Staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Was not busy at all so was seated right away Our reservations was at 10 . In celebration of my birthday. We were told the kitchen closes at 10:30 . Kinda put a downer on the evening bcuz now everything was being rushed . Nonetheless we ordered and the food was amazing. I Had the branzino . It was so delicious. I ordered desert and was told the cooks were done for the evening. I was offered a glass of champagne instead which was nice bur that didn't curb my sweet tooth. I was a bit disappointed. Overall our server was lovely, atmosphere great and food was good.

On a summer Saturday my husband and I ventured towards Brooklyn for an adventure . And by chance we walked passed the open area with wine and people chatting about in calm and boho atmosphere. We decided to to walk in and look around. When we walked in we loved it and I mean loved atmosphere, open , free and calming. I can't stress the atmosphere. I think they hold events here and I even saw a roof top. It was too sunny for the roof top. I even saw them advertised for winter dooms in the winter. Cool concept but too expensive for my taste. So my husband and got a seat at the bar . It looked pretty crowded but we were still able to get a seat. I ordered a glass of champagne and my husband ordered a glass of whiskey . The total for two was $40 and that includes tip. And I wish if they spill little in the glass. That's why I gave it four stars. They need to provide more for the prices. I couldn't believe it . Holly hell . You can't knock a place for prices but you can certainly weed it out of your list . Although we liked the service and loved the vibe here the prices turned us away in the future . But everything else seems wonderful.

It is my first time writing a bad review but this place totally deserves it. Me and a few my friends were at this place last Saturday night our bill wasn't even more than $140. We split the check; my friends paid cash and I ย paid the rest with my card which was only$28. This morning I saw in my bank account that, they charged me $170. I called the place imitatively, i had to wait 20 minutes to talk with someone on the top of it whoever i talked told me they can't do anything until tomorrow. ย So i have to chase my money because of their mistake and they weren't even apologetic about the situation. It was our first time there as a big group and we will never go there again!!!!

Much as one might question the logic of building "luxury" hotels in a residential neighborhood whose only tourist attraction is that it used to be a cool neighborhood, you have to wonder why such a place installs an actually-good restaurant, complete with winter "igloos" (St Germain(c) branded experiences, natch) and then uses a bumbling crew to run it. Should it take 15 minutes to be seated when there is nobody waiting and it is 5pm (hey, igloos are hard too come by). Should it take another 45 minutes for one order of cocktails to appear, 30 more for each successive order? At least the random Bluetooth speaker they gave is worked. Time was not on our side. I don't know if being shamed for not finishing all the food is some new Gen Z thing, but last time I checked, if I pay for a consumable, whether I consume it or not is my business. The interactions with our service staff were so infrequent it made each one stand out in its own uniquely irritating way. Rather than this experience be "pretty cool" and "somewhat interesting," our weird, very slow, off kilter service made the focus them rather than having a good time. Really too bad as I'd give the kitchen high marks.

The menu was very broad and included options for many diets. However, the service was very slow and inconsistent. Our waiter forgot and messed up multiple orders and was slow on bringing things out. Nice atmosphere and cool design, just wish the service was better.

Stayed at the Hoxton for work for a few nights, so got to eat here a few times. Food is "ok" ... nothing special. High prices and nothing to write home about. ย The avocado toast was particularly bland. On 2 occasions I found a hair in my food. The service stood out as particularly underwhelming. My friend left a tip to reflect the sub par service and was confronted by the server in an aggressive manner. He had a man bun. I've stayed at a few Hoxtons and this restaurant was definitely the worst. I expect more out of the Hoxton.

I always have a great time when I go to Klein's! The food is always fresh and delicious, the service is always friendly. I would not recommend it for a quick meal but it's a great place to take your time and catchup with friends or family.

I would like to start off by mentioning that I would not have come to this location at all had I not been in town for a business function.I arrived at this hotel a little early so I decided to take a stroll up-and-down the street to take in the sights and see what Brooklyn had to offer. And, I have to say that I was quite impressed with the layout of the city and the hospitality from all of the people that I interacted with during this time. My stay at this hotel and all accommodations were perfectly fine. This review is specifically meant for the restaurant and for the service I received there. My colleague and I walked into this restaurant, clearly past the host desk and went straight up to two servers who were leaning on the counter while chatting with each other. ย They both looked us up-and-down as if we were the ones who are intruding on their space. We asked if we could have a table or if we were to seat ourselves. They stated that the host would seat us and when we asked where the host was one of the servers stated, "he's right behind you. If you had waited for him you would know." My colleague and I turned around and saw the host and said, "I am so sorry we did not see you." And he replied with, "Well I was there you just didn't see me." Then as the host brought us to our table we walked passed the original 2 servers of which one of them uttered under her breath, "are you happy now?" Unfortunately for us, one of these servers was our server and each time she came to our table she would make snide faces and spoke in a tone that was very condescending and unacceptable. ย Even after we ordered, it was very difficult to get her attention to refill our drinks, refill our water, or take any other orders. The entire experience was so bad that we decided to pay our bill and just leave.Needless to say, I will never go back to this location. Nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

Good service, however the food is mediocre, especially during brunch. I got the grilled greens (kale) and grains. The kale was burnt and flavorless, and there were hardly any grains, just a light dusting. The dish also came with lamb belly. I was hoping for a nice slab, but instead it consisted of a few tiny diced pieces. I left pretty hungry.
