The restaurant was rustically charming.
Large fireplace in dining room not lit due to the season but probably sensational in the winter. Large tree beams support the roof. Food was excellent. I had seared Faroe island Salmon perfectly cooked with broccolini, black rice and carrot purée.

Great atmosphere, nice warm fire appetizers are good, drinks are good good entrée selection with vegetarian/vegan options, and staff is excellent. A definite go to place.

This Prime Rib Dip Sandwich only available on Friday nights is my favorite thing at Johnny Seesaw's without a doubt. Pair that sandwich with a Cloud drop IPA and you're in heaven. But they sell out early so try and make it there before 7:30-8pm.

Not seeking a fine dining experience, we had drinks by the fire après-ski. Ahh, we practically melted into the couches by the fantastic central fireplace. Highly recommend for that experience.
