Nice Hotel.
Lovely hotel with fantastic housekeeping, situated in wonderful surroundings. However, there is room for improvement in their digital solutions and breakfast offerings. The breakfast quality varied greatly from day to day. For instance, the scrambled eggs were very dry on some days, while on other days they were acceptable. The croissants often seemed as if they had been baked all at once, resulting in sogginess by the time we had breakfast. It would be better to bake them in smaller batches. Considering the hotel's price range, more consistency in these areas is expected.
Once in a lifetime experience
This was the most beautiful & breathtaking stay I’ve ever experienced. I felt like I was in a movie the entire time. I will definitely be coming back here!
Cooking under the Tuscan Sun
Outstanding 5 days cooking and having a great time with Sylvia Baracchi and the fabulous staff at Il Falconiere, the Michelin restaurant has a wonderful variety of tasting menus with a service team that is knowledgeable and friendly. The cooking glasses are fun with Sylvia, Fabrizzio and Richard each sharing their expertise and unique personality. Everyone makes you fell like you are part of their family.

Great trip. Great location. I would go back. Only comments - - the restaurant service took almost 4 hrs for 3 courses. That hit a little tedious. - at the buffet breakfast it was annoying that someone was in charge of doing out the bacon , meats , cheese , fruits etc. when I asked for bacon , for example , they would give you one strip and I had to specifically ask for more …. Otherwise , great location and great vacation.

Absolutely magical! So relaxing and peaceful. Excellent staff, food and service! I will definitely return.
Best experience of your life
Every detail of Il Falconiere is dazzling. One would be hard pressed to find any other place where you could experience such beauty (both in accommodations as well as the landscape and setting), luxury (highest attention and quality with everything), as well as world-class cuisine (Michelin Star) and first-rate staff service (attentive, informative and friendly). Also, this is a vineyard, so I would highly recommend the wine tour along with trying and buying all the wines there. They helped us with shipping wine, their homemade olive oil back (delicious!), along with some other goodies from their store to the states. We did not have time to try the spa, but have to say it was as gorgeous as the rest of the property. Last, but certainly not least, the proprietors of this vineyard deserve so much praise for the paradise they have created. Bravo to the Baracchi family!
Cooking in heaven
Stunning location, truly under the Tuscan Sun! Chef Sylvia, Richardi and Fabrizio are legendary. Excellent cooking classes - lots of humour ( even more wine ! ) Beautiful surroundings - great rooms
Tuscan paradise
We were in Italy for 7 days and wanted to experience different areas. We worked with a travel agent who booked us in Tuscany at Il Falconiere and it was our favorite place we stayed the entire trip. I told my husband my blood pressure dropped 10 points upon arrival. So quiet and peaceful, outstanding service and attention to every detail. They even brought a yoga mat to my room for me to borrow during my stay. The food was outstanding and SO fresh. Wished we would have spent the entire week here.

We loved everything about Il Falconiere. The delicous food, the relaxing spa, the beautiful room and the super fun cooking class. I have been bragging about this place to all my friends and family because it's a must see. Sylvia Baracchi, the owner and Michelin Chef was an amazing host and made us feel so welcomed. You have to take her cooking class when you visit! Bravo to all of the staff too!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
