly for almost 30 years and are always looking for new places to eat. La Lupita is a jewel. While it is a taco place, it is a taco place like you haven't been to before. A really broad variety of creative and interesting options. Take the advice of the servers who are very knowledgeable about the menu. Also try the house specialty hibiscus margaritas. If you plan to go make a reservation well in advance because this place fills up at 7:00. They have live music and the atmosphere is a real addition to the great food.
Inspired tacos for a price!
Handmade corn tortillas with a variety of delicious salsas. This place is worth the splurge but it’s not cheap and it’s noisy but it’s totally worth it just for the culinary experience.
Creative Tacos
Our family of 7 came for dinner. I would suggest reservations. We had great service from Eric and numerous others. Everyone was very friendly. Food was creative and GOOD! We tried an assortment of tacos. All were so tasty. Definitely come here is you are in town.

This was our first meal on arrival. Friendly staff, fast service and great food. Offers a variety of options for vegetarians. Highly recommend.
Not to be missed authentic Mexican meal
La Lupita is a must-visit if you want to enjoy authentic and superb Tacos. The food is freshly made in front of your eyes (including the flavorful tacos) and uniformly excellent. Truly, you can order anything off their menu and be happy with your choice. If you are lucky to score a table in the inner courtyard on a night when live music is playing, your culinary delight is enhanced by high-quality food and a great vibe. Service is friendly and efficient (if you ask, the wait staff will slow down a bit, otherwise, they will move you through your meal quickly). We make it a point to go every time we are in Cabo and if we have guests, we bring them along for a sure hit with everyone (form carnivores to vegans) -- advanced reservation are necessary, especially if you want a good table.
Party/Cabo Atmosphere, but too much
We ate here a few years ago and really enjoyed it. Good value, good food, good atmosphere. It was lively but enjoyable. It seems to have become a drunk American (and I'm American) party place, at least the night we were there, maybe it was a bad night. They had live music, and there were tables of people "singing" (yelling) along with the artist. At one point they loudly said "are we too loud" and the waiter unfortunately said no, they were fine. So it's not bad, just not what it used to be. If you're looking for a loud party atmosphere like you might find in Cabo, this could be your place. We usually love Los Cabos for being a little more subdued.
Enjoyable dining experience
This restaurant was recommended by the hotel staff and they were right on. We could not get a reservation as it was the Thursday night Art Walk in San Jose Del Cabo. When we first arrived we went directly to the restaurant and was entered on a wait list. The young lady at the door was patient with all patrons. Here’s where we as restaurant owners notice what separates good from great…yes the food was excellent but it’s the staff and their attitude and recommendations that completed the evening. We were served by a very efficient team, one member in particular stood out. Marco was waiting on us, as well as the other tables in the room. His ability to cover all patrons in a friendly and efficient manner was impressive. The orchestration of team members seem to be all working with him and all were outstanding. Thank you Marco for a really enjoyable evening.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
