Great evening meal with fantastic service
Visited here on recommendation of a friend and this place was brilliant. We booked in the previous night for a table of 7. The service from point of getting there was brilliant, so attentive they were all brilliant and very friendly. The food was brilliant, we will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work, amazing restaurant!!

Amazing restaurant with exceptional service
Absolutely stunning restaurant with some of the best service we’ve ever had in a restaurant! Waiters were attentive but not in your face. Kept drinks topped up. Good choice was exceptional. I cannot recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back
Excellent meal & Beautiful location
Beautiful Restaurant, delicious food and drinks! We always make sure we visit this place twice every holiday. This time some of our family surprised us and we took them to the restaurant changing our reservation last minute, they were so kind to make room for us all last minute. Awful food and service.
Where to start! Location and setting is why it’s getting one star, outrageously expensive for less than average food! Kids meals €12 greasy chips and dry nuggets, burnt chicken! I got the chicken Caesar salad €21 for a few limp lettuce leaves, shop bought croutons, chicken that looked reheated and was dry and a weird colour and a dressing that was tasteless! My 8 year old can make a better salad! There was 20 of us at the table the staff were so rude and unprofessional I just couldn’t wait to get out of there! We all agreed the food was below average and the prices were absolutely outrageous! I wouldn’t mind paying if we got delicious food but far from it! Don’t he fooled by the setting and location it’s horrendous we’re all still fuming that we had to pay for such awful food and service! I have never written a trip advisor review before but this has to be said!
Disappointed
We had such high expectations of this place but sadly disappointed. The setting of this restaurant is perfect, it’s in an excellent location and the views are second to none. This really is what you are paying for. The staff are actually quite rude and act as though they are doing you a favour by letting you dine there. The food is really expensive for what you get. My partner had the fillet steak which came out and was as tough as an old boot and had to be sent back. It came back not much better but the staff tend to tutt and don’t really take onboard complaints, basically it was our problem. The pepper corn sauce was thick and conjuled. The fries were just normal frozen french fries. Not what you expect for over €35 My son had the chicken breast and chips which turned up dry and over done. I ordered the bolognaise linguine which was no better than a microwave Tesco meal. Needless to say our plates went back pretty full. The staff are absolutely not interested and didn’t even bother to ask why. I don’t recommend this place . There are much nicer restaurants in the area that are much cheaper.

Absolutely amazing food & service. Have visited this restaurant many times and to celebrate my birthday here was amazing. Thank you to everyone, you have made my birthday extra special tonight. This restaurant is exceptional and the staff are second to none.
Special night out
The ambience is fantastic with great entertainment and okay food. Ged Roberts is a brilliant entertainer with excellent vocals and keyboard skills. The dance floor was packed most of the night. High end prices, but worth it for the 3 hours of live music, ambience, food and good service. 5 star entertainment - 4 star food The food could and should be much better to be honest.
Dinner and dancing to live music
We first visited this restaurant in 2019 before COVID. We returned for three visits on this holiday and were delighted that it was still as good. Tasty food, live entertainment and a chance to dance makes a very enjoyable evening experience. Service is very attentive and its a lovely venue. Highly recommended.
Poor service
My wife and I visited on 4 March 2024 for dinner and to see the singing chef. The location and atmosphere is great however the food is overpriced and not as good as some local cheaper restaurants. Our starter was ok but then had a wait of approximately 45mins before our main course which was delivered cold and had clearly been out standing for a while. We returned both meals which when brought back approx 2 mins later ( microwaved I assume) were still only Luke warm. A very poor experience with respect to the food, entertainment great. At the prices being charged they really do need to improve. We won’t be going back
A pleasant evening
Ambiente interior, friendly and quick service. We had a very good dish of Sole and of one of King Prawn. The deserts, applepie and Tiramisu were delightful. The view from the patio is beautiful.
Amazing atmosphere, experience and average food.
We visited this evening, we had to book 5 days in advance which was absolutely fine but if you’re wanting to visit make sure you book in advance. The place is full of character and the atmosphere is amazing. All of the staff are absolutely brilliant and really attentive. However the food is pretty average for the price…. It’s not bad but I just expected a lot more for the price. I would go back for the atmosphere but I wouldn’t rush back for the food.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
