I've been coming to this place for a while and every single time I haven't had any complaints! My go to order is the Pork Banh Mi, it shows in the food that they are very proud of their food. The art on the walls make this a really cute date night spot with really good drinks.
The moment I walked in, I was hit by a nasty chemical smell.
It smelled like a salon with perm chemicals. The service was extremely slow and nonexistent. It took forever to get a menu, it took forever to place an order, and nobody ever came to pickup our credit card so that we can pay and leave. Now onto the food - my summer roll had a lot of shrimp, but the wrapper was still hard! They did not properly soak the rice paper so half of it was visibly stiff. The pho and vermicelli was decent but the amount of food was half of other places. The prices are practically double as well! It was not worth it at all. Overall the quality, amount of food, service and smell of the restaurant was not good at all.

No idea why there's so many negative reviews because this place is incredible! Loved the interior with all the cozy greenery because it really feels like you're dining in someone's home. Service was also incredible with everyone going above and beyond to make sure that our dining experience was a 10/10! As for the food everything we ordered was AMAZING! The beef short rib pho is a must try. I've never had meat just slide off the bone so easily and have every bite be so tender. I also really liked the grilled pork bahn mi, there was so much flavor and it was light and flavorful!

My friend and I were feeling pho this past rainy Wednesday evening so we stopped by for dinner. The interior is well-decorated and not your typical hole-in-a-wall. Our server got our orders quickly and made sure we had enough water throughout. FILET MIGNON PHO - 23 The pho broth was rich and savory. I enjoyed sipping on it and loved the depth of the flavor. The filet mignon was very tender. The noodles had a good texture and soaked up the broth well. While it's definitely one of the better phos in the DMV, I can't justify paying 23.00 for a bowl of pho when I can get a bowl elsewhere for 5.00-10.00 cheaper. Overall, it was great to try! We enjoyed our experience here but not sure if the pricing is worth it.
Hands down the best pho in the DMV area.
The service was also really awesome. The Summer Rolls were delicious - grilled pork with great great flavor. I will be back to try more of their menu and definitely for pho.

Firstly, this review is long overdue!! I had the pleasure of dining at this establishment with two friends . We started with the roll combo appetizer made up of three different kinds of appetizer rolls from a rice paper fresh roll with shrimp to a crunchy roll. What's it out to me was how fresh these items were from the kitchen. Prepared well and extremely flavorful with quality ingredients. We also opted for some fresh squeezed juice options. This is very unique! I ordered a lemonade and my girlfriend ordered a fresh squeezed green juice and they were both absolutely incredible and refreshing to accompany our meal. We opted for filet mignon pho . And let me tell you... It was a luxury I never knew I needed or was missing. The steak was so tender. The broth was very flavorful as if it had been cooked for hours, and the noodles were tender. It was a bowl that was worth its price, and it is very difficult to beat. My friend ordered a different spicy soup, called Bo ho hue (I am sure I am misspelling this) but while it was a lesser known local Vietnamese favorite, when I sampled the broth, it was also incredibly flavorful with a deep beef and spice base that was so satisfying. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, she is a very down to earth and lovely woman! It is clear that she puts her love and passion into her menu and into her products, it was also very clear to me that the produce that is purchased for these items is top-notch . If you are looking for an elevated approach to your next Vietnamese cuisine, absolutely look no further . Thank you so much to the staff and the owner and I am looking forward to dining again . Plenty of parking and seating, both indoor and outdoor! Plenty of fresh plants, and the mix Location is very well-maintained! Great addition to Fairfax! Me and hus really love the food and service here, view was good. My faverous is salt & pepper tofu, they're fresh and crispy, even u keep them long time they're still crispy. Beefs in here goood size, good chosen and good seasoning. Definitely we will be back.

Date night. Ordered Vietnamese BBQ and Taro fries and husband got what our server called their signature dish. I was given Steak and Eggs. I would not ever order steak and eggs at a restaurant as the combo doesn't appeal to me so I don't understand how this was confused with what I did order which was the BBQ. The server insisted I ordered this as that's why she asked me if I wanted bread. I should have just left since it was clear I wasn't being heard. I most certainly did not order this. How was I supposed to know that bread wasn't just something for the table? Food comes and husbands looks great. Mine did not. The eggs were crispy on the bottom but strings of very undercooked whites on top and swimming in grease. The "steak" was a very thin piece of meat that was so peppery it was not pleasant to eat at all. For $29. Our order of taro fries was forgotten but eventually brought out. They were ok. It's like she completely ignored everything I said and I see I'm not the first person that has happened to. I guess I'm too nice to say anything but I should have. I won't come back.

The decor and environment is great. I loved the unique chairs and tables. The pho was fantastic and the rest of the food was great. Definitely recommend going here

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
